James D. Brown, CEO, stated that officers of the company have now converted their restricted preferred shares to common shares. To date, the officers say they have sold no (ZERO) shares, and intend to hold their shares for the foreseeable future. The company has no plans for a reverse split, and has no intentions of increasing its authorized share count.

Glenn S. Harrs, President, said he was pleased to convert his preferred shares to common shares and hold them alongside of the trusted shareholders. The long term prospects are very good, and he fully expects the fair market value to recover to a point more in line with the company's expectations.

But what I do know is cabinets. I built and installed custom cabinets for about 5 years in Ohio and Florida. I married into a family of cabinet builders. Father in law has 40 years experience and 3 brothers in law with 20 years experience each in custom cabinets. Like I said yesterday, when I was at the factory in North Wilkesboro, I saw an ETC kitchen island cabinet that was about to be shipped. JD stated that it was from the upper price end of the ETC line. It was made of plywood construction, ( not particle board) The face, sides and back finish panels were real wood. The face was interchangeable, but had pocket screws securing it in place . The drawers were made of real wood with dove tail construction with soft close hardware. It was a sturdy, well built and beautiful cabinet. I would definitely put these cabinets in my kitchen, and to say that, they would have to be great cabinets or the in laws would never let me live it down.
I didn’t see the upper cabinets and I would like to see how they are constructed to accommodate interchanging the face. I would give an opinion on how I think it would be done but that would be speculation on my part and anyone else’s part to give opinions on their construction until they are seen.
I am confident in ETC because I know cabinets and have seen and inspected their product first hand.
