Fully expecting this thing to get a no go. Question then is there anything left of value in company.
Fabius
Any sales data from the newly partnered generics?
Would like to know if those are generating any money.
If this goes down tomorrow likely so does company unless Od cuts costs - which should have been done years ago.
Thanks Fabius.
Fabius do you still have access to the site that shows the generic sales information. Have you checked to see if any of the newly partnered generics are generating revenue
I agree. There must be something shady going on. There were too many options for better fiscal management that were ignored. Case in point company losses going on 90 mil. Company could be sold or merged for value of losses well beyond market cap.
Also too many shady characters with fingers in this thing.
We need to use this board for fruitful endeavors like dd on other viable stocks.
I’m aware of the other commonality. I assume you mean the character with whom you and samsa interact on another site.
There are some commonalities but differences as well like monetizing $10m from prior losses and other creative financing activities that don’t involve straight dilution. Agree that is is risky to hold through trials but potential to run prior to results.
Ipci is dead.
Tell me a better risk reward and I’ll take a look. Seems like you are just blindly opining.
Of course they will. But that is the risk with that stock. The stock is dependent on the trials. The key key difference is they are advancing the trials.
Take a look at it wm. It will make you shake your head even more at ipcis burn rate. Clsn has about a 16m burn and is doing ten times what ipci is doing. Just completed a 550 worldwide enrollment. First interim analysis likely next year
Makes me sick about ipci. 13m a year for nothing.
Whether clsn passes trials is to be seen but they are advancing the ball forward and are cost conscious. Spend some time and look at it. I did.
Have you looked in to its substance? Or just reiterating what you heard. It has two trials ongoing. One fully enrolled the other who’s median pfs on a small trial is twice the average
Very low burn especially if light of two trials on going. Recent insider buying
On what info are you claiming pump and dump?
Take a look at clsn.
When there are no buyers stock is at total control of manipulators. How hard is it to say we are cutting expenses to at or below level of revenue.
Something really fishy that the company will not do that. Some serious negligence on the part of the board of directors
Just checked looks like the sale is dead.
Anyone have any other ideas what is in the cards regarding funds moving forward
The other issue mopar is that mnk will not likely not have a generic sales force. If it keeps the license it will likely be in default of performance covenants.
Does mnk have any separately sourced generics other than ipci. I thought ipci was kind of a lone wolf in that regard.
Wonder what is going on with that acquisition. Was suppose to close end of July from what I read.
Aurobindo already sells generic seroquel. Aurobindo would likely not accept it because of contractual covenants it could not meet. If mnk keeps it likely also couldn’t meet the covenants. Ipci is likely a small player in the deal if it happens. Buyout or give back seroquel.
Maybe aurobindo has interest in rexista and podras concepts as well but doubtful
Just can’t understand how ipci can be paying bills right. They are out of money based on what we know.
The only logical explanation for recent action and continued inaction is that they are part of the aurobindo acquisition of the mnk generics.
They have been out of funds for several months. Not sure how they are paying the bills and why they are not doing anything. Are they just waiting for the acquisition to be finalized. Who knows.
But this is ipci where incompetence rules.
Amigo mike
What are some stocks you like?
Do you have any thoughts on clsn? Unbelievable that clsn management is conducting two worldwide trials and only burning 18m annually while ipci is burning 13m annually with nothing to show.
I know I keep mentioning this and am probably wrong but mnk is selling generics to aurobindo which includes large volume of Tylenol generic.
If mnk or now aurobindo is ever going to talk to ipci about any of its technology the time is now.
If ipci is not part of this deal in some way shape or form I don’t see how anything else is going to come to fruition.
That deal is supposed to close this month from what I read.
If not part of sale it will remain with mnk who has no generic sales force. That is reason to file suit for damages.
Any normal company would and should be all over this.
What are your thoughts on the aurobindo purchase of mnk generics.
What happens to seroquel? What about lamictal and pristiq. I thin those expire anyway at the end of this year
It is almost comical how nothing goes right for this company
Wm
I think you nailed it when you said the company is just a feeding bucket for his friends. 50 employees. Ptie has 8.
I agree. I was just pointing out that I think his theories on the warrants appear a little far fetched.
Samsa
For all your theories and gymnastics you are ignoring one key fact - the company needs money
Where are they going to get this money?
How does the registration affect the equity requirements
Fabius
Any movement on seroquel sales.
I’ll be very interested to see what happens with the license after the aurobindo acquisition of mnk generics.
Not to be crass but your responses have no substance.
They can’t be that stupid. Wait I take that back.
There must be something else going on? On its face a nonevent. But why affirmatively act and pay money for a nonevent.
I agree this is simply a registration so the warrants and underlying securities can be transferred. No apparent benefit to ipci
So why would ipci pay $145k to do this.
What am I missing?
I understood it to mean they can sell the warrants prior to exercise
I just reread it. The strike price is not changing. All that is occurring is they are now allowing the warrants to be sold bc they are registered. The company would not do this for no reason.
There is obviously some plan for these warrants. Not quite sure what that plan is.
Where are you getting the new strike price is .445. That is not how I read the filing. That amount is included only for the purpose of determining the registration fee and is based on the weighted average of the stock price over the stated period of time. Read note 3 on the filing.
Not sure I agree. Why would the company pay 145k for the registration?
Wm
Almost everything about these guys are a joke.
The value of their accumulated loss is worth more than the market cap. 77m in accumulated losses probably has a value no north of 20m. Can’t they figure out how to monetize this.
Can’t they figure out how to operate within a budget. No way there should be 50 employees. They should be operating this company for 2-3m a year until they can increase revenue.
This is so beyond pathetic. No update on podras. No update on plan to increase generics. No update on regabatin.
Only potential I see is not what is said in the report but what we know going on - sale of mnk generics to aurobindo likely to close in July.
I see a small chance that ipci may be positively affected by this. Small chance bc it is ipci we are talking about ipci and they can’t get anything right.
Hopefully aurobindo is buying out the seroquel license. It may be the missing part. But we can’t count on anything that makes sense.
Likely that aurobindo will want this cleaned up prior to sale so they don’t run the risk of getting sued for not marketing ipcis generic.
From what I can tell aurobindo does not sell generics for keppra lamictal or pristiq. They do sell for seroquel and glucophage.
Have to think ipci could be a small player in the aurobindo mnk generic purchase in one way or another. At a minimum they better be getting the rights to seroquel back or compensated for it being shelved if included in the sale. I can’t imagine mnk would hold it and continue to sell.
My guess is that vote is connected in some way to that acquisition
It’s why they say Attorney’s should never represent themselves. Hard to see big picture when you are in the middle of a storm. That’s why there needs to be an independent board.
There are no checks in place here.
Another interesting thing as Angelo pointed out the value of their losses is probably close to current market cap. The company is screaming for a reorganization.
Only problem is business judgment of mgmt.
Maybe
That is essentially what a merger would be if to a company he is affiliated with.
I asked what value a buyer will place on company for a buyout. I guessed between 50 and 100m.
Thoughts
What is interesting is I think I saw that ptie has about 5 employee. Ipci what about 45
Hopefully boyd is pounding some sense in to odidi.
I’m surprised he has not sent one of his love letters
