No idea why but IPKL continues to trade modestly. I sold half the million shares I was stuck with and holding the remaining half to see what happens. I think it will end nowhere but will stay here to see if someone needs the shell.
Boredom...my guess anyway
Why is this stock trading? What do you own when you buy one million shares for $300 or $400? You'll never see a stock certificate but i guess it will show as an entry on brokerage statement.
There is no company, no office, no phone number, no CEO. It's a defunct, empty shell but most days there is some trading. Has anyone pinned down why a dead shell is trading again?
Today it's quoted at 0.0005 and 2.3 million shares have traded as of 11 30 am CST. But why?
Big thangs here IPKL alerted at .0001
0012....
And still the brokerages are hiding the bid and ask...wonder why?
Lmao
Tape doesn’t lie...someone trying to quietly accumulate shares...
Does this defunct shell nevertheless have any benefits to it over a new corporation in being used as a SPAC? Could someone be accumulating for that purpose?
How’s it w/Volume. Didn’t brokerage’s— stop from buying.. lol
Well, it took about 15 trades...but I got a million sold at 0004...
0005s going off now.
All we need now is a damn bid...
Any idea what's going on with this empty shell of a stock?
59 million shares traded at midday. Not much actual money. around $17,000, involved but more action than seen in years.
Hmmmmmm....something brewing here?
YAY!!!! That is awesome. Glad u were able to dump them. Sorry for who bought them.
Having a bid price gave me a chance to sell half a million shares - never thought I'd be able to get them out of my TDA account.
18 mil volume today, touched .0002s. Thinking about taking a small position. Any theories as to the recent buys? What's the history here?
LOL - I know. That's why I posted the date first.
2007? This is 2020.

LOL probably meant to try to sell and bot instead.
'chilar4567'? was a Fat-Finger Trade! Just ignore it!
This thing been dead for decades!
Don't get your hopes up!
It started out with having a device that made it possible to save/locate people trapped in tunnels, or something like that.
Which would've been of great use in saving lives of those since trapped in caves/tunnels etc.
But for some odd reason, it flopped and been dead ever since.
Typical of pinksheets companies/stocks!
No, MC. Dead as a doornail.
But, there was a tic @ .0001 the other day.
Chilar, I have not looked at this is a year or two,
thought is was suspended or something,
does it have a heartbeat?
MC
Can a doornail come alive??? someone bot 1700 shares today.
The Pickle is in a pickle.
Thanx a lot Kanno!
Where is my divy????
It didn't take long for them to beat sanwire into the ground, it's a dead issue now.
He is a dirty crook. He will never give up.
When Kanno says 'hello' - I say 'goodbye'!
That's my feeling about Kanno and his activities.
Kanno's current venture/scam
http://promotionstocksecrets.com/sanwire-corp-ntmg-dirty-debt-note/
You got that right chilar4567
It never ceases to amaze me how some of these crooked CEO's can get away with what they do to shareholders. Kanno played us all like a fine fiddle.
Kanno and Vetter just chugs right along starting there little scheme all over again with IPKL bag-holders money and products.
Take a look what I posted today over on the SNWR board
Sanwire Corp SNWR Volume
Every bit of dirt I can dig up on IPKL management
I'll be posting on the hopes that no other person will
be taken to the cleaners like we were here with this "POS".
Ammobox
gabeh, yes there is a reason to hang onto these POS's:
As a reminder to never be stupid again!
Is there any conceivable reason to hang on to these shares rather than do a "ddeded gift" and then use the writeoff?
Thanks. I did fine today with SBM and MDL on the TSX.
I just saw where a trade was made today at 12:28 PM ET with a buy of 3.5 mil. shares.
Been a good long while since you were beating the drum on this one day and night and now you are talking of law suites. WOW.
IPKL: Though you've given a plausible excuse for this POS, this POS only saw "What's in YOUR Wallet" (wink!) and what it can get from it, into its own!
Once that was accomplished, the POS was of no further use.
This POS had plenty of funding for its project!
Meaning, the shareholders supplied quite a bit of loot over the years and all this POS has to show for it, is being an empty shell!
Welcome to the PINK UNDERWORLD!
enough said..
ipkl website is no longer online -- the URL goes to GoDaddy.com now - It was up in Jan 2013 - that's how I found word of the resignation of Naiel Kanno from iPackets.
One more downward step for IPKL - it's an empty shell and my expectations are nil for any resurrection. Too many shares out there for anyone to to try to use it as vehicle for another project but the structure will probably hang around for a while - not sure why it's not put to rest by formally disbanding everything. Maybe easier to resurrect a shell than form a new company.

IPKL: and all that posting has "WHAT" to do with this POS?
Report: Communications Technology Among Tools Needed to Aid Miner Safety
3/15/13
COLUMBUS, Ohio—A new National Academy of Sciences report identifies tools that would help miners devise their own means of escape when trapped underground.

In part, the report suggests that The National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) work closely with technology companies to develop new communications and tracking devices—ones that keep working underground after a mining accident.
It also suggests that NIOSH and MSHA work with mining companies to enable frequent escape drills and extensive training with safety equipment.
The report offers the first comprehensive examination of all the diverse factors that affect mining safety, said William Marras, professor and Honda Endowed Chair in the Department of Integrated Systems Engineering at The Ohio State University and chair of the report committee.
“All these factors have been reviewed before, but only in isolation. On the committee, we realized that the problem is that all these things are connected. So we analyzed each one to find out how they fit together,” Marras said.
For instance, when the air in a mine is contaminated with smoke or chemicals, miners are supposed to wear a portable air supply. But the standard design requires them to bite down on a mouthpiece to breathe, so they can’t talk.
“In an emergency situation, miners need to gather as much information as they can, as fast as they can. Sharing information is especially important, and you can’t do that if you’re wearing this mouthpiece,” he said.
“In an emergency situation, miners need to gather as much information as they can, as fast as they can. Sharing information is especially important.”
The committee suggested that researchers develop breathing devices that don’t inhibit speech, as well as easy-to-use electronic communicators that double as way-finders to help miners navigate to the safest exit—along with training to make using these devices second-nature in case of emergency.
The complete report, Improving Self-Escape from Underground Coal Mines, is available online from The National Academies Press.
Marras directs Ohio State’s Biodynamics Laboratory as well as the Institute for Ergonomics. He was elected to the National Academy of Engineering in 2009, and is the immediate past chair of the National Research Council Board on Human Systems Integration.
