Taxes
My understanding of current tax law is that your long-term capital gains rate is 15% unless you fall into one of the following categories:
1. Single filers with adjusted gross income of $413,201 or more
2. Head of households with adjusted gross income of $439,001 or more
3. Married joint filers with adjusted gross income of $464,851 or more
If 1 through 3 applies to you, capital gains rate is 20%.
Didn't mean this board, talking about other boards and the site's main mods.
You're right about that! Sifting through the rubbish you'll find some good info/leads/opinions from a handful of posters like yourself.
This site is mostly a shame. You just need to only read it for factual content and ignore all the rest of the BS and tripe posted. Which is very heavily edited and bias by moron moderators here.
Censored by truth, the irony is so symbolic of what we've become ...
Thanks for the invite Rik, I easily fly off into political rants, glad I didn't offend you as I do sometimes. Or probably often. With all the phony BS tossed about by the so-called news media it's hard to contain the disgust I feel with my former profession. That's too bad TRUTH serves as censor instead of just moderating ... free speech and free thought have taken a beating the past 30 years, especially under Obomber, the falsely-attributed liberal. I'll bookmark this site for more open discussion. Thanks again.
Hi Smartie !!!!----(just funnin' wit ya) I had reckd TTNP to you---at which time it went down just below $4.00---was 3 BIG financiers---sold off as soon as the approval news came out---Apple tree Cap, Braeburn, and 1 other (name slips my aging grey stuff)---Big buy-ins, and then long red candles from same mm who were app assigned to , or were the financiers broker (NASD)---This pattern went on & on---One financier holds no more TTNP stock (I pulled this info up---saw it with my own eyes(the 1 I cant't remember) Braeburn filed a S-3 (???) saying they were under 5% now, and Apple Tree is Soooooo greedy ,you know they got theirs (They voiced it)----+ it is soooooo heavily shorted (check current SI) & daily short interest was usually over 50%---mm manipulation and accumulation because they set the options put & call #s---and accumulate millions of shares to sell to institutions buying in to Russell 3000 micro cap index----- was approved for Russell. Chunky selloffs on candlestick chart are no longer occurring & the sells are in smaller batches---Getting ROW (rest of the world) contracts worked on ETC, etc, etc,----has gone from $5.00 to $5.65 in just a few days---Shorts will now be covering---low float---quick movement---conjecture $10---$15 short term-----$100 or more long term---Nice message board with very little bullshit on it----You'll like reading back a few months on it. Other drugs in pipeline BUT:-----What I really wanted to know iz: Your current assessment of SGLB----Couldn't get to the point of acquiring, as message bd is &^*$%^&%$#----and you don't pop up on it much any more---& positive outlook is waning ????-----Thanx----Rik
The filing shows Brae, Apple & pri pty have over 20,000,000 shares to "sell off" If avg vol is 1/2 mil, and 250k sold /day---long wait for us---I would think maybe only 1/2 sold off now, GREED may be a factor? What's your take on it ??? Can talk on this old bd I started 8 years ago...I have a new handle now (from then) "REPLY" to me so it shows up on my mailbox #'s
There is no way they have that many shares now that was presplit count there is only 20.8 million shares total now outstanding.
Glad I favorited you Jackle. Excellent insight. Thanks.
Hi there,
Patent.
- The company is well aware, and by their calculations, on top of the patenting issue having been liaising with Patent lawyers Kilpatrick Townsend. Whilst patents are an inexact science Sigma management have been very conscious of the patent situation since I have been following them. They are very well entrenched now in the various top level projects in this space (America Makes, AMC/EWI and hopefully soon to be ONR) so their technology is well known, and established within the top tier companies. Never say never, but it’s a situation they are confidently aware of and have been for a long time.
Reading the board seems like the SGLB CEO & BOD (or whatever) are more interested in their own scientific notoriety than they are in making $---Do you get this impression ???
