really? Please do tell.
I never got out of the stock, I just stopped visiting IHUB.
Well we have seen a few major upticks on this before, so maybe on a good day we'll see another.....
I wanted to bring my share count to a nice round number hence the odd 399 share add on to the 3 thou. I'll most likely be buying more depending on circumstances. But as I have been burned in this I am being conservative in building my share count back up.
3,399 to be exact....what of it, I still bought some.
Has there been any more word adressing the clock speed issue? I think this was more impactfull than the China situation as I believe AMD exposure in China is small. I think their best facility is in Vermont.
Hello all, it has been a long time since I have visited or posted, I am no longer a mod on this page. I was encouraged by the sales of the ASV's, this is without a doubt fruit of the expo. I just wish tht things happened quicker when thee was a lot of enthusiasm. I am somewhar surprised and disappointed in the reaction to the stock becoming SEC compliant. I thought we would see more investor confidence, strength and purchasing. Curious isn't it? BTW I picked up a few shares this morning to round out and increase my position.
OK. I gotta go, I'm on my son's computer and my grandson wants to get back on to play his games, I'll see ya later GLTA
Hi gman, it's been too long. but I've been watching and started buying back in.
Hi guys, I'm back after a long hiatus. lost my mod position, but that's ok. Hey I've been buying back in. I really liked the most recent news. I think this mornings news is great, officially recognized by the SEC as fully reporting is really a good thing for the company and for us. I think once that takes hold we are going to see some significant gains and even more so if we uplist to the better exchange. We may now get some institutional investing happening. Investors may be unaware of the news and some may be a bit gun shy to pull the trigger and buy shares.but they shouldn't. My confidence is pretty high right now.
03/06/2019, Is this mornings downward pressure a result of option trading somehow???
I seem to have a really poor connection to the internet this morning and this site is taking forever to respond, so I am moving on and maybe I'll try again later. have fun all and keep your fingers crossed. Who knows, maybe that news of a 6 mil LOC will spark some kind of run on the stock.
So much for the run up yesterday, I knew it was too good to be true, you should have seen my reaction when I saw the chart before the open this morning. What was the high? and now we are back at 0.0159. Curious, isn't it.
Ola amigo wazz appening? Waiting for the next leg up, come on 25....
Don't you think it might be better if more shares were in the hands of investors instead of restricted in the hands of insiders etc.? I don't know, but I can't help feeling that way. I can't help feeling that all those restricted shares were awarded to people in lieu of cash etc., so they weren't purchased and when they come off restriction the holder does not give a hoot what he sells them for as long as they sell even if it means crashing the fragile price we do have. Frankly, I am glad that we are somehow managing to stay close to 0.015 and have not gone sub penny.
Which means that there are 258,568,438 shares in the hands of common investors or something like 200 million shares less than those restricted shares in the hands of???????
No, I am invested here and have been for years. and I am tired of misleading statements, false expectations, moving goal posts. Did they or did they not tell us months ago that everything was done and the paperwork was in the hands of the lawyers who were doing the Form 10?
OK, Sure, yup , yup, yup. What is the monthly debt service on $6 million? Ah, no problem, they hasve the cash flow from all the Menzi Muck Maker machines they are selling and leasing and let's not forget about the windfall they got from selling those neat ASL machines as a result of all those RFQ;s after the demo and the rush to provide PG&E with equipment to help clean up after the wildfires and to prevent future fires, yup they are just rolling in cash. In fact, they need to buy a bigger parking lot for all the inventory that they are going to rent out some day somewhere to someone.
Ameramex is proud to annonce we qualified to take on $6 million dollars of debt!!
WTH!? "The Company's internal goal was to have the Form 10 completed and filed by the end of February. Management and the board decided to work concurrently on acquiring the line of credit and completion of the 2018 audit -- 2016 and 2017 are complete. That decision delayed the completion of the 2018 audit from the internally-established due date of February 28 to no later than the required due date of April 1, 2019." WTH!? I thought they said the Form 10 was already in the hands of the lawyers, months ago?
Over the years I have consistently told interested people that AMMX is no get rich quick play, especially after having lived through the Niger Truck debacle, and I use a lot of restraint at not calling it a scam, but I will let that sleeping dog alone as it is still an explosive topic. I pulled most of my money out of AMMX so that I could go play other stocks. I am currently evaluating the prospect of re-investing some funds into AMMX. I do think the reports are going to be positive and show good things in terms of profits etc.
I'll tell you one thing that I am surprised and disappointed by is that there seems to have been no return on the investment of the big equipment Demo we were all excited about and all those rfq's. I also thought that as a result of the fires etc. there would be a substantial uptick in business even if were only on the rental side, but I haven't detected any company statements that reflect that.
Well, that is more like it, some positive outlook there.
Hi, it's been a while since I posted or even bothered to check in, I have not been online much at all for several weeks, I've kind of been in a rut. Oh well. It does not look like I've missed anything important. I wonder when the reports will come out or have they already? I mean the 4th quarter and yearly or annual reports. I have not noticed the stock pps go up but maybe I missed that too and we are back down again, but I doubt it. Are those lawyers still working on the forms??
Hi to all. It's been awhile since I've posted here. I see AMD filed a form 8 announcing compensation increases for top management, could this be why the stock is going up? I don't get it really, unless this is seen as justified somehow within the company, perhaps rewarding certain folks for metric performances that are not readily discernible to outsiders or shareholders. I would have thought that this increase in overhead might be of some concern to investors.
