Potbelly subs, the best sandwich chain in the country, and still nobody knows about it. Looking for exponential growth in the next 5 years.
Financials are looking improved, and what a great sandwich.
Looks like things have finally settled from the IPO drop, this looks like a safe time to get in on this great company.
Lots of room for expansion, company only reaches a small amount of the country.
Good point. Not enough money in this to get a heavy hitter in it but we will see.
The F&B sector is difficult. Making a small fortune in the restaurant biz always includes starting with a large fortune. PBPB may have started with a worthy concept but their management is not capable of expanding the concept to other markets.
lol. why do you say that?
No. PBPB is a dead stock.
So did you get any PBPB shares?
Oh my, this one has taken a dive since the last time I checked in.
PBPB is not losing money but they are already showing a decrease in same store sales. If they are only making .49c this year, at a 20X PE ratio the stock is worth about $10. So it's not exactly oversold. If you want to play a stock with better growth in this sector I would play NDLS. Better company
I'm considering. Cautious because the drop was so sudden, so precipitous, and so uncharacteristic of this stock. That's what always puzzles me about investors. I didn't see the word 'losses' anywhere, just that 'profits' weren't what had been hoped for.
As I always note: Sometimes investors are goofier than people.

Great time to load though as Q3 expectations should be lower , however they may beat given the summer quarter. Definitely oversold... GLTY
King,
Thanx. That is sufficient to work with.

Not being shorted? Wondered because I don't see evidence on that, but I do see a lot of 100's on the buys.

Company just warned of weak Q2 numbers as posted on CNBC...
What's with this stock today? Sudden dilution? or something else? Looked like a very good buy until this last dive.

Might get there today. Looks like a selloff starting.
"Still, it opens a new hub market every 18-24 months." A year and half to two years per unit? What the heck takes so long?
So they raised, at minimum, $105 million in the IPO and they are only planning on 40 units in the next year? Sounds a little lackluster to me. That's less than 1 store per state in the US.
At current revenue, this is a $15 PPS stock. That's my entry point. It's getting closer.

Agreed. I like the brand. Way overpriced though.
I've been waiting for a nice pullback in this stock.. But I honestly believe it has further weakness this year as it builds brand recognition. I think, considering the short interest, PBPB will test it's ipo price of $14 before it heads up for good.

What's going on? Check the financials. Unless a company is hot then financials matter. This company is not that hot.
What's going on with this company? No real PR since the IPO.
This stock is experiencing good growth. Worth an entry on a pullback...
this has 100$ pps written all over it
waiting for the selling to end
That's because MS made sure the stock priced high and then slowly started unloading it.
Look at the 5 year curve for CMG and tell me what you see.
This could easily be a 10 bagger in 5 years also.
