Disregard my previous post. This is what I read.
American Metal & Technology, Inc. (“AMTI”, “we”, “us” or the “Company”) was originally incorporated on October 13, 1987, under the laws of the State of Delaware as Murray United Development Corporation. We entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement on November 6, 2006 (the "Agreement") with American Metal Technology Group, a Nevada corporation (“AMTG"), pursuant to which we acquired one hundred (100%) percent of AMTG's outstanding common stock from the AMTG Stockholders and AMTG became our wholly-owned subsidiary. In connection with this transaction, we issued 1,213,295,563 shares to the stockholders and consultants of AMTG (1,142,388,273 shares to AMTG's former shareholders, including 20,000,000 shares of common stock issued to AMTG as investment upon completion of the due diligence period to the Agreement, and redistributed proportionally to AMTG's shareholders as of May 22, 2007, and 70,907,300 shares to AMTG's consultants). These shares represent more than eighty five (85%) of our issued and outstanding shares of voting capital stock on a fully diluted basis, and therefore the former shareholders of AMTG and its consultants effectively have control of the Company. On June 1, 2007, we filed a Certificate of Amendment to our Certificate of Incorporation changing our name to American Metal & Technology, Inc.
I agree! Somewhere in that sb-2 it stated that the owners have 80-85% of the shares, i believe. I'll have to find some time to further dd. That would put the float at @300,000,000. It broke down how many each shareholder was selling/ able to sell. I have to look. GLTY
Pretty reasonable PE despite # of shares o/s.
We are authorized to issue 2,000,000,000 common shares with a par value of $0.0001. As of October 3, 2007, we had 1,560,374,357 common shares outstanding.
from sb-2, 10/03/07. Very in depth and it appears the owners are holding tight with the low volume and current pps. IMO

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Metal & Technology, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AMMY - News), a leading manufacturer of high precision investment casting, machined parts and electronic circuit boards in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), announced it has successfully obtained new orders for high precision machined products from customers in Europe and the United States for an aggregate value of approximately $1.6 million. dave - based on ~1.4B shares out and mgmt's projected earnings, i come up w/ a PE in the low 30's. not especially cheap, but the #'s are growing nicely and they're in the right niche. Looking for a doubler+ on it.
Steel -- Hello from the YHGG board. I saw this one (AMMY) recently and decided to check it out. Yahoo says the trailing P/E is something ridiculous like 1.56 -- could that be true? What about their forward P/E? Any projections from the company?
Dave
The profit takers are done for now I hope. It really does not take a lot of volume to move this and I hope we can see .15-.20 especially if there is good news.
Agree. The volume was good today; would be eager to see what happens if they PR something exciting during this China Mania season.
It seems there is some interest in buying this morning. We could see a decent increase if people would stop bid-whacking and driving it back down.
I use IH home page, There's a new boards box under the search box on left side of page.
Still thinking about this one.
I had checked every so often to see if someone started a board on this. I got in at the R/M with Murray United and AMTG in June '07. I fail to see why the best it could do was .12. For some reason the word never seemed to get out on it. But it is nice to see it start to come back up with some volume. Thanks for starting the board steeledge.
Me too. Thanks steeledge, caught it on the new boards list.
If I'm reading it correctly, they have low or no debt, with future contracts in place.
This doesn't look half bad.
Never knew about this company until today. I like what I see so far. Lots of shares in the o/s, but price seems commesurate w/ that.
