Suggestion for change.
When I am reading the post history of an IHUB user, if I am on page x of the history, I read a message and press the back arrow (on the top left side of screen) to return to the list of history, the app resets back to page 1. That is frustrating. I have to then press "next" numerous times to return to the last page I was at.
Pressing the back arrow should return to the last page I was viewing, not resetting back to page 1.
We have released another update this afternoon for Android to our BETA users. Build 210 fixes the following:
- Last Read Favorites Bug
- Certain Profiles were not loading properly. This was pointed out by @Craig305
- Smaller screen rendering is better for Level 2 and Charts on Quote
- If you have any issues, please let me know

When reading posts, when I scroll down, I cannot scroll past 50 posts/messages. I reach a dead end of continuing.
Yes, we are working on push notifications. The main goal right now is to get all the functionality from the old app working in the new app. That is one that may come out after a few releases though
Are you working on push notifications?
Years ago, the app would send my phone a notification if someone sent me a PM or replied directly to a public post made by me.
I only know if someone replies or sends PM once I actually enter the app.

I have downloaded build 208.
I can now read the boards again...BUT...there is a slight problem. When the screen appears and you have the messages...when you scroll down to read more...the screen glitches and shakes and sometimes requires more forceful/faster swipe of the screen to move down. Once you get the screen to move, it is smooth. It only happens when you are at the top most part of the screen and want to scroll down to read more.
I can see the sticky posts now. That is a great improvement.
I also noticed I can now edit my messages at any part of the screen with no more "touch" problems. 🥳
We will have a fix out for this shortly
New Bug in Build 207
On my Watchlist screen, when I select any stock and go to Boards, an error appears that there are "no boards".
The only way to read the message boards now is to add the stock as a Favorite. I can read boards from a stock in my Favorites section.
If you search for a new stock and go to Boards, that will produce the same "no boards" error.
I received the update. Now working on Build 207.
We have submitted an update to the BETA users. You should receive the update later tonight. Here is the changelog:
- Favorites Button now refreshes the favorites tab
- Text Inputs now work with pasting and editing words
- Quote - Add a stock to your Favorites bug fixed
- Chart Settings now saved from quote to quote
- Several other bugs fixed including crash fixes

Question:
How do we make a stock message board appear in the Favorites section?
When you click on the star, you have 2 options: Follow List and Default Monitor.
What is the Follow List.option? When I have it selected, I do not see anything different. Is that the option that is supposed to put it in the Favorites section? If so, it is not working.
Thanks for the reply. We have this fix coming in the next release. There is a lot of bugs that have been sorted out in that release. We are hopeful a release will happen in the next few days.
Problem Build 200
Sometimes (have not noticed a pattern yet) when pressing on the app icon on my phone, the app looks like it want to load but then returns back to my phone screen. I have to tap on the icon a second time to have iHub loaded.
The attempted load and failure is very fast. At first I thought I was not pressing the icon hard enough but today I noticed a slightly longer attempted load time before minimizing back to the app icon screen.

Problem in Build 200
When I go to a message board and click on a message and then click on the user name to see the user profile, sometimes it works and sometimes I get a black screen. I have to close the app and open it again to get out of the frozen state.
I have noticed that it happens only with some particular users. It is not random.
I will PM you 2 names as examples to investigate.

Problem?
I have not been able to replicate a pattern for this behavior but at times when I go to the mailbox section of the app, it will appear to buffer. I see a spinning circle on the screen as if it is trying to load/update. It will remain until I exit that screen and return to it.

Problem:
When scrolling through the message board, if you try to click on the "👍" emoji, you get an error message "Your reaction privileges for this board have been restricted.". If you click on the smile face emoji next to it, a pop up screen with other emojis displays. But if you click on those emojis, you also get the same red error.
If you go "into" the particular message so that it is the only one on the screen, then the emojis can be selected.
If you cannot select the emojis while scrolling through the list of posts, the icons should not be visible, or change the error message to instructions on how to properly use them.
The red restriction error makes it appear worse than it really is
Is there another new update? My Play Store in Google is showing an update available.
This feature was temporarily removed as we work on fixing it's issues. We will circle back around to it after the public release

