Spoke with Mayfield, KY Co. and they said they have no clue about Quadrax or going public. Apparently Knobias is in error as often is the case.

Might have to wait till Tues. to find out more as tomorrow is a holiday. This web site fits the news: www.turboaftermarket.com/ , at least these guys have done Goverment jobs and are viable.
Just read news from the QDXC board over at RB. Seems like the media or news sources are confusing.
"OAKLAND, CALIF. – In a moment on Wednesday, the gathering might of the Chinese economy became as imposing and obvious as the Great Wall. This was no economic forecast - no set of percentages and decimal points that hinted obliquely at the power that 1.3 billion shoppers could someday wield. This was news that a Chinese company had agreed to buy one of the most venerable product lines in the history of American technology: IBM's PC business.
The deal, announced in Beijing, evokes images of the 1980s, when Japan swept through the American marketplace in sorties of Sony TVs, turning homegrown companies like Zenith into free-market flotsam. Indeed, in coming years, a tide of Chinese cellphones and refrigerators could find their way into American homes. Yet China Inc. goes beyond that."
Poster on RB said Turbo Tech Inc. denies any association with quadrax. If this China Inc. mentioned above is the same as implied in the news, I think this bodes well for shareholders.
TTCH- News
MAYFIELD, Ky., Apr 25, 2004 (The Paducah Sun - Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News via COMTEX) -- Turbo Technologies Inc. will soon bring 19 jobs and an estimated $1 million payroll to the Hickory Industrial Park on U.S. 45 North, the Mayfield-Graves County Local Development Corporation announced Saturday.
Turbo Technologies is an industrial company that sells parts and services for centrifugal air compressors worldwide, and will do so out of a new 13,000 square-foot building covering seven acres at the industrial park.
The development corporation said another 15 jobs are possible after the business gets started.
Parts and support used by the new company will be purchased from local businesses, the corporation said.
No one was at the corporation office Saturday for comment, including information on how long construction of new building will take and when the company might open.
Dave: I think you are right about them getting back at the past creditors. If not mistaken the shares held by the two owners DO NOT reverse split-they remain the same as outlined in the BK settlement. Your math may be correct but I can't see TTCH coming out at that high of a price. It would be nice but I think unrealistic. Good luck to you.
If you had 500,000 shares on Friday you could have sold @ .01 cent for a total of $5,000 dollars. On Tuesday those 500,000 shares will be reversed 1 for every 2,000 which will leave you with only 250 shares. The stock closed at .012 cents on Friday. On Tuesday that .012 cent per share will be multiplied by 2,000 giving you a $24 dollar per share price. However, it will most likely be impossible to sell at $24. I see this falling very quickly being on the pinksheets without any news or filings. I know that I sold too early on this, but I don't feel nearly as bad as I did after seeing how this company treats it's long-term shareholders. I will never touch another Nachum Stein or David Bistricer stock again. They didn't need to do this reverse split. The share structure was excellent here. I guess they did this to get back at their former creditors who wouldn't work with them. I wish you and others here who have been stuck in this the best of luck though. Everyone still holding deserves to make some money on this after all these years.
Good Luck,
Dave
I don't see the downside to this split, if the stock comes out at $5 then it's a push from previous low. Higher is a gift, being China related even more of a chance it can go to $20 like SINA or SOHU-Who knows?
Quadrax does one last death blow to surviving shareholders. Now I don't feel so bad for selling this POS last month. Because on Tuesday it will be worth far less. They are completing a 1 for 2000 reverse split. That means if you are holding 500,000 shares on Tuesday you will only have 250 shares. I hope some of my friends bailed on this today. But I doubt that they did with the low volume. I feel sorry for all the ones who got suckered into buying this on the way back up. There is no way for any of them to get out now before this split takes effect. Nachum Stein and David Bistricer are total POS! They were the ones behind the scenes who screwed investors all the way to the end here. I hope they are proud of themselves!

