For the record, this place is full of disinformation. Over $750k has been sent and accepted by Lena and their investors. Legal representation is in charge of handling the details and that is all that matters. APRU owns Lena and can make that claim, but anyone that has ever bought or sold a business knows there can be many details to work out before everything is officially filed. Once money is accepted, and it has been, then it is game on. The licensing will be the last step, and they won't have details till the paperwork is submitted.

Obviously you have no clue what fully executed contracts mean. It simply means it has been signed by all parties to the agreement and is legally binding. Delivery and payment comes after and would be spelled out by the terms of the legally binding fully executed agreement.

SPZI is under NO requirements to file as they are a non reporting company. Once audits are completed and they make the necessary filings with the SEC, then and only then can they file an 8k. You need to know what you own instead of making baseless claims.

DTC number is all that matters and it has shown for years the correct number of free trading shares. OTCM is and always has been a clown show, it's a private company that basically shakes down pubco's for fees.
