I think cannabis companies had to take drastic measures to stay alive, so they are coming up with disruptive ways of getting financing. The publicly traded method hasn't gone so well, so now they are looking to bitcoin and crowd-funding. If anything the old banking establishment and the investment establishment are going to be threatened at some point.
It's a name change and a change of business scope.
And great products!
How do I find this online?
reposting this from july
HempTech is now up to nine employees. Just hired an admin, Nicole Fisher who will be in charge of doing just what you asked, posting images on social media. She has created an Instagram account, and Pinterest, and will be making a YouTube account as well.
Yes, as you can see, there is zero reference to HTCO, or HempTech Corp, which is the name of this message board, so it doesn't belong here. I've flagged it for removal.
Sure, you mean like People's court? Maybe it would be a more fair "trial" than this board!
Just found out we will have live feeds from our clients in Washington & Arizona at the MJBiz conference in Las Vegas in November. We will also be demo-ing our new fertigator product.
Hemptech will be at the Marijuana Business Expo in booth 2323 November 15-17 in Las Vegas!!!
Hemptech will be at the Marijuana Business Expo November 15-17th! Booth #2323!
HempTech makes a move to revolutionize the Cannabis industry by offering blockchain technology for smart contracts followed by an ICO offering selling tokens to investors and giving away tokens to our shareholders. Bitcoin Labs will be managing the ICO and more information will be released in the coming weeks. Please stay tuned!
Q & A: 4
Re: There were 2 confusing posts made that requested clarification.
In Nov. 2016 it was asked if Infrax products were supporting HempTech, and was answered on FaceBook that the core product was coming from Infrax. In Manrch 2017, it was asked if HempTech products are from Infrax and it was answered No. (These questions were asked on the HempTech Facebook page).
I can definitely see where this would confuse any long term followers and cause some doubt to HempTech's credibility. Let me try to clear this up a bit.
Early in HempTech's vision, there was consideration and trial and error involving some of Infrax's Technology. Infrax gave some initial support to HempTech, but it ended up being very minimal. Ultimately, HempTech chose not to pursue products using Infrax technology and set off to pave it's own way. All HempTech products are now, and always have been, owned and developed by HempTech.
I hope that helps to clear up the confusion!
Q & A 3: What happened to the 12 Million of prospective January sales? Where are the/any POs?
As I'm sure you know, sales pipelines are prospective sales forecasts that are comprised of mostly forward looking statements. At the time the pipeline was released, we were in talks with many organizations and had reason to believe that our sales forecast would ring true.
We are actively working through it at this time. Currently, we have closed a few, and we have a plan in place to close as many of them as possible before the end of the year.
Recently, it appears as if technical difficulties have plagued my responses and I do apologize. Here shortly, I will be re-posting the responses I made and with some luck they will be fixed now. I apologize for the seeming lack of communication.
Q & A 2
Why is there a lawsuit from John Graham against Huffman, Talari, and HempTech?
I was informed at this time that we cannot comment, as this is an ongoing legal matter. However, HempTech considers this matter to be immaterial to our business, and it will not affect the company, our sales contracts, or current projects.
If there are still questions remaining after this has been resolved, I will present your questions to management at that time.
Some Questions Answered
As requested, I have been doing my best to get a moment with upper management in order to present the questions that investors have asked. I am not finished by any means, but I have been taking down your questions and management has been very kind in accepting my requests as time permits.
If there are any additional questions asked here, I will gladly add them to my list and try to get answers as soon as I can. Have a great weekend!
Q & A: 1.
Q: What Happened? On June 28, 2016 HT announced a deal w/ FUTL to fund 1.000 grow.droid II systems in conjunction with a MVA with TOL for Native American Reservations across the Central and Northern areas of North America.
A: This agreement is still very much in place. As stated previously, it is a 5 year ongoing project. We are currently waiting on TOL to prepare the grow.sites and submit their initial orders.

I've tried to be very clear that I am not a PR person, a spokesperson, nada. Like However, I am making a list of the questions that have been asked here, and as time allows, I will present it to the company officers. I believe in my company, that's the only reason I am here. I would like for others to see and know that this is a good company.
Every single person in this office works hard and believes in what we are doing. No one is out to sneak or scam. We have actual sales, projects, quotes, etc. We take our jobs seriously, and know that the potential reward is huge. But none of us are getting rich or have "inflated salaries" off this.
The only thing I can say about all of this, is to give it a chance before you assume. I understand you appear to have had a bad experience, but I hope that we can remedy it. I will continue to work on the list of questions, but have patience please.
I understand your frustration, However Please understand, I have not "Chosen not to reply," as you have accused. I am looking into ALL your questions and concerns, and intend to address them as I am able to.
I want to apologize that I have been very busy lately, but rather than not responding to anything, I saw a question that I easily knew the answer to, and wanted to make a reply.
If your username is an accurate representation, I am sure that you understand how busy life can get with two toddlers and a career.
Please understand, I'm not some evil corporate entity out to get you. Posting on Social Media and Message Boards is not something that I typically do, and it is taking some time to work it into my routine. You have concerns and I will do my best to get answers.
Like I stated when I joined this group, I am doing this of my own volition. I believe in this company, and seeing negative opinions of a company that I have faith and trust in, I wish to provide answers that can hopefully allay some fears.
I don't have all the answers, but I am trying. Please take a moment to realize I am not your enemy and your anger does not need to be directed at me.
Thank You for a honest question, Fair Winds,
HempTech did not change names due to hiding of any sort. We are very proud of the advancements we made as HempTech, however, our company is "growing" by leaps and bounds and we made a choice to re-name the company in order reflect our broader agricultural interests.
HempTech will still remain as a unit devoted to the Cannabis Industry, but the company as a whole will focus on utilizing our unique agriculture technology to catapult the AgTech Industry into the future.
Look for some exciting new developments coming soon!
Please, let it be known:
I consider myself to be very lucky.
I'm on this board because I want to be. I love this company. And I want people to know how I feel. My words are my own, and not the words of HempTech Corp.
Please know that I don't have all the answers, but I will do my best to respond to honest, and sincere questions about HempTech. I've worked here for a bit, but I am not an officer of the company, and as such, some things I am just not privy to.
As a shareholder, I experience the same ups and downs everyone else does. The only difference, is that I have had the ability to see this company grow exponentially.
Every day I see the progress.
Every day I share in the hard work and dedication of our team.
I watch excited growers as they share their needs and discover how we can improve their operations.
I get to live it, breathe it, see it, first hand, all day, every day. I am definitely lucky.
Growth. Progress. Cohesion. Organization. Expansion. HempTech.
While I cannot attest to things that happened prior to my being a part of the HempTech Team, I can explain what I have seen over the last few years.
I have seen an amazing company plow through roadblocks, and rise up stronger than before through every would-be setback. With a great product, and extreme determination, HempTech has become a force to be reckoned with.
It will be my pleasure to do my best to answer honest questions from honest individuals. Our doors are open to anyone sincere in knowing who we are and what we do.
Greetings, from a HempTech Corp. Employee.
