History of Innovation
CYIOS Corporation is a leading Department of Defense (DoD) contractor providing cutting-edge, innovative solutions since 1994. This innovation extends to three distinct areas: Systems Integration, Web and Database Development, and Business Process Management and Improvement.
Systems Integration
CYIOS engineered Common Access Card (CAC) authentication solutions for remote access, document management, and other areas for the US Army. CYIOS' best practices for CAC authentication have been shared among Army bases around the world. In another example, CYIOS architected and built an innovative remote access Citrix solution with thin client and COOP integration to support 10,000 end users. Lastly, CYIOS used many innovative scripting techniques to manage and monitor a large and complex heterogeneous environment comprised of Blade servers, virtual servers, and various applications including MS Exchange, Internet Information Server, and BlackBerry enterprise server.
Web and Application Development Innovation
CYIOS built America's Army Online, the innovative prototype for Army Knowledge Online (AKO), which is the largest portal in the world with over 1.8 million users. As part of that development, CYIOS engineered the first online chat among Army leadership around the world. CYIOS continued innovating in knowledge management with the development of CYIPRO, a virtual office solution for collaboration, accountability, knowledge management and teleworking that features document management and versioning, project and task management, email encryption, full-text search, timesheets, meetings and reports.
Business Process Management and Improvement Innovation
In developing CYIPRO, CYIOS integrated Lean Six Sigma best practices to improve workflow and measure performance. CYIPRO also serves as a performance-based contract management system, which is used internally on all CYIOS contracts to ensure maximum productivity and total accountability. CYIOS also built the General Officer personnel management system using innovative web technologies to reduce manual processes, leverage collaboration, and become a paperless office. Lastly, CYIOS delivers solutions following innovative best practices of ITIL/ITSM to support configuration and change management for any organization.
CYIOS takes innovation quite seriously as our mission reflects: To provide Business and Technology Solutions by developing, designing, implementing and supporting innovative solutions through knowledge transfer, imagination and trust. Innovation is ingrained in CYIOS' culture and our talented employees have built a legacy that continues today for our customers.
Quality Management CYIOS' excellence in quality management stems from its commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Every CYIOS customer receives a comprehensive quality assurance and control plan built from industry best practices, Government directives, and employee input. CYIOS integrates quality control methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and ITIL/ITSM to ensure the delivery of quality work products.
Over the last 10 years CYIOS has developed and refined the Business Units Methodology ECO System (BUMES), a unique and successful quality management methodology that helps CYIOS guide customers to innovative and sustainable business and technical solutions. BUMES provides structure and focus to ensure that customers are supported in making the best strategic decisions based on their unique needs. These processes are detailed in the diagrams below:
Business Unit Methodology ECO System
As BUMES supplies the quality management methodology, CYIPRO (
www.cyipro.com) supplies the quality management product. CYIOS built CYIPRO to capture and retain intellectual capital, measure performance and ensure accountability. CYIPRO offers knowledge and project management for secure information sharing and team collaboration to ensure all milestones and deliverables are captured and met on time and within budget. In building government solutions, CYIPRO aids in the government's requirement for performance and accountability as it provides the Quality Control Plan (QCP) for the contractor to support and enforce the Government's Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). CYIPRO further complies with the President's Management Agenda, reinvention initiatives, and teleworking

Investor Relations
CYIOS Corporation is a leading Department of Defense (DoD) contractor providing cutting-edge, innovative solutions since 1994. This innovation extends to three distinct areas: systems integration; Web and database development; and business process management and improvement.
Our Past
CYIOS built America's Army Online, the first Army Knowledge Management solution that was developed to become the core for Army Knowledge Online (AKO), the U.S. Army's main intranet serving over 1.8 million registered users. CYIOS continued innovating in knowledge management with the development of CYIPRO, a virtual office solution for collaboration, accountability, knowledge management and teleworking that features document management and versioning, project and task management, e-mail encryption, full-text search, timesheets, meetings, and reports.
Our Present
Continuously growing and over the last two years, CYIOS has been awarded more than eight new government contracts for knowledge management solutions, bidding successfully against 300 companies. CYIOS provides Government agencies with strategic planning and analysis consulting services. CYIOS begins by objectively and comprehensively assessing an agency's current environment. Organizational goals are then defined, prioritized and captured with project plans and controls established to achieve these goals in a cost-effective and time-sensitive manner. CYIOS also offers studies and analyses in performance-based contracting, earned value management, and human capital management adhering to government policies and directives including the President's management agenda.
CYIPRO relieves the management headache by employing a 5-level hierarchical structure where division heads manage their teams, team managers manage their projects, and project managers manage their tasks.
Our Future and CYIPRO
CYIPRO is a user-friendly project and document management tool, and a collaboration tool that manages the workforce, streamlines processes, and increases information flow. CYIPRO has been positioned to work in conjunction with the AKO model to sell as a customized product to the Department of Defense and other government agencies. During the first six months of 2007, CYIOS began converting CYIPRO into a .NET environment.
Its intent is to allow anyone working on a PDA or cell phone device with Internet access to utilize the MS Mobile browser. The prototype is 90% complete and will be presented to the U.S. Army and to large integrators for possible licensing. In addition, CYIOS' promotional efforts will target the niche market consisting of small to medium-sized companies which cannot afford the expense of an IT department, server management and an assortment of multitude office application software.

