What happens to our bugs stock?
I believe we still hold stock although it's not traded any longer.
My stock account still shows the stock, but no trade value.
Comment : What a sorry ass CEO this company has had! Rarely ever updated share holders! Rarely updated the website!
Could at least maintain a website now to keep investors informed on current or future events.. He is still apparently active with Green Mountain - - associated with Bugs. Can't pay $10 a month for a website?

Checked Bugs Web page and it doesn't even come up. Why don't you share the great news pls
What ever happened to the hurricane site on I-Hub?
Brehm should be 'pumping' hurricane Sandy like crazy. If not for BUGS, then for GMND. This is not like him at all.
Bob's email address: does anyone have a current one?
www.bugsatwork.net website is gone. Lights went out long ago.
Duke please share your story at GMND same CEO boasting about microbics sales an revenue

Haven't been here for a while...
Well, looks like BUGS died. The scam only works for so long before people wise up. Well, most anyway.
I'm NOT suggesting that BUGS has done anything illegal. I'm NOT comparing this co: (USXP) or its ceo with Bob Brehm.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_Express
I am only suggesting that the sec does eventually catch up with some of the fraud that goes on...just not soon enough to save investors from lost money.
Looks like Bob up and left BUGS shareholders holding the bag but keeps pumping GMND and now is a board member of a new company. What a jerk.
yes if you have made arrangements to take the loss for tax purposes. Other than that I don't know of any
Ibman. In your last post you implied there may not be any BUGS share holders left "...if there are still any (shareholders)." Just curious, but how would there not be any. Was there a way to get out of BUGS that I was not awear of?
That posting was a copy of a private message that was sent to me by a person on the GMND board. I thought it should be made public (to the BUGS shareholders, if there are still any). I have no contact with anyone at green mountain. If you wish to pursue this trying doing it through the GMND Bulletin board. I understand your frustration but there is nothing I can do except pass on whatever info I get. good luck to you
Ibman, It's more than the money lost with BUGS - that was money not invested in a few other stocks on my watch list which soared. Yes I am interested in knowing what our recouese might be, if any. It is not right that BUGS can just sherk its responsibility to us as long term shareholders.
Renee what do you think of post 13418 on bugs message board
To all current BUGS shareholders this is a PM I recieved from a GMND shareholder
"Once again, sorry for your loss. You must not be left behind when the million start rolling in to GMND from microbial sales. you waited this long only to see your stock stop trading and NOW the sales are going to explode.
I would demand that you get your piece of the action. I am not an idiot. i do not give a rats ass if you guys lost every penny you invested if that will hurt GMND price per share! Yet, it is only fair that you get at least a dividend( lets say shareholder of record going back one year in BUGS) restricted for one year. That would probably be somewhat acceptable to GMND shareholders as well, even though they have no obligation to do so.
To make claims( some not you) that Bob is only taking the royalty money for himself and not giving it to BUGS was insane as it does not matter of BUGS is public or private then. What conflict of interest is there when he owns more than 50% of the OS of BUGS??
The same with GMND."

I have taken the company Private without buying any of your shares.
I now control all the intellectual property, so go to Hell and have a nice day
Letter at Bugsatwork.net from Brehm:
March 1, 2012
Open letter to U.S. Microbics, Inc. Shareholders
Over the past 4 years I have voluntarily tried to keep BUGS in operation with various potential strategic financial and operational partners. I have also appealed to the shareholders for funds to pay auditors and attorneys for audited financial report filings and sufficient working capital to continue ongoing public company operations.
Unfortunately for all shareholders, and I am one of the largest shareholders, the company has been unable to file audited statements and therefore was delisted in February, 2012 for no other reason and is now a private company. As a private company, BUGS can still sell products, and collect license fees from its licensees as they produce revenue, and these funds can be applied to further the operation of the company, possible distribution to shareholders, or a new public company filing.
I will continue to seek new opportunities, new management talent or otherwise to bring value to existing shareholders. If any shareholders have suggestions as to future opportunities, please contact me.
Robert C Brehm, CEO
bob@usmicrobics.com
Howdy, F.J. / Pro-Life. Periodically there are stock shareholders who think a revoked stock can become un-revoked if the company files stuff to the SEC. That is false hope.
The burnt toast is my subtle way of showing that a revoked stock can never become un-revoked.
I love your new alias and mission: FutureJackal has turned Pro-Life: Defending the most defenseless, speaking up for the speechless... the ultimate paying forward!!!
In my career I defend disenfranchised teenagers; those who have given up, or on whom local society has given up. Seabiscuit...I miss that alias. The horse that no-one thought could win, just like the teens who think the same thing until they're shown how to win without being at risk.
Pro life....YES!!!!!
Seabiscuit... your pic makes me smile... burnt toast, ouch!!!
Sadly, under security deletions:

Was bugs suspension due to a random audit by the sec or was it a result of current investigations?
The is halted call him yourself Im not disgrutled Im out of my investment Weve been had.To get this stock trading again it will cost 150,000 call him yourself you fing dimwit.
I do not believe that this so-called "news" about BUGS is true. I believe it is false information, randomly provided by a disgruntled person.
(by the way, for a company doing next to no business, auditors do not cost anything like the $150,000 quoted)
Also how is it legal to take bugs technology and make money for gmnd shareholders and leave us out.
Just spoke with bob He needs 150,000 to pay auditors. This stock is finished and in my opinion he is a lying asshole. I asked him last year if I should take A LOSS FOR A TAX WRITE off he said good things coming. Sorry to all who lost including myself.
You were warned...Hopefully everyone invested in GMND get out before that one takes a dive too.
Talked to the Bugs CEO today.
I was told that the company does not have the funds to file the needed paperwork to allow the stock to trade. Until they get the approx $100k needed to file, the stock will not be allowed to trade. I got no answer as to why there isn't updated information on their website. I guess all we can do is cross our fingers and hope for the best. If the past performance of this company is any indication of the future, it doesn't look all that great.
? "Word..."
No worries...hope this pulls out. Also, he saw that I called (So I assume all of the US Microbics calls are forwarded to this) and called me back and left me a message saying, "This is Capt Bob, I saw that I missed your call while driving...call me back." The number was 760-224-5525. Same answering machine as the other number. Not that any of this helps. I called him back and got no answer.
I'm with you on those counts. It does look like GMND leveled off about the time BUGS was suspended. The CEO should do something sooner than later. But this is the last penny stock I'll ever buy.
Ive owned this stock for 6 years ,I talked to brehm last november.I asked him if I should sell for a tax write off.He told me to hang in there deals where in the works and I posted that info. I picked up a few shares in the past year. The only people making cash here are the hurricane flippers.I hope he does the right thing and keep this stock alive and produce some results.
Thanks rob I just called the # mailbox full eom.
Bob's number. 619-488-3744 I called last week and got him on the phone. He answered immediately and his response to whether or not they were going to respond to the SEC and adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by them was, "We are literally working around the clock to file the proper paperwork. We have a lot of stuff going on and in the works, and much of what is going on right now with the SEC is more or less normal business in a sense. We probably should not have waited as long as we did, but this is a temporary suspension."
I honestly cannot speak too much on these suspensions, as this is the first time I have owned shares in a company that has been suspended while I was still invested. I have no idea if what he says is accurate, but it did seem like he was stressed in his voice, and that he was REALLY busy. Now what REALLY busy is for BUGS, I'm sure isn't Really busy to a lot of us given that we have seen zero action or updates from him since the oil spill.
I tried his number today, and the voice mailbox is full, so at least that means that more investors are calling his non-responsive A$$. I truly hope that he was just milking it down to the wire for the financial filings required to keep this baby trading.
Normally I have more insight, but I am not seasoned enough to even comment on these suspensions. At least after this, I can hopefully be more well versed in possible outcomes.
For all of our benefits, I truly hope he files, makes right with the SEC, then us as investors, and gets the ball moving forward each day. Or at least maybe some of us can get out with a little cheddar to keep playing elsewhere! If you have GMND, congrats! Nice little movement the past few months. I'm totally beginning to see what the veterans of this stock have been saying. Typical Bob. Running 2-3 company's and probably bouncing revenue back and forth all of them so as to generate some liquid assets for himself and his projects. Then he over-saturates one of his other company's...lets the whole world think it is dead in the water, and then POOF, it's up to $0.025 in the matter of months.
GMND was a sleeping giant when I first bought into BUGS. It was DEAD. Just like BUGS is now. No updates, no talk, no news, no filings. Then just a few month back it wakes up out of nowhere and rises way above what BUGS did during the oil spill.
Not to say that is good news, but I am saying that a lot of veterans in these company's follow Mr. Brehm and his biz dealings. I'm just saying that he appears to be sneaky, and BUGS will probably pop at some point in the next year, for no reason at all...and magically, GMND will somehow plummet and go into hibernation. Then the whole process starts over. LOL...if anybody knows about how long these suspensions last, please enlighten us! I'm sure it is all dependent on Bob filing the required paperwork though...lol.
does anyone know brehms # I posted it a while back If you have a subscription you can find on my posts thanks duke
halted and likely dead.
What's going on with this? Is this halted? Sorry I am not up to date with BUGS. Can someone share whats going on?
Many Thanks...
why do you say: done... Do you know something we don't?
you say The owners of the patent rights still work for BUGS.
is BUGS still in business?
Captain Bob a few years ago bought all the SSWC stock from BUGS. He then formed GMND with that stock. The gray area is the patent rights. The owners of the patent rights still work for BUGS. The one absolute is that GMND is a totally separate entity from BUGS.
It's vague to me also, but did it involve Green Mountian Capital changing to gmnd. Either co had any assets at that time. As I said - vague and this could be way off. I don't recall any mention of BUGS - I would have remembered if that were so.
it was sent to me indicating GMND bought the rights to all of BUGS intellectual property years ago for 10 K
I don't remember that ever happening.
It is an issue because GMND is sell those products and booking the revenue on thier balance sheet
