First of all I, Mark A. Sutter, President and CEO of Wall Street Equities Co. LTD, would like to say how excited we are to have a presence on the Deutsche Borse Stock exchange. This public listing gives us access to the capital needed for a business model such as ours to obtain our financial goals and proceed with our future growth and expansion.



We specialize in acquiring companies, taking them public and paying dividends from the new companies that we have acquired taken public.



Wall Street Equities Co. LTD is currently focused on real estate acquisitions because we believe there is tremendous upside in the real estate market as we have reached an international multi-year low and there is potential upside in real estate acquisitions that are revenue based.



In turn, we believe this should substantially enhance the price per share and book value of our company. Because all the real estate that we are going to be acquiring has a proven track record of revenue, we are substantially limiting our downside risk. In addition, the revenues should increase the price per share and build a solid foundation for the company's asset base.



In addition to the real estate acquisitions, Wall Street equities Co. LTD is always looking for new acquisitions that have a proven track record of revenues and in an industry that makes good, solid corporate sense. Our business model and the way we invest is this: We are always looking to either make an investment that we would be able to get out of that investment with over a 25-75% return from the time of our initial investment within the three to six month time frame. Some call us overzealous, however, those who have the gold make the rules, so we're looking for companies that have good share value and that need additional money to meet their capital requirements and needs for future growth. Primarily we make this investment in equity into the company in free-trading stock that we're looking to get out of over a certain period of time.



In addition to the investments that Wall Street securities makes, we are also exploring leveraged buyouts with companies that have been in business for a substantial number of years and are now looking to sell the business or do a stock swap agreement with Wall Street Equities to acquire the businesses.

# 5: Be trading at year end anywhere from €15-€20, we have a very tight float and an extremely competent team. We have a broker network in place in addition to Mark Sutter being CEO and President with 25+ years in the Broker-Dealer and Investment Banking business. Mark Sutter has a vast broker dealer network of established traders and brokers worldwide in the merger and acquisitions' business, which makes him a substantial asset for the company's overall success.