- No, reading too much into that board will drive you crazy. There is a lot of disinformation and lack of understanding. In my view the company has done an excellent job in moving from an R+D company towards a commercial one in an industry that is still evolving. Too many people want everything here and now and demand insider knowledge on everything for the relatively small investments. This is a highly technical, extremely specific area of a nascent industry. There is a lot going on behind the scenes and management has shown time and again that they are in tune with market direction, leaders and trends. They have been impressively sparing in burn rate, not leaping into overheads before they were ready. That is why the recent hires point to an interesting new phase of sales, one hopes. They hold regular conference calls where people are open to ask questions and provide timely financials. They have openly stated their intention to up list to a better exchange. They are much, much better and more professionally run than most OTC stocks by a country mile. To say they are only interested in their own scientific notoriety is just an embarrassing sign of ignorance. They are major stakeholders for heaven’s sake, of course they want the share price to do well.
GE buy out.
- PrintRite3D was developed as an INDEPENDENT tool in conjunction with GE and Honeywell. Three important features that make a play by one or other more complicated. I am sure Honeywell wouldn’t be too happy if GE tried to buy them out, and Vica-Versa. There is probably more value to all concerned in it to remain independent than to be incorporated into one company or another. Also there is the possibility that the $100m S-3 was drawn up as a poison pill against any kind of takeover. Not to say this kind of action will never happen, but it isn’t just a black and white certainty.
Bottom line is it looks like initial sales are very close but this industry takes TIME. With these sales, an uplist, some real investor money (basically no real funds can invest in OTC) and a bit of time Sigma looks in very good shape. Until that point will be more weird and wild gyrations on low liquidity in OTC land with people screaming about how terrible it is that management hasn’t informed them personally about every single piece of proprietary information in the NDA infested business world that this kind of tech lives in.
Regards
Howdy, Tahoe.
Welcome to Ihub! ( ;
tahoeblue ----Little Babe chipmunk here----That's what I am now.
Have you actually traded FLIP as a challenge to see if you could do it successfully???or are you there because it is one of the world's most outrageous skams????
Here is the link that shows Kistler is getting paid 1.45million by EESO look at the liabilities at the end of this link and look at the payable to consultants, which is what Kislter is a consultant it shows 1.45 mill !

Rik, I bought BSC on friday when it was around $5.
sold premarket monday morn when JPM uped there tender. I could have waited but I was unable to monitor things that day so I was happy to take the bird in the hand. Risky buying into the weekend on that one but you gotta roll sometimes. They could have just as easily pulled out and I'd have been f**ked. I couldnt believe it when I turned on my computer that morning and it was approching $10. Took about 10 seconds to make that decision
o.t. popped you back. e/m
riksea..Thanks for PM, yes anything that could shed light on the ATNOE business plan and the GoTV & GOTV mix-up will help. I have not done much DD on the company, any info you wish to share would be helpful.
Wanted to do a lil reading on mirror trading and came across this,
5 months of agonizing posts, watching the pps shrivel to 1/10th of it's previous amt. Jeeeeze.

I sold UHCR after the divi for a 50% profit.
Missed the recent run up but I'm watching it for a possible reentry.
Heya Guys!
What's shakin?
Right now I have positions in INIX
and waiting on FRPT and SWVC to establish a bottom then uptrend.
Watching CFRI too.
How's everyone doing here?
News---wnbd gets Walmart approval----What a relief----It seems it gets more & more difficult to get things right anymore.
Excellent Lesson.
In case anyone cares to see a Lesson Plan devoted exclusively to that particular Lesson, check out Table A in the iBox in the board linked to in my signature.
There you will see 110+ out of 230+ Lessons learned the hard way by many.
And those are only the Lessons in the Lessons Of Cornell textbook.
jonesie
UHCR currently +194%
Hardley disappointing
UHCR currently +194%
Hardley disapointing
Actually with my average now halved and some positive movement today I thinking it's the start of something good
Someone is buying cfri today
Useless holding co has to be a big disappointment1---but maybe a few more days for it to "spring"---Watching CFRI this morn: it's got to be close to "reckoning" time. What are your thoughts about when it will come alive, being as there's so many trials goiong on, and the co is prepped for prod?
PM received and not yet, I'm trying though. I knew it would drop. (BESV) extended too thin
I got your pm, been watching and trying to buy into besv for days now. It looks a little technically overextended so I've been sitting on a lower limit order and watching it climb every day.
