As long as the float stays low I'm in for the long haul
Hawk
Is there plans on pr'ing that tidbit?
Hearing plans of bringing in $10M worth of annual revenues over the next couple months, so I would expect to see several more acquisitions being completed over the next couple months. Assuming this gets completed, that is $10M worth of revenues that WNRC will be able to draw upon in order to get AirSur moving forward. And once AirSur is a little more mature, we will revenues coming in from not only these companies we acquired, but also 50% from anything AirSur brings in as far as contracts go.
My post is only my opinion, I recommend you always do your own DD!
NITE is sitting at .0041 on the bid. .035 x .04 is what I show on alphatrade.
what's the bid and ask think my level 2 is screwed up it's not showing nite?
I expect to see some panic selling from those who are completely overlooking the news or just can't put the pieces together. We still have AirSur so I am holding, and I will let this Steven guy build up some other companies in our portfolio while AirSur matures as a company.
Well...wouldn't you think they have other
weapons besides ak's.
.03 x .035 TO DA MOON!!!!!!!
Boy, we could really use SmallCapFund to tell his "intern" and have them bring in the big fish into this stock.
============================================================
O/S hasn't risen in almost a year since I have been in WNRC. The only thing that has risen is the float, but I will take that over dilution any day of the week. Very disappointing to see this trading down here.
0.03 x .041 lol!! maybe i'll wack the bid
============================================================
oh yeah, maybe they could take pictures of this POS going down in flames lol
Don't forget, we still have the Art company!
don't blame the pr blame the people who are selling lool
1 Million Rev at a profit----I have no complaints,I will wait to see the picture unfold.If your goal in buying WNRC was purely for AirSur,you didnt do your DD.The plan from day one was as a holding company.I expect more to follow.
I was a little surprised with the news regarding our 40% ownership in AirSur but with 50% of revenues perhaps a a very good deal. It appears there is no dilution so far. Bringing in two new members and announcing a LOI tells me there is much more happening behind the scenes than on center stage. I am not sure what the terms of the LOI are but it seems like a win-win situation for everyone. Expertise, cash flow, connections and in turn a broader base of market potential. Keeping existing management in place is smart if the company is growth and profit orientated. Some of you may forget what this companies goals are. From the WENR website,"
WENR Corp. (the "Company") is a holding company of technology companies. Its goal is to acquire companies or projects that complement existing holdings".
If we keep acquiring companies and percentages in companies, keep dilution to a minimum and make a profit :), the share price will increase and some of us will be very happy.
OK that's your opinion and I respect that it just isn't mine
Hawk
what has changed?, you knew they were gonna be a holding company, the only thing changed is the share price.
I think we all realize that but you need to do some DD on how successfull some these holding comanies are like I said I'm not worried yet but I will keep my eyes wide open here. you have to admit this is starting to change for what we initialy bought into now we have to wait and see of it's a good or bad change
Hawk
People this is a holding company of course they are gonna expand into other things.
Well I wouldnt throw in the towel yet there are well run pinkies let's hope this is one of them
Hawk
Diversity in a pinkie usually starts the death spiral. I hope this is not the case. Share counts like you said are crucial. If the shares start rising and rising a lot this one is done and we were played. The price is not looking very good as late as well.
I kind of agree I was hoping they would stick with the airship and not expand into other things IMO the key is the float if it stays the same we are OK if they start using shares to buy up other companies then we are in trouble
JMO Hawk
it's a holding company do your dd
This is stating to smell like a pinkie scam. Instead of focusing on a core business (airships) this company is going all over the place and unrelated. In the past this has proved to be a scam. I am a shareholder but the red flags are now up.

More news out !!! LOI,, ( sorry can not copy and past)
One thing to consider...
it would seem there are a few here who may have been disappointed by the news of looking at multiple acquisitions rather than focusing on a single entity such as AirSur. Keep in mind we still have AirSur, and we will receive 50% still of all revenues they bring in. So for those who were like me and expecting a $1 down the road just based on the numbers we were expecting there, you could still look at assuming $.50 just based on the news we have today, yet in addition to AirSur also having several other revenue producing companies as part of the WNRC portfolio. This is slight change in plan from what WNRC announced earlier this year, but still in line with what WNRC was originally about. I think it is safe to say at this point in time, AirSur just isn't mature enough to land the big gov't contracts, but that doesn't mean it won't be in several months. We will still see 50% on any revenues there. Plus in the meantime if WNRC does a few acquisitions, it gets the ball moving on this company, and starts bringing revenues immediately while we wait for AirSur to mature.
