Waiting on Michael Holigan to tell PFOB'ers what he's going to do with the shell.

It appears MH is actively developing private financing for off balance sheet reporting. I don't know if the shell could be used as a special vehicle for parties who contribute Capitol or how we might benefit in any way as shareholders. Maybe you could think about it let me know what you think.
"To start a private equity fund for off balance sheet lending to home builders." That was the exact wording. This was a 2014 goal.
56, whats up my friend. Question. Could the PFOB shell be used as a SPAC or special purpose vehicle for private equity investment? More specific, for the purpose of construction loans to developers for off balance sheet accounting?
No, I think Latin American markets were always the major intended demo from the start. You might have a point that the name could be an issue in the U.S. if he sells the product in Texas.

Noticed the mission statement from FB has been described as follows:
If you live in South America, Central America, Mexico or the Caribbean islands, we want to provide you with high quality Pompis!
International effort.
I would lean in the direction that it does based on the commonality.

Holigan has been updating the Pompis Pompis Pompis FB page, the media branch of Pompis. I haven't contemplated the shell lately. I expect he will either use or sell it eventually. There is the chance he sits on it but I don't expect that would happen. Buying stock in shells or purchasing debt is usually a long affair. Patience is needed because allocated funds can be tied up for a long time. I have buying hard assets of late and have sold all my major indicie stocks. I have but two penny stocks remaining.
It is my opinion he will use the shell, it truely is a great vehicle to obtain financing for any venture.

That new price jump made my account look healthier! Sweet.
The problem with posting is text is void of tone deflection or body language. Oh well, I will keep my stand up routines at a bare minimum.
Wishing every one a great weekend.
A million out of work comedians and I try to be funny.
The March 4th4 post was meant to be funny but sounds silly.
Post to delete March 4th post.
Thanks for posting that info.
I can only base my perspective on observation. PFOB is still an empty shell. I am 100% sure it is owned by M. Holigan and it's most likely merger candidate is Backside Beverages/Pompis. When said owner is ready to move is an unknown and could be a long term proposition. If your strategy needs frequent trading, I would dump PFOB. If your persuasions are to hold and see...then sit and wait it out. I feel he will use the shell. He has been promoting the brand heavily so I feel the legality of the situation isn't holding up progress. It may be developing the brand to a level only Holigan knows. Good luck.
Sorry, I haven't paid much attention to this one for a while. I might dig a bit and see if I find anything new.
I find tremendous value in your posts....well said the 56!
À little higher.
Don't know what you're reading but Holigan absolutely owns Pompis. Well, there is the partnership with Patrick Moore but what percentage is unknown, regardless Holigan owns all aspects of Pompis.
Hey 56. I am now friends on FB with MH. It is a new perspective for sure. I will let you know if I see anything foretelling. This year is a wash in my opinion. Mayne something happens in the future.
Geez...lol
Very possible.
Quote from the MX forum.
"Coke manufacturers and distributes Full Throttle energy drink. But Coke also distributes Monster in most of the USA and in a number of other countries. Monster is a huge moneymaker for Coke.".-- M. Holigan
If Pompis could partner distribution rights with Coke in demographically selected U.S . regions as well as internationally, then both could profit from both sides. Established branding coupled with established distribution. Its much faster, but relationships would need to be free from litigation so I think this possibility is possible but not until the Pom Wonderless complaints are abashed.
I would believe the Pom Wonderful legalities have drawn this out but then I dont know. Checking the FB site, it appears the hispanic market within the Pompis distribution areas are adopting the product by the level of marketing and encouraging consumer posting. Also with Patrick Moore, partner, having a great deal of industry knowledge and experience I am confortable to let it ride for as long as it takes.
56, hey man I'm still around. We are in the process of purchasing a possible foreclosure so i have been busy preparing our current house for sale. I still hold my positions in PFOB and AICPQ. I dont think MH is going to make a move this year. I could be wrong but he seems to be establishing a substantial awareness campaign. Nothing wrong with that I guess. AICPQ will most likely make a move sooner than PFOB. Hope you are well. How is the investment project?
It is to late. Historically no fiat currency has existed more than 47 years before it destroyed itself by devaluation. The US dollar became a total fiat currency in 1972 when Nixon took us off the remaining gold standard and publicly uttered the phrase, "we are all Kensian's now." You do the math and we have run out of time. Here is a seven minute explanation how this scheme wipes out the middle class and destroys itself.

The married billionaires who own Pom Wonderful are habitual litigators when it comes to their products namesake. Holigans reasoning for fighting over the long haul indicates he is not hurting for financing. This is a condition I am not used to observing. In similar situation's the CEO is releasing PR's and selling into the news as soon as he or she gains control of the shell.. Holigan can develop this brand while standing his ground. Its a good thing I am a patient man.
The FDA sued Pom Wonderful for false representation. #3 of the list of grievances. The FDA stated the health benefits as claimed by Pom Wonderful were unproven scientificly.
I'm calling the judge. 2013 is no good for me. I'm expecting global hyper-inflation by then. I was really planning on using my PFOB merger money for a under ground bunker.
They did have a booth there last year. It appears they really expanded their display with the Pompis girls, the large product displays as well as the extreme props such as the Merge Racing Team dirt bike. Kyle Regal joined back up with M.H. last Saturday to race for Merge/Honda in Daytona. 56 Chevy or EI normally post the court filings as they become available. Many thanks to those guys because that information is not free.
Pompis is showcasing at the ANTAD Expo in Guatemala Mexico...right now..International expansion efforts.

PM me you email again. I have some supportive info for you and EI.
