You new guys have to research your history of this stock. If you research back to 2016, it was R/S's to 1 share for 20,000 shares. Do you know why?
The A/S was increased to 750 billion. Do know why?
Check out the toxic warrants that don't expire until 2020. That is why!!!
GLTY all that think this may go somewhere. People who invest now can't sell and if you get lucky, you may be able to sell some in 2020, but who knows what these scam artists have planned for the future to keep drawing in new victims.
Thanks for the add-in to what I said. What I was referring to was that they set their buy orders to pick up all the toxic warrant conversions that are willing to sell below the .0001 threshhold, so they can make their money. I am sure the toxic warrant holders understand that they will lose their money unless they convert and sell their shares below .0001. The MM's understand that also, so I am sure they set their algorithms to pick up the low lying fruit to make their money on this stock. This baby won't be moving off of .0001 until the toxic warrants expire in 2020 and, even then, who knows, it might not move anywhere at all, depending on what the scammer management decides to do to the company before then.
MM's bought at .00001 and sold at .0001. MM's are the only ones making money when they sell to people who will buy at .0001. Sad that the people who bought won't be able to get their money back or sell at all, maybe in 2020, if they don't RS again, dilute more or fold this company by then!
Your not such a bad guy after all. GLTY.
Hey tknuncle, I never said this company is done. I still believe we have a viable EV company. What I am saying is that we have a much longer road to go. Also, I don't expect the company to go bankrupt, even though, people are posting Note 3, and are trying to scare people with it. IMHO, this is a standard disclaimer that either attorneys or accountants include on the financial reports, to warn people that nothing is a sure thing in a startup company and there is a possibility of investors losing their money. If you look at the other financial reports filed by the company, while Dequn Wang was officially the owner, each financial report since they filed the annual 2015 report has included the Note 3 disclaimer.
I am willing to bet that other OTC startups and even some others that have been operating for a while include such a disclaimer. I can't say whether any NASDAQ, NYSE or AMEX companies include such a disclaimer, on their financials or not, because I have only reviewed JBZY financials recently.
I would suggest that people take some time and look, at some of their investment's financial reports, to see if there is something like this there, and they might realize that it is just a disclaimer.
GLTA the longs.
This is an open apology to everyone. I sincerely apologize for saying this was a Unicorn. I truly believed it was, but evidently it isn't. I also believed that the financials would be audited and that was why they were taking so long, but again I was wrong. I still believe in this company, but I will refrain from saying this is a Unicorn in the future. I have egg on my face, but I am big enough and old enough to admit when I am wrong. I don't know where this company will end up, but it's apparent that they still have a long way to go. Once their license is approved to manufacture our Z car, the story may change and we might finally have a viable car manufacturing company. Until then, it appears that they will have to rely on the sales of the battery and other manufacturers to produce their cars. Hopefully, we will see some improvement in revenues in Q1 2018 and we may have something to celebrate then.
GLTA the longs and all the faithful, who still believe in this company.
The dismissal of the Federal Court Case was without prejudice. Here is what "Dismissal Without Prejudice" means. Based upon this type of dismissal, maybe the defendants accepted an agreement proposed by Mr Wang, or maybe, Mr Wang dictated what he wanted the defendants to do in order to avoid a more costly continuation that the defendants were sure to lose. We won't know unless the lawsuit is refiled and Mr Wang's attorney chews the defendants up and spits them out. GLTY and to all the longs.
Thanks Davey, I say what I believe and if that is lying, too bad. I try to rebut the negative posts that have nothing backing them up with facts from filings and what I know about the company.
I believe in JBZY, Dequn Wang, Richard Oravec's expertise in RM's, my accounting expertise in what I see and what has been filed. Scammers don't spend money to make money. It is too easy to pump a stock. All you have to hire is one of these pay for propaganda companies who will do it for you. Real start up companies, like JBZY, stay quiet until they are ready to rock and roll. They have been putting all the pieces together to move forward with their plans to grow the company. IMHO, we weren't suppose to know about them until 2018, but we discovered them in early 2017, so they have had to deal with us since then.
GLTY and all the longs and faithful.
That is the case with me. I don't know when they will release the annual financials, but I do believe whole-heartedly that they will release them and the Q1 2018 as soon as both are ready. They had the determination to go back and file DOLV's 2013 annuals and they were audited. That was not required for them to continue with their "so called scam". Then they filed all the necessary financial returns, the annual for 2016, and the first three quarters of 2017. They could have pumped many times during 2017, but didn't. Sounds like a very good scam, which made them lots of money???? They paid for the 2013 audit, the Federal court case, the ticker change, so they could make lots of money???? Oh, yeah, they waited for six months for FINRA to do their thing, again making lots of money???? Perfect scam???
NOT A SCAM, BUT A PERFECT METHODICAL PLAN TO DO THINGS RIGHT TO START AN EMERGING GROWTH BATTERY AND EV CAR COMPANY THE RIGHT WAY. GRANTED THE FINANCIALS NEED WORK.
GLTY and all the longs and faithful.
Financials will come. I trust this company to follow through on the precedents that they have set by filing their previous financials. Mark it. BTW, an autoban is okay with me, since I will be busy spending my millions from this Unicorn.
GLTY, though, and to all the longs.
The financials will drop, bank on it. No scam here and soon we will find our Unicorn.
GLTY, though, and to all the longs.
The financials will be released soon. JBZY is a Unicorn.
GLTY, though, and to all the longs.
Dequn Wang, Richard Oravec, Anying Huang, Hua Huang are all tied to the Wyoming paperwork, the OTC-JBZY paperwork, and the financial reports. They are all interconnected within this company and the Z car and batteries.
GLTY and to all the longs.
To each his own. We won't be the ones who will stay poor when the financial reports come soon.
