I think they had to move because the township they were in here in Ohio previously put a halt on MJ products. Toledo does not have this halt and also already has a clinic operating and accepting the MJ card below:

I am with you on that one, jelly. Company's do sell retail and wholesale of their product as well...my hero's on Shark Tank explain it well.

In the i-box under the "About Us" section it clearly states, "Rising BioSciences is the formulator, manufacturer and distributor of TSW topical pain cream". Who created the formula? $RSII

If I am wrong, I will stand corrected...so let's keep this simple as I HATED chemistry class. Rubbing alcohol is patented and approved through the FDA. Iodine is the same and hydrogen peroxide is the same. If you combine these three and create a new chemical reaction and product, it is eligible for a patent. Or, is this simply a product concocted similar to others?

The product will sell (of course through clinics) and stock may go up based on that. But the former would change this company and the shareholders lives on a much larger scale. $RSII

Some posters have stated that FDA will not take long because they are using existing products, but that does not mean they have not taken those and created their own product that can be patented. Complete game changer. $RSII

I'm with you Demz, and I don't want to be negative either. It's just investors are being kept in the dark. No one can answer this question and we should know. If they have an original formula, we are more than golden. If its just a copycat product, we are not. I have expressed this previously and whether in the right way or not, it pisses me off sometimes. $RSII

Is $RSII going to patent the proprietary product? If it is their formula, that would change this whole game.
