Do you have any link so I can read about this? Thanks for the heads up!
Did anybody call in today? What was covered?
Also here waiting patiently =)
Not much to say. Waiting on news about CVSI-007.
My prediction is big news before the end of the week.
Wonderful report, thanks for sharing details we normally wouldn't have.
Just watched the video. Nothing new that we don't already know. Same presentation as before, except with the mid-June date for the Pre-IND meeting.
Dowling still sounding optimistic that they can get approval for accelerated pathway.
Finally some volume. Up 10%. It's looking to climb going into the Pre-IND meeting.
Might be the last chance to load up way cheap, considering how oversold we are.
Hmmm new director. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1510964/000168316817001174/cvsciences_8k-050517.htm
Larry Raskin resigns. Stephen Schmitz in.
Picked up another 7000 shares at 0.309 today. Maybe I'm crazy, but I'm putting my focus on the improved sales this quarter and increase in profits. The direction of the company is going positive, but the main reason for the losses are the shares they're giving themselves. As soon as they stop that I think we're on our way up.
If you think this is a scam, don't buy any? What's the point of coming here crying all the time?
It's a company meeting with the FDA next month, has millions in revenue, 40+ employees and a quality product.
Quarterly report around the 15th. Holding on tight.
Any proof? Because you make it sound like a fact.
Weren't the options at .38?
About the 400k in options they cashed in on.... they had 10 years before that option expired. My question is why would they cash in when the market price was only 0.40? Why not wait until the price goes up, since that 0.38 price was guaranteed?
My guess is either:
1) To dump the shares asap before the stock tanks (not likely and high risk, the price is already so low and that's a lot of shares they would have to get rid of for only a few grand in profit).
2) They know the price is going up, so waiting or not wouldn't matter since they will be exercising the option at 0.38 either way.
3) To capitalize on a possible buyout by having as many shares as possible before it happens.
Anyone have other theories? Also, this morning's movement is a joke. It moved -9% off less than 100k volume.
Thanks Robert, nice summary.
16.1% increase in sales when not counting the one-time MJNA sale. Gross profit percentages up from 58.4% to 63.3%. Expenses are also down and enough inventory supply to last through 2017.
Net income loss increase partly due to the impaired inventory and additional shares handed out.
How do you think the market will react?
What quarterly report were you looking at? We're still waiting for them to release financials. Also, hah, what pump currently going on? We're at 0.40 for some time now.
Where did you read that? Great news if true! It means the demand is high enough to warrant a price hike.
Looks like smokie is trying to get in cheap =p
Picked up some more shares at 0.42. We're a CBD and pharmaceutical company that has nothing to do at all with recreational MJ. Anyone selling knows nothing about the company or products.
Weird market overreaction, at this price I had no choice but to buy more.
Not scared here. Just don't have any new information and won't bother with posts like "this thing is going to the moon!". We'll all wait and see.
Things I took out of the past few weeks:
1) AXIM presentation slides lists us as the key player in manufacturing of CBD, which is an area that is expected to have the largest growth in the next few years.
2) Chinese CBD oil selects Plus CBD oil over all competitors to sell overseas in China.
3) Joseph Dowling mentions in his presentation at NobleCon that CVSciences is currently in talks with the FDA to gain information on clinical trials - expecting to have more information by end of Q1. This is something that wasn't mentioned in previous similar presentations, so it looks like progress is being made.
4) CV Sciences continues to present at microcap and pharmaceutical conferences to get the word out on their patent-pending CVSI-007 candidate. I don't think a company would continually attend these conferences promoting a product that doesn't have a good chance of happening - it would look extremely bad and could kill the company if it doesn't get approved for a patent or clinical trials.
5) Noticing more employees popping up on LinkedIn for CV Sciences. Joseph Dowling recently changed his information to reflect his title at CV Sciences, he used to not have it listed. He has his name tied to its success now.
6) Earnings report should be out in a month. I don't see how expanding to hundreds of more stores could be a negative impact, so I'm curious to see how positive it will be.
I think the signs are there in front of our faces... that's why I'm in for 106.5k shares (0.38 cost basis) and plan to hold until the pharmaceutical goals are realized. Could be a year, could be two or three, I'm not in a hurry. I'm already tapped out and have a house I'm saving up for so won't be buying anymore for at least 6 months to a year, which is why I'm sharing this information with whoever else wants to get in to hopefully see some short term price spikes.
Wow that presentation at Noblecon was really good! Also, great find with CVSI supplying CIIX. Loading up some more this Friday (payday!)
Thanks, I'll have to check it out tonight when I get home from work.

Anyone have a recording of the webcast? Or can summarize the key points?
Their upcoming events: https://pluscbdoil.com/events/
Up 5% on very low volume. People are holding tight because they know the potential of this one, people will have to pay and move the price to get in now.
Likewise. I'm in this for the long run. Safest OTC pick when you look the revenue, employees (I checked some of them on LinkedIn), number of shares and future product roadmap. Especially under $1.

Why are you guys hyping up Jan 12th? What miracle do you expect them to announce that would cause us to "go to the moon" so suddenly? I'm thinking more long term..
This time we're passing a dollar...
Hold your shares guys, the manipulation phase to get cheap shares is over. Good job holding through the scary times. The low float compared to other penny stocks allows us to explode quickly.
2017 roadmap:
CVSI-007 approval/phase. No real competition if we get approved. Can cement this company as a pharmaceutical innovator.
Next earnings report should finally show an increase in revenue from the store expansions.
Company continues to attend and present at conferences to get their name out and be a leader in its category.
The big players loaded up in the low 0.30s, way under value. Now that they've stocked up there's no way we see those prices again and probably nobody letting go of their shares for less than 0.60
Our market cap is still not even double our revenue. People are catching on.
stockzoom starting to sweat hehe. I loaded back up. GL guys.
I like the direction of this company, aiming to become a pharmaceutical company and have a great idea with the nicotine + CBD gum. If it gets approved this might be like winning the lottery.
Risk vs reward is a no brainer.
At the worst....... I'd say this stock could reach 0.15-0.20 if CVSI-007 doesn't get approved. I don't think it would drop any further than that because we are making pretty good revenue. That means there is a chance I might lose half my money.
If things get approved and we continue expanding into many more stores.. $5-$10 easily.
Also out, good luck all. Took a 5k loss. Will be back if they decide to pay off debt with loan. This looked (and still looks) like the safest OTC to me when factoring in mkt cap and revenue. I'm sure I'll be back one day.
