Bloomberg confirms Firefly Brand Management is indeed owned by Encore Brands Inc:

"As of January 1, 2015, Firefly Brand Management LLC operates as a subsidiary of Encore Brands, Inc."

Unless someone has links that prove otherwise I don't see any reason to assume Encore Brands is out of business. Obviously I don't know for sure though, hard to say what's going on with this company.

Alright man, well a thinly traded stock is a good thing and the "jacked" up price is due to a low float. When big news hits, which I think it will, this will be quickly trading at .30+ with real volume...now that I said all that, ignore.

I'm trying to understand the value of a jacked up price if nobody is actually buying. As you can see from my profile, I am new to this. I hopped on this stock and have regretted it every single day since. Glad I only invested enough money to learn a lesson.

How can you say it was 10 times that the day before? There was only one low volume sale to pump that up. I only have a few hundred shares, and those didn't sell at a fraction of the .31 peak. Pure manipulation. There is no interest in this stock at all.