Nice rise and good volume, with each day there brings more good feelings.
It's because I gave up all hope and sold most of my position for tax loss last month! I sat on this POS for 5 years and nothing. Now not even 30 days after I dumped it decides it wants to do something? WTF???? I give up!!!! I hope it works out for the ones who are still holding. The market isn't for me. I Lost 10 Grand here...
The same question-why the volume? If PPS continues to rise then something is in the wind.
There was actually some buys yesterday at .003! I see the MM's raised the ask to .004. It sure would be nice to get an update from the company? I have my fingers crossed here!
Dave
Bid increase on Quadrax!! .002 X .003 Anybody know why? It's been at .001 on the bid for months now. I wonder why the MM's are offering more now?
Dave
I can't post on raging bull for some reason? Anyhow, I just wanted to let people know that I am still holding and hoping on this one to make a move. Happy New Year and good fortunes in 2004.
Dave
Chief or anybody else who is still following Quadrax. Is this a dead issue now? Maybe a good tax write off for me. I haven't been able to get in touch with the company for several months. I think the NY offices may be closed, but I don't know for sure? I always get a fast busy signal when I call them. Anyhow, it's a shame that EB had to be so greedy especially since the markets are doing so well now. If they would at least put news out, or release a filing we could be trading at .10 cents easily in this market. Maybe someday they will see the light? I hope people who lost here are making money on other stocks now. I myself have become a pretty good day trader and I have made quite a bit of money this year finally. It's been nice paying off a lot of my bills with my profits from the stocks. Anyhow if anybody hears anything I would appreciate it if you would post it or send me a PM.
Thanks,
Dave
Dear DT Goody,
Thank you for the update. I will advise you on any further developments that i turn up.
Once again.... thank you very much
Schartner
Hi Schartner,
I believe that Quadrax still owns Victor Corporation as one of their subsidiaries. On their last press release they stated Correspondences and inquires to Victor Corporation should be sent to the same mailing address as Quadrax. The problem is the new phone number out of the NYC office is no longer active. It's been disconnected or off the hook for about 3 months now. David Bistricer (EB) was working out of that office for about 2 years. I still had some hope for Quadrax up until that phone number was disconnected.
The only other number I can give you is Abraham Backenroth. He is a Director so he should answer some of your questions. The problem is he is very hard to reach. His phone number is 212-593-1100. Schartner, if you do call ABE and he gives you any information about Quadrax I would greatly appreciate it if you would post it here or send me a PM. I am unfortunately very heavily invested in this company for over 800,000 shares at much higher prices. I have pretty much given up here, but still hoping for a miracle. Take care and I hope this helps.
Here are the companies last two press releases.

