NNA cut its quarterly dividend in 1/2, now paying .05 cents quarterly :(
Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation (“Navios Acquisition”) (NYSE: NNA), an owner and operator of tanker vessels, announced today that the Baghdad, a new building VLCC of 313,433 dwt under bareboat lease, was delivered on October 28, 2020 from a Japanese shipyard.
Divy is .30 cents quarterly has something changed?
Looks like a nice hook reversal with good MACD indication. Possible inverted head and shoulders.

I feel it's a really good long term hold. Dividend of annual $200 per 1k shares owned.
Plus crude oil is a great sector to get into. IMO
$NNA
Did they sink, this seems to be going down, down, down?
just wait, you'll see not going very good but might recover if their ships do not sink
Ha ha ha... right. Nice prediction!
this stock is headed downhill....will soon be under $1 and that is where I will step in and buy some...not many because it is a very shaky situation stock.
I will buy some of this stock for $1, just like I bought TNK for $2.10 today..this NNA is going down to 99 cents...it is pure downhill from here..set your limit for $1 and wait for the flash dip just like I did with TNK...NAT is another tanker to low ball..these stocks are on the auction block for the cheap.
I can see this going up for a nice income!
Buys coming in nice!
I hope I get filled! Account saying order open still!
I don't know but I would like 155 at $1.35
The best thing that can happen is NM defaults on the 70 million loan from NNA and NNA gets all the shares back so they can separate from NM and continue to be a profitable company no held back by NM controlling interest. Ditch NM and NNA will easily see 3 dollars a share
Unsure what is driving this current sell-off. The company remains profitable and with decent fundamentals. The only thing that is questionable to me is the up to 50 million revolving "loan" to its parent company, otherwise there seems to be no eason for this unless I am missing something.
Indeed I opened a modest position and will see what happens in the next year or so.
It is hard to ignore the dividend at this price . A very nice return .
Definitely a depressed sector, however excellent value may be found here if you are looking for a speculative long term recovery. I would use discretionary funds with a long term target of $3.00, in the meantime accumulation through DRIP or collect the dividend.
Bought today at $3.76, just 500 to start.
Freddy, keep the good work on your recent post . I get a good kick out of it on the WGA* board . I can't post there
Does anyone know anything about what all is going on with NNA lately? I like the way it is trading today
Just got on board a couple of days ago, so I'm glad to see a nice little gain today. Any thoughts on what I have to look forward to from the longs?

Angeliki said NNA will be profitable for the next 5 years even under the worst conditions, but if conditions do improve in 5 years NNA will prosper! That is the kind of insurance I like to hear as a investor!
Outlook is still best in the industry, Navios is one of the only companies that has the ability to reposition the debt to terms favorable to them, everyone else is given mandates by the banks but Navios acts like it is the bank! :)

What do you mean? It's not a offer, only a exchange Exchange of Outstanding Notes for Exchange Notes
The exchange of outstanding notes for exchange notes in the exchange offer will not be a taxable exchange for U.S. federal income tax purposes and, accordingly, for such purposes a U.S. holder will not recognize any taxable gain or loss as a result of such exchange and will have the same tax basis and holding period in the exchange notes (and, in the case of a U.S. holder that paid pre-issuance accrued interest in connection with the U.S. holder’s purchase of the outstanding notes in their original offering, the same amount of pre-issuance accrued interest in the exchange notes) as it had in the outstanding notes immediately before the exchange.
