Your kidding, where is the "pump".
Are you serious, HRI has been in business for years, banks are not going to loan money to businesses loosing money for years. There is no doubt HRI makes money, we just don't know how much.
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are still around.
There you go again surf, forgetting, or do you purposely leave out the most important FACT, that Doc filed a form 15-12g for and is legally dark.
My understanding Fidelity does not allow any "stop sign" stocks to be bought or sold thru them.
Wow, 4 million of the 10 million @ .0095 ask just disappeared, hummm, do you think it was a fake wall, dah.
Maybe because of the 15-12g the SEC "quiet period" does not apply, BUT you can be sure his attorney has told him to be careful what he tweets! No rocket science degree needed to know that.
Well, with the great D/D over the last year, I am quite pleased Doc has not rolled out this conglomerate yet. The $1 plus is way too low, IMO. More like $5 plus, if not much, much, higher.
So Beer, give us YOUR OPINION on why Doc stopped tweeting.
Simply for the price requirement do I think we already have been accepted, when we "file" that automatically meets the "current" requirement. Just my opinion, no 'links', just an opinion.
Do you really think the OTCQB gives a rats a$$ about .01 for 30 days with the expected UNVC news. If the news is what most longs think is coming, a penny for a month is a moot point. I think they will make an exception, maybe not, doesn't matter though.
There you go again, forgetting to state all the facts. UNVC is legally dark, big difference. I doubt the Fidelity back office even knows or cares if a form 15-12g has been filed. And eluding that Etrade started call in purchase orders only was because UNVC is a "dark...", you are kidding right. Etrade will let you still buy over the phone and you can still sell on line as always. I am sure Etrade is real worried that UNVC is a "dark...", don't make me laugh. Anyone that has read any of the great DD here knows what they own. I just expect you to remember to please be sure to tell all the facts when you post, so that newbies don't get mislead.
IMO there is no way the board of directors we have for UNVC would have joined a failing company. That simple, period.
I sure would like to see the continued volume today and slapping the ask again also. The bid/ask spread was only .0003 on the last four trades off the bid. Bid just moved up a tick, now only .0002 between B/A. If we get the volume and also price increase today, this may very well be the day. If not I will just patiently wait.
I was referring to the OTCQB. I think that is where we will start but maybe NASDAQ will make an exception to the price rule. We will get there soon enough anyway, IMO.
Those are not all the facts. UNVC is legally dark per form
15-12g. Just so all the newbies know that. Sorry I have to keep reminding you of all the facts concerning being dark.
For what its worth we had a 5 digit trade for 800 shares,"prepare for increase volume" MM signal.
The same idiots that sell any stock just before it takes off, lol.
And hopefully that disgruntled UNVC trader will get his sorry a$$ sued and put him into bankruptcy! There should be consequences for that.
He was early 20's. He had to borrow much of the $25,000 and it was the banker that he blamed for missing the 12:00 noon window. The banker didn't approve his loan until about 12:15, that's why he was late. Warren let it go to some one else at 12:01. You can bet that person was happy!
He still ended up a self made millionaire anyway.
So you have "seen it floating around on the internet before". I don't know how that could be, I just was talking with my customer last Friday.
Maybe you were referring to the Buffett story my client told me when he was buying a private placement in cable TV from me, back in 1985 or 86. I am sure he also told others too and one probably put it on the internet. He was open about it because he still did fine even though he missed the initial BH buy in.
A must read for the impatient.
Last Friday afternoon I was talking to one of my advertising customers who owns a business, a real nice guy. I asked him if he buys stocks, "yes" and he pulled out his phone and pulled up one of his stocks he recently sold, it was over $160, down from over $250 (he didn't own much). I told him about some of my horror stories in past penny stocks. After another story about a double R/S stock that I ended up with one share left, lol, he said, smiling, let me tell you a story.
He and his wife were traveling years ago and she went to a Panera Bread for lunch. She told her husband they need to buy the stock. So when they got home he did. He held the stock thru ups and downs, but no real gains. He and the market were waiting for Panera to sell off another division and put the proceeds into the Panera Bread division. Now, you have read this long, bear with me. He was "discouraged", "tired of waiting" and did not think it would ever get done. He then looked me right in the eye and said "I sold it all and the very, yes the very next day there was an announcement that Panera had sold off the other division for millions and was putting the proceeds into the Panera Bread division". The stock rocketed and was a big log term winner! A huge lost opportunity. He had a smile as he told the story as he has gotten over it but he also didn't have enough stock to let him retire either.
I can only imagine the remorse the impatient sellers will have when we finally get our news. Don't be one of those impatient investors. If you can't stand the wait, maybe you should move up a couple of stock exchanges to play. Just my humble opinion.
Got another story from my past securities career about one my clients that missed the ORIGINAL $25,000 investment window to get into Berkshire Hathaway stock. He missed the deadline window by 15 minutes and Warren sold it to someone else.
I know how my story is going to end because I know what I own.
Good luck to all.
Now, you know UNVC is legally dark, so why the question.
Folks, the D/D here over the last two years has been the best I have ever seen. Know what you own and make your decision to sell on the DD, not a post on a message board. Certain flippers smell blood in the water with us down some this morning. I know what I own and it is not for sale. The news is coming soon, IMO. Happy to wait, wish I had more money to buy.
$UNVC
Absolutely correct bspader, Doc's tweets are vague for that reason. If they were specific he would need a disclosure that would take 3 minutes to read. We are in good hands here, UNVC is going to be MEGA epic!
You always forget to add legally "DARK", therefore the silence. Just wondering why.
You forgot the most relevant FACT...Doc, UNVC is legally and intentionally DARK and for a good reason, as it has been told before. Just helping you to keep ALL your facts straight.
"You" have confirmed it is fake, don't make me laugh.
Great, the quiet probably means we are getting close, and you ALL know it may very well be the reason. UNVC!
A good day, up 9%, most trades were green too. UNVC!
There you go again, you left out the most important FACT that Doc filed the correct paperwork with the SEC to go 'dark'. But then your post would not be relevant. UNVC!
Just FYI, about 9 minutes ago we had a 5 digit MM trade for 911 shares (pending news). Mayyybeee!
UNVC!
Why does Doc care? Because Doc is not your typical CEO on any exchange, he actually cares about his shareholders and their long term benefit. Many large company CEO's care more about their annual bonus than creating long term shareholder value. Sadly, that has been evident for more than 25 years now.
UNVC!
Once again, please tell us the diluting market maker that Doc is using to dilute. Second, UNVC is in a different league, just look at the CEO. Third, Doc is a wealthy man already. Fourth, yes UNVC is the one in 100 that allows shareholders to profit. I bought 6 million shares 18 months ago at .0009 to .0011 and my account is up very nicely.
Those that are flipping this with part of their holdings are taking a huge risk IMO. They can't make enough profit (short term taxes too) to make up the loss from not being in with that money when the news comes out either after hours or pre market. The gap up will be far more than they made, even with multiple flips. And that gap won't get filled, simple as that, book it. UNVC!
BIG, please supply a link or the source for the September 2nd date. Or is it your speculation? UNVC!
Real funny! lol!!
I see an hour ago we had a "don't let it run" five digit trade for 1,000 shares. A low volume day for sure.
I love it, so true. Go UNVC.
Good chart, great, but about an hour ago we got a 5 digit 1000 share trade which is "don't let this run". May or may not be relevant but they won't be able to hold this down when we get a FINRA update and an OTC markets name change before the PR. Then it is off to the races.
Again, surf, you need to add that Dalton filed the correct paper work with the SEC to go dark. With out that further information it can be a very misleading statement. Thanks!