CYIOS Kicks Off 2007 With New Subcontract and Outlines Its Plans for '07
WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CYIOS Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CYIO) announced today its plans for 2007. CYIOS started off this year with signing a subcontract providing Change Management services. The work is being performed for DHS and is part of a subcontract with one of the top 10 government contractors. This benefits the company as it offers the potential to expand throughout the entire department and possibly other agencies. 'We've learned many lessons while supporting the Army and the DoD that can be applied to DHS and other agencies. As a knowledge centric company, we have an advantage to reuse our knowledge and lessons learned. This new opportunity allows us to practice what we preach and also enables CYIOS to deliver excellent, rich services to the DoD and Government. As a small business, large businesses find CYIOS attractive for these types of services as they are becoming set aside for small businesses to meet the government's spending goals for '07. We expect more opportunities similar to this in the next 90 days,' said Timothy Carnahan, CEO.
In 2007, we are currently awaiting four major awards with two valued over $100 million over five years ($20M per year) and the other two valued at $9M and less. CYIOS is currently working toward agreements with a few top 10 government contractors to engage in selling business transformation, knowledge management, and IT services to the Government and DoD agencies. 'This year is expected to be our most competitive and most prosperous. We have the experience, infrastructure and partnerships to compete, win, and sustain contracts with the Government and the DoD to help them achieve their mission and goals,' stated CEO Timothy Carnahan. We are also working with other large businesses to create partnerships to share in the development cost and sell our product CYIOS Knowledge Office (CKO), formerly known as XO Office. This product is our vision for enabling agencies to become knowledge centric with total accountability and meet the PMA for 2007 and beyond.

CYIOS Updates Progress of Strategy
Thursday September 14, 9:14 am ET
WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 14, 2006--CYIOS Corporation (OTCBB:CYIO - News) announces today significant progress that the company has recently accomplished. Many new revenue streams could begin over the next 60 days as a result.
Recent highlights include the company's four contracts. On these contracts the company is a prime contractor on two of them, a subcontractor to L-3/Titan on one and one is a multiple award vehicle where they are a prime contractor.
"As a result of being a prime contractor on multiple projects, we now have the ability to use our past performance and success for winning future contracts. Our product XO Office (Executive Officers Office), also positions CYIOS and partners to give the government agencies a path to comply with the Presidential Management Agenda dealing with accountability, performance based contracting and enhanced secure collaboration. Moreover, it is well known that the Army's successful portal AKO is being pursued as the model for DKO and other DoD departments. We believe it could be the model for the executive, judicial and legislative branches of the government as well. XO Office is positioned to work with this model and solve the problem at the agency level eliminating the chaos of file server and LAN operations and give agencies a project based operating system. XO Office also empowers the user with actionable information to make decisions. The product and our services puts us in the position we have been trying to reach for nearly a decade and bodes well for our future success," stated Tim Carnahan, CEO CYIOS Corporation.
Additionally, the company has been working hard to establish a pipeline of future contracts.Over the next two months, the company anticipates the awarding of 4 contracts with a total combined value of nearly $50 billion dollars. CYIOS also has 13 other opportunities in its pipeline for the next 6 months. The strategic approach includes obtaining the appropriate quality management certifications (CMMI, ISO 9000, ISO 2000) as well as the appropriate software and hardware certifications. These include Microsoft, HP, CA, ITIL/ITSM and Six Sigma.
