Business Description
ValueRich is a Multi-Industry Company. The ValueRich business model is to Build, Buy and Invest in companies that add to the asset base, produce net profits and increase Shareholder Value. Currently the Company owns and operates real estate assets in Florida including a 350-acre development consisting of two communities named Ravello and Visconti. The communities are comprised of 440 build-ready lots, located along the St Lucie River in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
In addition, the Company is currently exploring various opportunities in the legal, legitimate and transparent emerging cannabis industry. There are currently numerous factors converging to induce the legalization of cannabis throughout the United States. We believe there is vast opportunity by establishing a footprint in this new emerging Industry while the laws, regulation, public education and awareness are not fully understood or comprehended by the majority of the general public. After a great deal of research and due diligence, it is our opinion that this new industry lacks experienced, business leadership and clearly defined investment opportunities. The Company is engaged in multiple dialogues with some of the prominent and leading companies currently doing business in and around Denver, Colorado. The Company will continue to explore opportunities that could range from retail products, to scientific development, all encompassing around the emerging legal and legitimate Cannabis industry.
The Company is expected to enjoy a financial benefit that other competing developments might not, as the Company will not incur most initial development costs such as pre-construction of roads, sewers or utility infrastructure. The Company assumed control over the Visconti and Ravello developments after the previous developer completed and incurred all such costs related to development infrastructure. In addition, the Company acquired the development assets, including the build-ready lots on January 10, 2010, when real estate prices were at historical lows; most of the acquired lots were purchased for approximately 10% of their original selling prices. The Company intends to utilize these savings to maximize competitive pricing structures while also maximizing the profitability for shareholders.
ValueRich signed an exclusive, multi-year home building development agreement with Arthur Rutenberg Homes (?Rutenberg?) (www.arthurrutenberghomes.com), a well-respected regional homebuilder that has been in business since 1953. Rutenberg will be an exclusive builder in the Ravello Development.
The Visconti development will offer a unique modern architectural theme with loft-styled, open floor plan interiors. The Visconti home is based on a forward-thinking premise that most homeowners only utilize a portion of their homes and not the entire house. As we designed the Visconti floor plan we focused on the most utilized and lived-in spaces while removing or decreasing the size of the less lived-in spaces. We believe that the Visconti home is our game changer, we are hopeful that our modern architecture, open floor plans, high ceilings, use of smart phone/tablet technologies, exotic marbles and granites combined with value pricing will attract new buyers to view our homes and ultimately purchase from us.

Canwealth Minerals and ICBS Receive Second Set of Assay Results for the Highland Gold Property

Canwealth Minerals Corporation and ICBS Ltd. announced the second set of assay results for the Highland Gold property received Sept 12, 2012. As expected the assay results are consistent with previous results of Aug. 22, 2012. Based on these results a further expansion of the grab sample area has been planned to the east and south of "on surface" grab samples # 006HG .005 Gold, #007HG .006 Gold and # 024HG .011Gold. This includes trace amounts of palladium and platinum. The work will be performed within the next 3 weeks with a standard geophysical and lithology study of the out croppings in the surrounding area. The work will give the companies a better understanding of the expanded area for its mineralization and to determine the surface geometry for a more defined multi hole drill target campaign as defined under National instrument 43-101. As noted, over the past 2 years it has been documented that every available mineralized orogenic gold zone of this type also known as epithermal or mesothermal veins have been staked by other high profile gold mining companies. Veins of this type can range in thickness from a few centimetres to four meters. These vein structures can be several hundred meters long and extend to depths in excess of 5km. Mineralization commonly occurs in shoots within the vein structures. Based on historical production gold grades have been in the range of 10.0-17.1 g/t. The Highland Gold property is located in the Townships of Poirier and Dalet approx. 78 km north of Amos Quebec in the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The claim is 100% owned by Canwealth Minerals Corporation. It is comprised of 40 claim cells totaling 5555 acres. The claim area includes a mountain range 4.8km by 2.1km with an elevation of 448 m of unexplored area. The 40 claim cells are located well within the Abitibi Green Stone belt zone of the Grenville province. This orogenic geological structure is considered a highly favourable site for the exploration of Gold, Platinum and Palladium. The decision to stake the Highland Gold property's location is apparent and is further supported by the close proximity of some of the biggest names in the mining industry.
Canwealth Minerals Corporation and ICBS Ltd. Announce Positive Assay Results for Gold, Silver on the Highland Gold Property

Canwealth Minerals Corporation and partner ICBS Ltd. announced the completion of its first phase sample program for the Highland Gold property. The program was completed on schedule with 25 on surface samples being taken during the month of July. A litho-logical study was performed. 25 targets were identified as a base to better understand the underlying geology for the selected area. Fifteen selected samples were sent to AGAT Laboratories July 23, 2012 for analysis. Of the 15 samples 001Highland Gold assayed 005g of Gold, 1.02g of Silver, Sample 005HG .042g Gold and .005g Palladium and sample 018HG .034g Gold and .004g of Palladium. All samples contain base metal credits for aluminum, cobalt, chromium, copper, manganese and vanadium. The assay results are consistent with this type of VMS (volcanogenic massive sulfide) geology and the study supported the lithology for the region. The remaining ten samples will be sent Aug. 28, 2012. An updated sample program has been planned for September based on these latest results. The plan will include an expansion of the study area to better understand the lithology of the area. The Highland Gold property is located in the Townships of Poirier and Dalet approx. 78 km north of Amos Quebec in the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt.