Found the article on cfri on Cargo systems .net
said they have hundreds of units on trials with various shippers
Ahhh, I learned that lesson the hard way with ONGO as well.
I thought I put that one back, way back, in my memories but it's better that I keep it fresh so that I never invest in such company w/ that type of financing.
Evil and painful.
Here's a lesson I learned with a couple of examples.
I was playing NIHK. It was good for consistant pops on press releases. I never held it, but it always came through on a pr for a quick pop. Then they hooked up with Dutchess for some equity based finiancing, The pops are dead and the stock is consistantly trending down.
OGOH,ONGO whichever incarnation you would like to discuss. Similar but Laurus and Dutchess. They paid off Dutchess but Laurus is flogging the stock relentlessly.
LESSON LEARNED: Never hold anything that gets into equity based finiancing. Sell anything that you currently hold the minute you find out they are using equity finiancing. Do not let the tech indicators fool you, They do not apply in these cases.
Sorry if this seems like a rookie lesson, but I promise you I'm right.
rik, as per your pm on AURC, from what I've read about it and rumors heard, which may or may not be true, I'd be out of it. The similarities with other scam stories is too scary for me.
I'm not aware of what's to be pr'd tomorrow, but I hope it's good enough to reasssure folks and pop it some.
Good luck with it.
Hey, rik. Good to see WNBD making a comeback. I've been watching that, too, for a possible re-entry.
With hundreds of big $ people in the trucking and container businesses, I can't understand why CFRI isn't trading!!!! Certainly Marino has connections around the world, and this should have such a huge worldwide impact-----shipping stocks---check out FRO---huge Q dividends---goes up till divs are paid out, and then back down---check the chart out---it coincide with ex-div and payout dates---almost 100% certainty on puts and calls.
How do you feel about AURC now? We took a big hit so far today on the share price. The econony isn't helping much either. Most pennies are down quite a bit. Thanks for the info.
FE
hey riksea,
I haven't kept up with it. I have my shares and I am hoping something happens this year. Only time will tell. Thanks for the message. Have a great day.
I don't have the slightest idea what's going on with aurc at this time. What are your latest thoughts about it?
Hello folks,Someone pm'd me about this board.
I doubt I have much to offer, maybe I can learn something.
Heya Stranger.
Got your email, sorry for being a ghost.
I'm in GA at Ft. Benning for some more fun training.
Then it's off to "over there".
Fun fun fun.
Been having a shitty time w/ FRPT.
I'm avged in a $6.85, which I thought was the bottom.
but then it did a nose dive to 3.89, all on good news none the less. I held on to my shares as the drops are unsubstantiated.
I'll make out well when it breaks past 13.6-ish.
Really think it'll trade in the mid-30's sooner than later actually.
MASSIVE manipulation on an unheard of scale, haven't seen a stock on the big boards trade like this in a while.
Anhwhoo, what's new with you?
Any new plays?
I'm keeping an eye on IMMR, share buyback could happen any day now.
SWVC, I've invested in them as much as I want to, now just kicking back and letting what's going to happen, happen.
Take care
Matty :)
Where've you been this time?-----Nat. Guard?
Still long and strong. Why quit now.
Having read all he posts since the pr came out, I'm at a point of less than 50% credibility----But-----everything out there now is BS, except for other related stocks with Russian involvement----The skams just get more "hi-tech". What are your thoughts about it now?
Really don't have much to say. Waiting for the proxy. Only time will time. did triple my position.
GLTU
Your thoughts about aurc, after what's happened in the past few days?
AURC should pop very soon IMO. Looking at the technicals the last few time it was at these levels in ran up to near .07. We should know something by December. I sure would like that buyout. It would be a nice Christmas present.
E
INXR fins out---what a disappointment---AS & OS outrageous!!!----dilution has been going on big time----trading platform not completed and online---etc,etc---about 50% total SKAM!
The advertising was apparently part of the scam too!~
What's going on guys?
SWVC is doing well, INXR will have movement soon, and that's all I've been watching.
Hope everyone is making some $$'s and living life the way it should be lived: one day at a time, tomorrow will have it's on set of unique anxieties, lol
Steve Taylor is part of the SKAM---Check out this SEC fraud link:
