Hi tom, I sent them an e-mail and did get a response. They would not discuss anything with me until I proved I was a shareholder. So I scanned my shareholding statement and sent them a copy.
Very short reply.
I asked them about the law suits and were they going to make an announcement stating what the overall outcome was and plans going forward.
They said that the lawsuits were complete and they had no plans currently on making an announcement. That was it.
I did not follow up as I got the distinct feeling they did not want to discuss further and that they were almost surprised there was any shareholders left. No idea what there plans are!!!
Sorry not better news.
Glen
Thought there would be an update from ESFS management by now confirming revenues for 2015, latest fulfilment status of big order and any new business - for a company that is suppose to be on the up where are the up-dates ?
Glen
Hi Tom, I think this is the address hzachs@mcmgmt.com
I was going to do the same myself - I think it would be wise to do it in the most polite way possible i.e. I am a shareholder of Ziplink and believe that the lawsuits the company has been pursuing for the last couple of years have came to an end. Will the company be updating its shareholders with the net results of those lawsuits ? and any future plans for the Company.
If you do not get an answer I can do a follow-up.
Glen
Hi Tomsylver - Just noticed the last lawsuit with Comcast is now got a status of 'Voluntary dismissal' as of 08/13/2015.
So it seems that is the Company finished with their litigation cases. 18 out of 18 now closed.
I hope soon that the Company issues an official update to its shareholders and hopefully its plans for moving forward.
Glen
Hi Tom, here are my thoughts on what the can do with this shell after the last lawsuit is settled.
1. They can try and buy up all the shares by making a last offer to the market on the outstanding shares held in public hands - as stated this is likely between 1.5 - 2 million shares. They could sell it as a clean shell to a company wanting to go public.
2. As above they could also move a company of their own or one they have a vested interest into the shell. They are very well connected the Zachs and have interests in other companies. If they own most of the stock and have majority voting rights they could do anything they want with the share structure to raise additional capital by selling shares to the market - almost an IPO situation.
3. They could fold the company all together (if they have supermajority rights) and distribute the cash they have in the bank after the settlement on the lawsuits are squared away. A certain price per share.
Not sure what they will choose but I suggest they will have to inform their shareholders (ZIPL shareholders) of the financial outcome of all the lawsuits (they will not detail financial compensation of individual cases as they have probably signed NDAs)and then maybe disclose what their plans for the company are, as suggested above.
Glen
Hi Zelda - nice to see others on the board - 18 lawsuits and we are down to our last one to settle.
We have market cap of 900k and we know from last company release that they had 1.1 million in the bank and who knows what they have gained financially from the other 17 lawsuits.
What is more interesting is what they are going to announce (hopefully they will announce something after last lawsuit is settled) and what direction they are going to take the company.
They were looking to buy all outstanding shares of the 12.8 million and I reckon they have about 11 million to date. Not much in the float.
Glen
Hi Tom - found this link, gives you an updated status on the last of the lawsuits with Comcast.
https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/3797634/Ziplink,_Inc_v_Comcast_Corporation
Glen
Hi tomsylver - That's another lawsuit settled. Only 1 to go out of the 18 that Ziplink pursued - Comcast communications is the last one.
Glen
Yip , in the same boat as yourself 30k plus. keep fingers crossed.
There can only be 1-2 million in the float now. The rest owned by the Zachs family
Glen
ZIPLINK lawsuits - see below for link to website that details all their lawsuits and status and also an article in the Hartford business discussing the process they are going through
https://search.rpxcorp.com/advanced_search/search_all#grouped=true&searchq=ziplink+inc&utf8
http://www.hartfordbusiness.com/article/20140728/PRINTEDITION/307249947/defunct-hartford-firm-sues-tech-giants-over-patents
As stated on previous posting, only 2 more lawsuits to complete and they look imminent
Glen
Hi There, took a bit of digging but from what I can find out there have been 18 different lawsuits - 16 have been settled without going to court/trial which leaves 2 outstanding. I would think they should close over the next couple of months based on when they were filed(almost all of them have settled with in a year of filing)
After the last of the lawsuits settle I think you may see a news update from the company - this is still a public company and as such has to update it's shareholders.
I believe many of them settled behind the scenes for undisclosed amounts - in most cases if a company settles a lawsuit before going to trial the plaintiff has to sign non-disclosure agreements.
Might be interesting times a head.
Also net income of $ 1,186,631 9 months to 30th Sept 2012 - Q4/year ending financials to be published. Glen
Sort of makes you wonder about the morals of the people running this company - pumping the stock via weekly press releases - some of which on reflection were designed to do one thing and knowing that behind the scenes there was going to be a dump of shares. I don't care what anyone says, they knew what they were doing and didn't give a toss about joe investor. Wither it was directly to benefit management or a third party business arrangement.
I used to be a real believer in this company and the people running it now I would be happy with 50% returns.
Glen
Does anyone have the latest OS for the company? cheers
If i'm wrong then great but I don't think I am.
gm
Yip if this plays out the way typical merged shells go then the current share holders get rversed split out of their stock then the new owners(fraudsters) increase the OS/AS then dilute the hell out of the company issuing 100s of millions of shares to a bunch of insiders who start flooding the market on the back of PRs of a fabricated company.
I don't expect this to be any different.
My 75k is now 1500.

