Yeah everything Hudson touches eventually turns into doodoo. I believe you were here during the Fuzz n Buzz fiasco.
Hudson is busy working on ENT* and IDG*, maybe he'll include CWIR.
Randolph Hudson has put the screws to every stock that he has been involved in. Perhaps the biggest fiasco was Fuzz n Buzz. A lot of companies were involved in that and at the time it looked like a viable and promising venture.
I just hope that it goes back to Charles and not Randalph Hudson, he has killed several tickers in the past.
Yes, I bought my first shares in 2010. Then I bought more shares during the Fuzz n Buzz fiasco a few years ago. I was hoping that this would be the final buy out but apparently not.
I don't remember the posters name but he already indicated that Randalph Hudson was the responsible party and has connections with Cecelia at OTCM. He is also the one who started the Fuzz n Buzz fiasco a few years ago.
I've since learned that if Hudson is involved he will screw it up, just look at ENT*, RSH* etc. I was under the impression that he was out of the picture but apparently not. After holding shares since 2010, I like you thought Fuzz and Buzz was going to succeed and again when Harry made his pitch I believed it was real. Oh well, maybe next time. CWIR$
They did a great job of pumping it, luckily I made a few bucks and just held on to free shares all of these years. At least Harry put out a letter of explanation. Hudson and Grande just vanished.
Anything involving Randolph Hudson is bad news. Remember Fuzz n Buzz and all of the Co's that he and Grande were supposedly creating, ENT*, RSH* etc.
My sister's birthday also, maybe she'll bring me good luck, lol CWIR
Last I heard they were located in Louisiana but I could be wrong.
In your opinion.
The company has to have 3 yrs of solid performance and a minimum required value before they can be considered for the NASDAQ. Do a search for NASDAQ listing requirements.
The CEO already admitted that the ATG negotiations were too complicated and were put on the back burner, so why would anyone want to phone or contact them. Waste of time. CWIR$
Anybody know when the Q4 will be filed, that will give us a better idea what's been going on for Oct, Nov, Dec. CWIR$
I opened up an E Trade account in 2014 because Scottrade wouldn't let me add to my existing 1 million shares.
In your opinion.
The last filing was 3rd Q, we won't know about their assets and cash for Oct, Nov, and Dec until they file their 4th Q. CWIR$

This is just typical early morning trading, seen it many times before. CWIR$
You will find that Uncle Fester is very thorough with his DD. CWIR$
It may just be on hold for future consideration. CWIR$
In your opinon.
Caveat Emptor, I'm sure that everyone here is well aware of the CE status of CWIR$
Agreed, I entered CWIR in 2010 and have bought millions of shares, especially during the 2014 Fuzz n Buzz craze. So now I'm sitting with millions of free shares and patiently waiting for the big pay day. In the meantime we have a lot of dedicated longs that share info, with a couple of exceptions.
The last Q filed was Sept, so we don't know what their assets or cash is for Oct, Nov, Dec.

Some of these people might be left overs from the Fuzz n Buzz days. A lot of peeps bought in the trips. Personally I've bought millions of shares since 2010 and decided to hold on to them. CWIR$
Who's the money guy?
Volume 34,192,839. .0018 Lookin good! CWIR
If I thought this was a scam I would definitely dump it, CWIR
Any word on CE removal or acquisitions?
Pay no attention to what others say, I've been trading Blue Chips and OTC since 2000. I also bought my first 1 million shares of CWIR in 2010 and added substantially more in 2014. Sometimes a chart can be helpful, if it works for you then that is all that matters.
Is there any reason why you can't check for yourself?
Yeah but I'll be glad when the entertainment ends and we get down to business.
He also stated in his presentation or pr where he see's the company in 2 to 3 years. Up listed with new trading symbol to a big board and 15 or more acquisitions. Anyone expecting a fast return should reconsider whether to invest or not.
Read page 7 of the PDF link that you posted, 2 to 3 years.
I would suggest that you Google NASDAQ listing requirements.
Then why did you sticky "Reverse Split coming in 2018 for CWIR"? Just curious.