I for one am holding and I will continue to add on dips. Nothing has been lost, only a bit delayed on the AirSur front. In the meantime, it looks like we have a new person who intends to bring immediate value and revenue into WNRC. Where this is trading now has all of this already factored in IMO. So selling down here is just throwing away your money. Just my two cents.
This may actually be a good thing to have someone be a little more active in managing the day to day activities of WNRC other than Dan Green. I would agree it sounds as if acquisitions may already be in the works and that would explain some of the quiet time we have seen lately. I like the fact we are still very involved with AirSur, and will retain 50% of anything it lands as far as contracts in the future, all the while continuing to build up other businesses in order to keep revenues coming in. In no way should AirSur be overlooked in all this, and I still fully expect for that company to eventually start landing large contracts. So we only get half of what we originally would, well I still take it.
WNRC must have some acquisitions already in mind w/ the hire of the new President
today.
Hopefully, we can see Steven Lockharts resume, and background here soon.
Based on today's P.R., Steven must have a vast amount of experience in mergers
and acquisitions that can expedite growth while business is built in Airship.
There's a lot of info. in today's P.R. and best to be digested a few times over.
IF I start selling, I will let this board know. I haven't sold any yet...I've been hoping for a small (at least) pop.
I had hoped a PR would help with a pop....well....look what today's PR gave us. down 20%
I've officially started using the POS acronym for WNRC.
.05x.059. I'm long, buying more once I get more funds free'd up later this week....cheap here..imo
I'd prefer they leave with a little class
Hawk
Time to cycle out those who aren't long here IMO.
I agree you should sell if you dont like the way it's going but you shouldnt try to throw others under the bus on the way out I bet a lot of people you are friendly with have money here
Hawk
.045 x .05 lol
============================================================
not negative news? they are falling back on statements which they put out in previous PRs.
whenever a company either lies, or misstates information.....it doesn't sit well with me. How are we supposed to trust what they are telling us now? Will they come out with another PR in 2 months negating todays information?
Still in for the long haul.
GLTA!
Yeah, but you are now selling at a price which I would say already has this change of direction factored in. But you obviously have to make your own decisions here. I don't see why this is viewed as negative news, we still keep our interest and future revenues in AirSur. So we don't change our name to AirSur, woopty doo. Obviously moving forward with that deal would have resulted in us being bogged down further. This direction seems to offer up the original plan on having WNRC own interest in many, revenue producing companies.
same here. I've about had it with WNRC. Perhaps it's time to start a slow, controlled selling of shares.
there are other fish in the sea, ones that don't stink as bad as this POS.
clearly things are not progressing as planned/stated
stock plummets 80+% and then suddenly the volume dries up, and dies.
not a good sign
============================================================
Still looks like they are going to reap the benefits so to speak, without having to issue any additional shares. Obviously if they went the route of trying to acquire the other 60% of AirSur, there would have had to been something given up in return, and I would assume that would have been restricted shares. Doesn't look like AirSur was ready to start landing gov't contracts, so they will keep what they already own, worked out a revenue sharing agreement so that once AirSur is ready, WNRC will be making money there while hedging their investment. Plus we can pursue other revenue producing entities in the meantime who are already bringing in revenue. A change in strategy, but not in direction from what I can tell. Plus, we now know what our relationship (or marketing agreement as it was called back in the day) is now really worth.
well that's weird, because I thought they were going to concentrate on AirSur exclusively. Weren't they going to have a name/symbol change to Airsur?
I guess that idea went down the drain.
I can't say I much like the "update" today. The stock is down 80+% from the recent high, and all we get is a new President. whoop-dee-doo
how about an update on the recent visits from Homeland security/Army.
when the hell is media day?
============================================================
Looks to me like they are choosing to diversify their holdings and not put everything into the AirSur basket. But we still own 40% of AirSur and 50% of whatever it does as far as revenues. Obviously there are no contracts there yet, but when there are we will get a percentage of that revenue. Plus whatever else WNRC brings in with these new potential acquisitions. Seems positive to me, but what do I know.
Still no mention of how the meetings went or progression of contracts.
Check out this part...
We also want to formally announce to our investors we now own 40% of Airship Surveillance and have a 50% revenue share agreement. This was done without adding additional shares to the issued and outstanding.