GLTY, though, and to all the longs.
BTW, they are on a calendar year reporting basis.
The annual has to be prepared separately from the 1st quarter financials, because they are for two different years. The figures, for each, can't be combined on the same report. They can, however, be released and posted at the same time, if they are both ready.
GLTY and all the longs.
The RS was needed to bring in whatever alliances, partnerships, buy-ins and debt that was needed to pay for those costs. The stop sign is an easy fix, which will go away when they file the financials.
Both are no big deal, when we see what was brought in. Nothing that is worth anything is free. Business is business, and everything has to be paid for somehow. When the audited consolidated financials are posted, all will be explained and I expect that the company will be more transparent and forthcoming, especially since the are planning on going to NASDAQ.
GLTY, though, and to all the longs and faithful.
It is in pinky land because it is an RM by a Chinese company. Such companies are relegated to the OTC to season for a year before being allowed to uplist. Anyone who has done DD can see that it isn't a stinky pinky. It is only here because it was required to start as an OTC pinky in order to go public.
GLTY, though, and to all the longs and faithful.
That is not true. When the financials are released, with the tight float and the high volume, we will see it skyrocket. way above the highest previous high, which is $15.80 post RS, where it reach that high on a mere ticker change. I can't wait to see how high this goes on actual news of everything that is brought in and the actual revenues for the year.
GLTY, though, and to all the longs and faithful.
Explain why you say that? I have been saying that we will see them soon which, to me, means within the next week to two weeks. There is no reason why it would take another year to prove this company is real.
GLTY and to all the longs.
Manipulation of the PPS has kept this stock in this range for such a long time. With the tight float and the realization that the financials will be released soon, it appears that the MM's are being careful not to get caught being too short. It also appears that those putting up the fake walls don't want to give up those shares either.
Let's hope that the MM's will let this trade naturally.
Yup, the real deal! Financials will show it's the real deal. We are all here because it is the real deal.
GLTA the longs.
Very few bought at that level, but if they are still holding, they haven't lost a thing yet. When it was at that level, you can call be crazy, but I didn't sell any shares and I am still holding. On paper, I made $40K today, but haven't sold. I am waiting for the financials to reveal what we own. That is where the real wealth is and I won't sell then because there is more wealth in keeping rather than selling JBZY. Mark it, like Navin says.
GLTY, though, and to all the longs.
Today was a normal market because there was NO MANIPULATION. The manipulation momo on low volume seems to always happen to keep this stock down.
GLTY, though, and to all the longs and faithful.
If the ticker change shot this up to $15.80 PPS, post RS pricing, I can't imagine what audited, consolidated, post ZJMY fully merged, annual financials are going to do. I would not stand in front of a rocket with it's boosters fully engaged.
GLTY AND ALL THE LONGS.
One telltale sign of the "GOOD" coming is the MM's stop shorting and they let it run normally, like stocks should trade.
GLTY Art, and to all the other longs and faithful.
We will soon see.
GLTY and to all the longs and faithful.
No one is putting up fake walls today. I wonder why? Me thinks, it won't be long now.
GLTA the longs and faithful.
Surprise, surprise, surprise, someone knows something about JBZY! That would be fantastic. Call the Orkin guy too.
GLTY and all the longs.
Yes, Art, I have seen them, but trusting in them, considering the original source, is an issue with me. The mentioning of the "codes" has me stymied also. I have never heard of an OTC pink filer needing codes to post the financials, so I am not sure what that means or why they are needed. I have heard the OTCQX whispers, but until I see that they have applied, I am not sure if that is true. Since it is taking this long, I do believe that we will see an audited, consolidated annual financial report, but can't say when. The company has filed every quarterly financial report and has filed the 2013 financial report for DOLV. The quarterly reports have all been late, but they were filed. Since they have filed what was required to stay current, nothing up to this point has sway me to believe that they won't file the annual financial report and them being this late leads me to believe that the auditors posed many questions that needed to be resolved or cleared up before they could issue their opinion letter.
GLTY and all the longs.
Staying liquid and still active is not part of the RM. Sorry, but it is totally up to the company to continue being a thriving business. No one anywhere is going to hold your hand if you decide to go into business. You can ask for the advice of a consultant to prepare the paperwork to incorporate, but once the consultant is done with that, it is up to you to run your company. Are you saying that the person who helped you incorporate your business is responsible for your businesses failure once he is out of the picture. Too funny!
GLTY and all the longs.
He had major success because he is only hired to help with an RM. He is not responsible for what happens to the company after the RM. I believe we discussed this at length already. Sorry, but I am not going to revisit this again.
GLTY and all the longs.
The more negative chatter I hear, the more I am convinced that this is the
GOLDEN TICKET!
GLTY and all the longs.
That makes more sense than posting things that no one, but him can answer. Maybe you will get a better perspective of the where with alls of the company than you would by seeking answers on this board.
GLTY and I hope you find the answers you are looking for.
He is the man, when it comes to RM's, so maybe they decided to keep him until they reach NASDAQ because he successfully brought them through the RM! Why don't you ask him why they are still using him since you think so highly of him?
Why don't you ask him? It is probably because he is the PR guy and the company chose to have it that way. There is nothing illegal about listing his place as the contact address. Why is the Wyoming SOS or the Nevada SOS the place where companies chose to register their companies through, when their primary location is in a different state or country? If you are trying to imply that there is a lot of deception going on here, WRONG! It is just the way that companies choose to do business.
GLTY, though, and to all the longs.
If it wasn't an AON, then, the MM that accepted your sell order, must have had a lower ask that he was trying to sell. Yours wouldn't show until all the shares your MM had listed at the lower price sold and then he would show your shares as the higher asking price.
I totally agree.
Well said!
