Sometimes people refer to renaming an .exe file to .xml (or vice-versa) as making it "executable XML." This is simply changing the file extension and doesn't alter the underlying file type or make XML executable.

My Ionq is making progress day by day. Quantum is coming. And my nvda is KAATN. Now I just need my Vcsy to kick in. Hope ya got in Ionq doc. It’s not too late. I expect a huge surge back to 21.00 soon. A lot of new breakthroughs coming soon with their quantum computers churning away on all the problems they are feeding into them.Problems that took years to solve are being solved in days now. Exciting times ahead for sure.