DT Goody,
Looking for some info regarding Quadrax and Victor
I am trying to find out info regarding Victor Electric Wire and Cable. I retired from the company and i an trying to determine if certain life insurance policies would still be in effect.I understand they were acquired by Quadrax in 1998/1999?. Did Quadrax sell Victor Electric? to Whom?
Any info would be helpful...
thanks in advance
Someone Dumped 50K today. Not a good sign IMO. Bid now .001 ask now .003. I Will hold until this thing stops trading!
Dave
Thanks Dave-probably is a key word. Good luck, enjoy your son and famiy, stay healthy and kep your chin up. :o)
Abe sometimes returns calls and other times he does not, hope he follows through. Good luck-we need it with these ____!
Dave-call Abe at 212-593-1100 he is a director so he should/must answer your questions. I called today 3 times and each time he was either away or on the phone. Let us know what he says.
DT-I called Abe to get some info and if I get any I will let you know. I cannot respond to your PM.
Have fun with your son and enjoy the fishing. Maybe this puppy still has some life.
I hope some bought DBBD when I posted it to this board at .05 cents. It's now trading at .17 cents! I would love to see the day where Quadrax is trading that high and everyone is posting about us!!
Notice also the volume on PKCY. I told you about this jewel and now with the 30 day grace period coming to an end, there will be more market makers involved. Let us hope the EB group has come up with something.
Hi Chief,
Just when I had given up all hope someone bought 200,000 shares! It wasn't me or anybody I knew either. It sure would be nice for something positive to come out of this! Still long with 800,000 shares!
Dave
A bit of volume today after months of quiet-do you suppose? It would be nice to have this dead-dog bounce.
I am still very much invested into Quadrax with over 800,000 worthless shares. With the New York Office phone number now disconnected I have come to the realization that I have probably lost my entire investment here. I refuse to completely give up and I will not give the MM's the satisfaction of trying to sell my shares at 1 tenth of a cent!
I know I was crazy to put 10 grand into this stock between the years of 2001 and 2002. I had really thought that the Coleman merger was going to take place, and that is why I put so much into this. I had thought that this stock was going to make all my dreams come true. LOL LOL I guess I thought wrong! LOL LOL
If I had only put the 10 grand into something else! I could have bought GCHC at .03 cents during the Summer of 2001. Look at it now and where it's probably going! At least there are two good things I learned from this. 1. It's only money! 2. Never invest more than $2,000 in any one OTC stock!
Who knows for sure? Maybe EB will sell the Quadrax shell to get their investment back and QDXC will run to a quarter on a reverse merger? Or maybe but highly unlikely EB will file with the SEC and Quadrax will proceed forward as a new clean company!
To anyone still in this investment I wish you all the best of luck and I hope you are making money in other investments!
Dave
O.T. DBBD - $1.75 billion target market. Demand increasing 20-25% per year through 2003-2005. Company shifting towards security and biometrics. So we've got a stock in one of the hottest sectors that'll have a presence in one of the fastest growing economies (China). Company is also profitable and buying back 10 million shares out of the public float. Definitely worth a gamble at .05, IMO.
DTGoody
QDXC - Going to make me a Millionaire someday!! :)
Merry Christmas to all the Quadrax Longs!! Hopefully year 2003 will be the start of better things to come for this company.

Again, someone is working very hard to give the appearance that there is a lot of selling going on here when in fact it's buying that's taking place here. Today Someone bought 200,000 shares and paid almost $1000 dollars for their investment in this stock. I believe that there is accumulation going on here. After the buying was complete the Market Makers threw a 100 shares at the bid to make the stock close at the low to give the appearance of a sell off? My question is why are they going through so much effort to keep this stock down? Last week over 400,000 shares were purchased at the ask and they did the same thing. Just look at the time and sales if you do not believe me.

SHAREHOLDERS HOW MANY SHARES ARE YOU HOLDING ON TO i know its probebley not by choice at this point but for what its worth where trying to put a count down at raging bull to figure out aprox float, theres not much else to do these days ,knobody, has to be embarresed where all in the same boat maybe some day if this company does rise from the ashes there will be about half a dozen people who could get togeather for dinner and drinks, otherwize just wishfull thinkink, dont be shy lord knoes we have nothing to lose at this point, thanks.peace
I've done DD, though I've been unable to contact Desmond at the new number. Just wondering where you're getting the info that QDXC won't exist in 45 days...
Check out the past filings-then find the past creditors and do some DD. If my facts are incorrect-correct me. This will be my last post here till company issues a PR.
Company officials stated that Quadrax will not file with the SEC-no 10Q or 10K. The company has basicaly no income generating capacity, the merger talks with Coleman Cable are defunct and EB will not put any more capital into this entity. The creditors are being offered 7 cents for their shares and have 30 days to respond. All shareholders are thus left with no recourse but to absorb the loss-one more time and this time it appears to be finality.
According to the Daily List we are effectively trading on the Pink Sheets today. Unless I read it wrong and today is our last day before quadrax can file? I hope we get a filing or some news pretty soon. I still have faith in Tom Desmond and this company. I believe that we will do very well if we can be patient and hold on little while longer. Good Luck and Go Quadrax. Here's the link to the daily list. http://www.otcbb.com/dailylist/history/bbdl_05232001.stm
I mentioned the fact that at least a NT-late filing could have been filed so we investors weren't left in the dark. CEO said he follows the mandates of EB-but did apologize. I think SEC filings cost money so maybe this is their reasoning. I told him it is bad for investor confidence not to keep us posted. We shall see where we are headed in a few weeks-I hope.
