Thanks, bizarre indeed
Someone is taking the time it seems to make news up about Tempus on this website...award as of 12/29/20...and even mentions TriStar
https://tempusls.com/tempus-applied-solutions-has-signed-a-contract-to-maintain-military-aircraft-at-u-s-air-force-exercises/
??
Couldn’t agree more
Any one else thinking $15m - $20m for the 4th qtr revs? John has been working hard. Good luck all
Good post, well said
I think TriStar Aerospace (newly formed) submitted a late bid and was protesting the Navy not accepting it.
Protest denied
It is fair thinking. And I would think figuring this out sooner rather than later is not only in the best interest of existing shareholders but also in the best interest of Johan Elliasch/Santiago/TriStar...etc.
conversely, fwiw, I would gladly take a buyout >85cents vs a form 10.
If this is even an option I would think some form of communication informing shareholders of result would be required by year end. Otherwise lawsuit after lawsuit will be piling up.
Whiz I do appreciate ur confidence and trust me I hope what u say is what happens...interesting note if I recall correctly (TurboJoe keep me honest) on one of the first calls Turbo had with Johan B it was mentioned by Johan B that there were ~50 shareholders on record at time of revocation. I find it interesting Johan B even mentioned that...meaning, that is a large part of the due diligence needed if a shareholder buyout were to take place. Fingers crossed.
Thanks for all the efforts here Joe
Thanks SirBika
Thoughts on this?
Published yesterday...not sure this is the same RFP we have been hoping for given it says :
“This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1”
https://www.defense.gov/Newsroom/Contracts/Contract/Article/2362207/
Omega Aerial Refueling Services Inc., Alexandria, Virginia, is awarded an $84,200,232 firm-fixed-price, cost reimbursable indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This contract provides contractor owned contractor operated Air-to-Air Refueling “probe and drogue” type refueling services to probe equipped receivers for receiver pilot initial qualifications, recurring pilot refresher readiness training and supporting fleet exercises for Department of Defense agencies, Department of Navy fleet and test customers, Foreign Military Sales customers and government contractors. Work will be performed in Riverside, California (55%); Brunswick, Georgia (40%); and various locations outside the continental U.S. (5%), and is expected to be completed in September 2022. No funds will be obligated at the time of award. Funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N00421-20-D-0120).
Thanks. What a sh*t show the Johans have created.
Can you provide a link to that protest?

Thanks for the tip on TriStar Aerospace LLC. I have a hard time following your logic though. You have repeatedly come to this board and claimed the planes will be scrapped and they’re worthless; that Johan Et al are all frauds and are not allowed to bid on the new Navy contract; now, you’re saying this new shell was set up to bid on the contract and you think Gilman and Johan will be awarded it. So the planes now aren’t going to be scrapped and despite being frauds the Navy/US Government will allow Johan et al to not only bid on the RFP but win it?
Look, I want some answers from Johan just like the rest of us, but you’re all over the map with claims and it’s therefore difficult to believe any one of them carries weight
I’m close to filling this out at a minimum. If 20-30 of us do it, probably carries a lot more weight. The Johans cannot continue to keep us in the dark and expect this to just go away.

Best post on this board
As FYI, I reached out to Lauren Wright, Contract Specialist for the Navy and asked her what it meant that the A2A refueling RFP was now inactive and what the Navy’s intentions were regarding an award...i received the below response:
————————————————————
Good Morning,
The inactive status means that this post has been archived. While the Government does intend on issuing an award, the solicitation submission date for this posting has passed.
Thank you,

Think you meant to respond to “qi”
FWIW it looks like the Navy has been busy awarding MACs over the last couple of days.

“After contacting over 70 parties involved in degenerative disc disease, back pain, devices to treat the spine and general regenerative medicine, no parties expressed adequate interest to offer any indication to partner, acquire or license any of the Debtor’s programs.”
These are the facts. No value
That’s so cute. Making investments off of cute sayings is a great strategy.
Nice one, good luck. The flock has you jaded; but if it gets you followers and that’s what you want, do what makes you happy.
Best post on this entire board. Nice work.
68 Joe. So I’m there with you. But, as you, I have my own principles...facts and data lead me to decisions. Period.
Just let us know when you’re ready to share.
Good night
382,500, dude
Dude, let it go
Johan B. wants to know ur CV, share count holdings and license info? ?? ...you’ve got to be sh*tting me! ??
I thought they were officially scrapped on July 31st?
“It’s official L-1011 planes will be Scrapped. They have been moved all together on the “scrap pan area” and will all be cut up July 31st 2020. So sad this this had gone this way, Johan needs to be sued for this and letting the company go delinquent. On very credible info, he foreclosed on the GIV and was transferred to him last week.”
No hope huh? I always liked what you added to the tmps board. Something is still not adding up imo. What happens if TriStar is awarded a Navy contract in the coming weeks? How does Claasen get his 52 cents per share back? I don’t know, you’re probably right. Good luck BillJay