I saw the news a short time ago, says UAE planning on selling some 34.9 million shares @ 23.65......have they started selling these already? I am afraid this is going to take us down significantly, might work out for me as I am mostly out but am looking to jump back in , I only hold a few shares now, just to keep it active in my portfolio, but want to add a fair amount of shares. What is the prevailing opinion on the impact this sell off will have? Will we drop down to about 19? Less?
OK, thanks for the reply.
Has there been any word from the company regarding status of the Form 10? It must be extremely difficult to fill out the paperwork. How long has this been with the lawyers now? It seems like months have gone by.
Hello , I have not posted for a number of days. I'm still around, still invested and still hoping for the best for us all. I have been occupied by other things in life. I am a little disturbed to see us stuck at the 0.016 mark by some entity with huge blocks for sale at 0.015. What surprises me is that there are not more buyers at that price. I am optimistic that we will hear about more sales, I'm thinking on or just after the 15th. So maybe some of the potential deals will close by the end of the month, maybe before Christmas. Hang in there guys, GLTA.
Wow, really bad form CDEL, 486,000 up at 0.015////we'll be sitting here for a good long while I huess
I agree, AMD has a lot of positives and things that are working in its favor, so it is hard to understand why the market seems to be so skittish on AMD. AMD has the more advanced technology available to the market with the 7nm chips, the better GPU's and it is going to take away some of Intels' market share. I also think they are in better shape than NVIDIA. But, no, some talking head sneezes about the FED or some rumor about China and that makes all the material advantages of AMD take a back seat. Well, no matter, today we are down and you'll see at the end of the week we will be back up. I watch the extended hours trading, both after and pre market actions. I have done pretty well by doing this and making some trades then.
We seem to be having a significant drop today, unfortunate, yesterday's rise was so encouraging. Yesterday, I sold a little too cheaply and this morning I bought back a little too costly, but still ahead enough to slightly increase my shares. That has been my plan, to repeat trades with the aim of increasing share count, I am no overly concerned with the price, just the spread. But I was hoping that we would hold at 23 or higher.
Yes, you are right, actions do speak louder than words and by inference what does inaction say? We are all very hopeful that after so many attempts the audit has allegedly been successfully completed and that the Form10 filing is in the works. I think many people are sitting on the sidelines with cash in hand for the submission of the Form 10 and also waiting to see if it is accepted and has the desired effect. I am getting ready to increase my modest stake in AMMX again, but being relatively poor, it takes a long time for me to scrape cash together to buy stock in any meaningful quantity. Currently, I am licking wounds and slowly recovering from some rather unpleasant losses here and in another ticker, but things are going slowly but surely in my favor lately so hopefully it won't be too much longer before I am recovered.
Hi Gman. You know I had a chuckle with the implication that Lee has some master plan on stock strategy, considering what we have seen for at least 5 years now. I can't think of a single thing Lee has done to protect the stock value. I am convinced he is totally hands off and strictly relies on sales figures and PR announcements , all with convenient safe harbor language, to move the stock. Oh he complains once in a while and feigns bewilderment and displeasure with the stock prices, but I really don't think there is any policy or any proactive actions to protect stock value. It's rather like that French expression which I can't spell correctly but sounds like come see come sa.
There was new news of a sale maybe two and we sit with zero volume today!? I have not received a reply from Marty. Has there been any word specifically about any impact of the fires on the company or the employees including Lee, Marty, BOD, Chief officers, or other staff?
Hello room. I am still in. We seem to be doing ok. I have been watching the trading action pretty close and have been able to use the highs and lows (love those extended hours) to slowly increase my share count and have been able to make a dent in my losses. I am still down several hundred dollars, but I am hopeful at the prospect of making up for it going forward.
I know I have not been on much. Personally, I am not doing to well and my wife has been pretty ill for almost two months now, going to the doctor for the 5th time tomorrow. When I do get on I am more occupied with another ticker, I'm not doing well there either, I am firming up my position to get out of it soon , hopefully without too big of a loss. I think I'd be better off to put that money back in at AMMX.
I wrote to Marty and Lee, expressing consolation and concern. I also asked how company employees have been impacted, if the company is in any danger, how are they managing etc. I will share with the board if I get a response.
I think this is very good news, however, it seems that the technical advances unveiled by AMD are not being appreciated by the market, it's like a crowd of Lemmings following the cash flows of so called "smart" money. I am not in a position to babysit this stock as much as I am finding it necessary in order to limit or avoid losses. I was selling on intermediate highs and buying back on lows and increasing shares, but it takes too much of my time and simply isn't worth the trouble considering the size of my modest investment. Right now, I am seriously considering getting out completely and just waiting until this calms down. I'm hearing this is going to 16 and perhaps lower. Considering that one of my first trades on this was at33.xx, this would have been disastrous had I not started my selling and repurchase strategy, which hasn't worked out that great, but better than just holding. I've retained value by increasing share count on my repurchases on intermediate lows, but I think overall, I am still down as I have been unable to react in a timely manner several times because li9fe gets in the way.
Also very sorry to hear about Lee's personal situation, his home most likely destroyed in the fire. He is going to need some time to cope with that situation. Let's keep Lee in our thoughts and prayers, and let's show him some kindness and cut the man a little slack.
