If the news was only the cancellation of the R/S,it would have gone up.

Unfortunately it was accompanied by the ending of the most important acquisition that we've all been waiting for.

Was the Bateman the old warehouse? Yes I went there.

I've been to that warehouse twice.

Carryout supplies and ZenHydro were just sharing the warehouse space and Carryout Supplies were in the Office (on the right in the picture).

Now that the purchase is complete. It's one big happy family there.

The last time I met with Jimmy we talked about uplisting.

He said he wanted to, but he was not going to rush it because it was not a priority. It cost too much etc. He wanted to focus on developing and growing the business and get there in time.

I'm having a hard time finding the benefit here.

At the current share price, .015 I need it to go up 5x to break even.

With a 300 R/S, we're at 4.50
Even at the low of .01 we'll be at 3.00

To hit break even, I'll need it to hit 22.50 or 15.00


I don't see that happening anytime soon.

The lack of volume and inability to hit .02 is in no way Jimmy's fault.

If you believe it should be over .02, that's because Jimmy did his job and closed the deal.

With the share increase last year, what will it take to hit .40 again?

Or is .04 the new .4

Our jump to .42 was from .03

To see that same % increase from .01, we'll need to see .14

It's crazy when you look at it that.

He just got in at basically a penny.... The lowest it's been in years and at a time when it is severely oversold.

Ironguts is going to make money over the next couple of months. Don't be jealous.

Correct me if I'm wrong here:

K&J is buying shares from SGMD at below market value.

They then sell those shared on the open market.

K&J and SGMD want the SP to be at .01 or lower so they can accumulate more shares.

Then they want it to spike up to sell those shares. If it goes to .02 they'll easily double their money.

Then, when it goes back down, they can do the samething and buy 2x the shares.

Keep doing that and SGMD gets their money and K&J profits.

It's a simple transfer of wealth from all the investors who buy in the spikes.

One thing is clear. They need to close the Bizrite deal ASAP. Without it and the subsequent jump in share price.... There is no way they are getting Sky and that other retailer.

It's an issue if the PR Firm flat out gets that wrong, then SGMD proceeds to share that article on their Facebook page.

The charts and past experience tells me that we should be seeing a nice bounce any day now. We've seen a pretty hard drop and are well oversold.

I've done averaged down as far as I can go.

It would be nice if Jimmy explained why he isn't at least closing 1 deal.

What do they all have in common, besides me being impatient... the writing was on the wall. I KNEW they were worth more and that it was going to go up. I just wanted my money yesterday.

I'd like to think i've learned my lesson and that it'll pay off with SGMD.