Just remember there are honest investors that paid hard earned cash for shares and now there worthless. If you are so keen to prevent people from getting scammed then why don't you look at the whole system - brokers and MMs are making good money trading in illegal shares/goods - and never have to pay back their profits. What kind of justice is that ? and No retribution for the grieved party, great protection for the shareholder. Absolutely disgusting
gm
Thats easy for you to say when don't have legal shares in the legit company and they have in effect been written off. Glad your getting your rocks off to all this.
gm
Exactly - yet it is so made so easy for crooks to highjack small companies and then the SEC steps in after everyones made their money and penalises the original shareholders and company. I say again why does the SEC penalise the original/legal company who's done nothing wrong? Thet must know what the share structure was before the company was hijacked. So re-set and go after Mina for the money they have made from dumping illegal shares and distribute to the wronged shareholders.
gm
So your saying if someone tried to hijack micsoft or IBM they would take the same action - and turn it to a grey without any MMs trading . Ye right.
The bottom line the brokers and MMs who have profited from selling these shares in the market also get off with it scot free - why shouldn't they have to pay back the profits/margins they have made in trading illegal shares.
The SEC have allowed these scams to run their course for decades and have done nothing to prevent it. When you have a system that can be easily abused then it will.

disgusting this is why investing in pennies for anything more than the pump is useless - this could have been a decent stock with a low o/s and no debt and then it was handed over to these schisters and the huge pump and dump takes place.
The previous owners new exactly what they were doing - there will be all sort of deals going on behind the scenes. This is all about how many shares they can dump into the market and load their pockets.
gm
Agree jigfish - we are now sitting at .0005 pre split - and the amount of times also I have heard that crap from a pinke CEO via IH members, just before they either do a runner or dump a bucket load of shares.
Nope we were well and truley screwed over by the previous CEO, now this lot.
I remember when the previous shell was sitting at 30+ million shares then the previous owners raised that to 80+ million then REMD did a 20-1 share reduction and then added another 30+ million to the o/s whch were issued to a whole band of insiders.
Thats a billion share dillution for those like myself that bought shares in the previous shell when it was sitting at 30+million
Yip this was a cracking deal for us.
GM
what a great reverse merger this turned out to be - does the company do any business or is it just another web-site pretending to be an actual company? we must be close to triple zeros pre merger at this price.
disgusting
gm
About 50 million traded since late December and the PPs are back to where we started just about - I would say that meets the P&D conditions for pinksheets. Wonder who are the bagholders in this round ?
O and where are those guys that were totuting merger ? . Always wondered if they work with the guys who own the Company or should I say have control over dumping shares in the company !!!
GM
Can someone enlighten me, how can a company that has no business (a shell)and no official head that can be reached or idntified dump millions of shares into the float. Is it legal to dump shares without filling official SEC docs i.e. a 504 or form 4?
The number of shares in the float and o/s per the TA are far greater than the last official filings as sated on Pinksheets.
Maybe I'm missing something.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
GM
Looks like the shell owner(s) have had a good time over the last 3 weeks dumping millions of shares into the market because they updated what ????. Nice little earner.
Guarantee you there's a lot more than 23 million in the float as stated in pinksheets.
Pinksheets can't even get a hold of shell owner to update the company profile.
Shows what some good i-hub PR does to motivate people into buying shares in a company that has been dorment for 5 years and when it was trading back in those day's was a blatent scam.
GM
Price now at .002 pre merger. I would like to know what all those people in the supplemental information share exchange agreement file did to deserve their shares. We bought ours what did they do to deserve the 33m shares issued between them.
GM
down and down we go = we are now at 33% of the merger price.
If the company does not annonce significant growth or partnerships with real organisations/companies that will generate future revenue growth then this stock is going to slide into the Abyss.
GM
Price level going down and down - can someone tell me where the value is in this stock? It currently has a m/c of about 6 m and no revenues. Why does anyone think it should be valued higher ?
GM
Suetta915 why would things pick-up when these people get their stock? I hope not by diluting the float ?
gm
Suetta915 can you give us an clue why big money would be wanting to buy in here based on what the company has released ?
'Rumor has it big money is waiting for the the symbol from AMAF to reflect Remodel Auction, I have caught wind of it and you can mark this post, that is how confident I am in the rumor'.
seems like another stuggling small company going public to try to raise money through selling shares, to pay for their salaries.
hope I am wrong
gm
I see they have released their financials - not great reading and they have added 30+million to the o/s. Revenue has crashed through the floor for Q1/Q2 of 09. 5k revenue for q2 of 09 ??
what the hell is going on with the company ?
what was the point of having the tax credits carried forward from AMAF ?
Where is the big money investors going to come from with these set of numbers.
GM
So what are we saying here an o/s of 4 million and a float of just over 1 million after the r/s ?
Hope they don't go straight into increasing the o/s after the r/s. Let the stock price rise hopefully on the back of good PR updates. Would be nice.
GM
Quite like this info from the remodelauction web-site - he is open about entities that helped bring the company public. Have not done complete check but look like reputable companies.

Agree, as stated keep fingers crossed and hope he is a honest CEO that does his best by current shareholders and makes a real effort to grow the company and share price.
