not even in Pesos,Yen or Rupees. But sooner or later the grand partnership with Microsoft/Azure should be kicking in..
If my assumption is correct, these guys have bought Villas thanks to their Spiffy winnings,I am curious as to why they are still sticking around. I am aware of a junior level promoter who walked away with mid six figures.I believe he long left the pump and dump scene, afraid of getting caught.
9,000 shares times pennies for him would barely pay for the options on his new sports car..
I do not understand, the post above says "glassware tested, it works".
Another pump and dump in the offing,,I have been wondering what has taken them so long.Is stocktwit abuzz with "I bought at 92 cents last week" pumpers?
Chrome, strategic Azure partnership with Microsoft, today a trillion dollar market cap company, the possibilities were endless. However they aspired to be killers of the Apple toll booth and merged with a hands on,almost bankrupt company symbol OVRL.
Those in the know, always pre sell in advance in the open market, than buy it back under "guise" of a PP,Conv pfds warrants etc etc.. Risk free to these rogues.. all IMHO of course.
Do not forget Dell's $23 share offer< I am sure they are still interested.
Not Sure, I must defer to D on this issue.
Nasdaq is being patient, no idea how long the grace period.
Back to penny status. My first purchase was around 90 cents at least 1X200 reverse splits ago.:)
I believe Nasdaq has a grace period after its covenants are violated.Watch for a PP around a buck, funded by Johnny retail, if my suspicions are correct, they have been shorting all upticks to create the false impression of a "desire" to purchase stock at that level. How they manage to get away with it without detection is the mystery.
Hey, its up 7%, burger flippers can claim how they loaded up at the lows, raking it in...….. :)
Yes, indeed these scoundrels took off with boat loads,I heard of one dude in the middle of this pyramid who made close to seven figures. But as the saying goes, you are innocent till proved guilty. :)
Derek,we warned them,we took their abuse,I do feel sorry for those who lost money, but deep down my conscience is clear..
Time we finally met, somewhere half way between our two boroughs.I do come to the city often.
We are about to have penetration...back to penny status..AGAIN.
Perhaps they will need to merge with OVRL turning 1+1 into an internet behemoth, killer of the Apple tollbooth, lets not forget Spiffys strategic partnership with MSFT,and the still looming $23 offer from Dell.
All,strictly IMHO of course.
You mean from palliative care to the funeral home? :)
" I just sense the end is nigh" lol my friend, the end was nigh the first time spiffy achieved penny status, before the multiple reverse splits. :)
Who knows?next catapult may even take it as high as a buck sixty. :)
Moreover, somebody dumped half a million plus, would be interesting to see if there was a "block" seller. That would confirm our suspicions.
Some poor simple sap paid a buck and three quarter plus today?
ZERO sympathies from this OLE Jeepster :)
Perhaps they will merge with OVRL,call it marriage of the behemoths ..
Perhaps the strategic alliance with Microsoft's Azure..
Or have these two been tried before? :) :) :)
Hard to prove but my feeling is it is always Johnny Retail funding it indirectly, stock
is "pumped",certain insiders in the know, dump , than buy it back in form of a PP,warrants, revised note conversion rate, etc etc.How it goes "unreported" is for the authorities to figure out. Sorry, they don't care, bigger fish to catch. :)
I still have the same ole jeep, vintage 2008.Sure lasted longer than the future killer of the Apple toll booth with its ubiquitous technology.
Just buy a 1,000 shares each for your kid's or grandkid's Trust fund;this could be the next Microsoft, Apple or Amazon.
EVERYTIME it "pumps",she follows by a massive dump,re pricing of note conversions, warrants, or private placement. What a co incidence ,or blessing for the rogues still at the helm. :)
Hey Oil and 401,if Spiffy EVER traded at 94 cents on a bad trade day,I promise to buy us 10 shares each ; 94 cents being my first entry point in august of 2013.
UNADJUSTED for the 25X8 in reverse splits.
Wonder if,according to past rumours,EMC is still interested around 23 bucks a share.
Who am I to accuse without proof? However, only "controlled leaks" or a short covering/liquidation frenzy will spark such a move, day traders are flippers who latch on to the trend only once the volume and direction has been established. As per 90% of all spiffy pops, this one sure smelled fishy.
What prompted a million shares to trade UP than come straight back down within 48 trading hours is the part that boggles my mind.
There are so many stocks to trade,WHY would anybody bother with this once
"killer of the apple tollbooth"?..perhaps the "strategic alliance" with Microsoft?..Maybe the fact glassware was embedded in Dell servers..
Or the $23 per share offer from EMC,rebuffed for being inadequate.
Sure why not?May even rally to two bucks given volume and MOMO.I would still rather be at the Casino or buy a lotto. :)
Good luck,Spiffy has always been a day traders delight, investors nightmare.
Have not a clue why the pop on huge volume, but I have been calling and waiting for this ,a regular Spiffy phenomenon yet always from lower lows making lower highs.
I believe the only ones left are who have either exhausted their tax write offs,or have found a loophole where it is beneficial to stay in limbo rather than annihilate their own shareholder equity by liquidating.
Lets not forget, from $2,000 to a buck and a half in four years.Pity.
Now if the Sad Sack bunch of vitriol spreaders would surface for one last time,we would have our closure,.. just kidding,I had mine when it first traded below a loonie(X8 X $25)..:)
Valid point.I would never envision a buyout of spiffy.Nostalgia buffs would remember the much ballyhooed $23 offer from EMC(times 8x25 in reverse splits).
I suspect the recent PPs were defacto underwritten by Johnny retail, those in the know gradually feed the stock to the marketplace, than buy it back under guise of a PP. Hard to prove, yet seems obvious with these rogues.Been happening for years.
Safe bet that this will never see $3.40 again,2018 closing price, perhaps not even $2.40 or even a toonie.
Who keeps funding their and the board's salaries? :)
This stock has had its toilet bowl run from $10 divided by 25 divided by 8 equal to less than penny a share. It is officially in palliative care awaiting the grim reaper.Nothing would preclude it from losing or gaining a $1.50(reverse split adjusted)from todays price. Longs as well as shorts have bought their fancy cars and villas. Sticking with lotto tickets and casino trips appear more profitable .The Scoundrels and BOD remain intact suggesting they are either up to no good or dumb shareholders keep funding their wages.
Thanks Oil,my epitaph will read "He died smart yet poor" lol.
Sure looks like even a successful hail Mary pass would barely get it above a toonie.that is two bucks in Canada lingo. The bookies will gladly take any sucker money SPIFFY will be gonzo(as in DOA) before the next summer :)
At least 200 for 1 reverse splits later, this Ubiquitous killer of the Apple toll booth trades below a toonie. If we collectively saved even less than half a dozen some money than it was well worth the vitriol we had to bare.
Thank you,Derek was the one who piqued my early suspicions. He gets the credit.Looking forward to meet him one day. You two alongst other doubters welcome to join.