Was the "push notification" setting removed?
I cannot find that option in settings anymore.
It was not working previously. Does this mean it was given up on? We will just have to enter the app to see if we have new messages?
I just updated to the latest version.
I was still getting the reconnect error. I went into app settings of the phone and cleared cache for the app. Returned to app and still got the error.
I then cleared/deleted "files" and then opened app. I was asked to login with ID and password and Finally!!! Error disappeared.
Some code remained...even with new updates and I had to delete any residual files.
I did not delete the app. I only deleted files and cache.
No more annoying reconnect errors. 🎉

- Watchlist - updated styling on Simple View and Advanced View
- Trades - updated timestamps
- Major bug fixes and backend changes. App should run smoother now

Question: Trades Time Zone?
The time zone for trading history appears to be 4 hours ahead of EST (where I am located).
Any idea why the time is 4 hours ahead?
I believe that is actually due to your disconnecting issue. We are still investigating this.
I just tried it again but it now worked...sort of. I just removed 3 CE stocks from my Watchlist. It needed 2 - 3 consecutive attempts in a row for the removal to work on all 3. WEWKQ, URAL, USCS.
What stocks specifically were you trying to remove here?

I logged out of the app. Cleared the CACHE from app settings section of the phone. Logged backed into the app. The error continues to appear.
What is strange is that even though I cleared the cache, when I was at the log in screen, it did ask me if I wish to use the login credentials as before and prepopulated the ID and password field.
That's very strange. Can you login and logout of the app? If that doesn't help, I will get some more data from you so we can figure this out
I have downloaded the new version but it has a BIG big for me (Pixel / Android).
The attached screen image is constantly popping up for me and I am not connected online anywhere else.
On another note, at least I can see the Trades section in between these pop up messages.

- Level 2 data issues for small caps
- Watchlist - updated styling on Simple View and Advanced View
- Favorites - Badges added to both People and Boards. Also fixed unread marker on board posts
- Profile - Followers count and Status added
- Boards -> Search - When on Boards tabs, search defaults to use Boards and not Companies
- Message Posting - When clicking on Post New Message or Reply to a Message, the keyboard will automatically pop up
- Quote -> Boards - Add a New Post Button to this screen
- A lot of under the hood changes in this release so let us know if you run into any issues.
PROBLEM: No Stickies on Message Board
Sticky posts only show up when you view board messages a particular way.
If you are on the Watchlist screen and click on a stock and go to the message board, you do not see the sticky.
You need to "search" for the stock, switch from the "companies" selection and choose "boards" and then search for the symbol. Now you will be able to see the sticky posts.
You should be able to see them simply by clicking on the stock from your watchlist.
It now looks like the trades wants to load....I see a faint background of the trade screen and "loading" but then nothing actually loads and remains a blank screen.

I have never had that problem and I use it all day. Don't forget to report which phone and O/S you are using when you report the problem. That might be the difference.
Today the App kept crashing and I received a message to clear the cache because there was a bug in the App. Sorry I didn't take a screenshot.
We haven't forgotten about you all and are collecting all the feedback. We are working on a build that addresses some issues that have been reported. Look for an app update coming in the next few days.
When using the App and I use another webpage or app to lookup something - when I go back to the Ihub app it shuts down and restarts.
In the App on my watchlist I can't sort them alphabetically - the Symbol column doesn't sort.
When responding to a post it would be nice if Color and Quote was included but what is included is fantastic.
I like the new layout - but I had to find a work around to copy the Original post - I could have missed something but will keep trying.

Problem: Watchlist Removal
I have 2 (CE) stocks I want to remove from my Watchlist. I can slide them to the left and get the "Remove" slider option...but they do not get removed.
The Remove is working with other non CE listed stocks.

I'm a ihubber for life so take this with all due respect but we need change. I think making this a strict cosmetic change will just confuse. If we are looking at the next level of stock platform we need to adapt to what people want. We need more power for what matters, the users and the stocks. ADVFN can make so much money if they become a new SHERIFF in this wild wild wild west.
Suggestion: Edit Feature
Would be nice with this new App if the edit feature were made available. At this moment you can only edit a post within 15 minutes from the browser. Can this be programmed into the app as well?
Problem: Moderate feature not available.
I am a moderator of a board and I do not see the Moderate button to take action on a post.
We are currently looking into the connection issues on the BETA app. That indicator is showing you as a delayed user for market data.
We are testing a build right now to solve some of the other items as well that you have reported. Thank you so much for allt the feedback as it has been very helpful for us.
Is the attached image a sign showing me as "offline" or "away" status?
Could this be the root of many of the problems I have been posting here?
I also tried to delete the attached photo by clicking on the circled X but it would not delete.
