TADF is in its best position ever. Everything's been said already. Just to recap, TADF has the Super T in a joint venture with Tac-Air. While they don't have a true merger, they do have everything in place to share profits on contracts coming from the Super-T. Once money is coming in, they will move forward on a merger of some sort.
We all know about the history of false hopes on previuos announcements. However, I think it's really important to understand that Ratso (COO) is one of the few people here in the USA qualified on the Super-T. It's just as important to realize that the ties these guys have to decision makers in the goverment goes back for decades. The current court case was brought by sore losers who can't keep track of important mail. It will be over with soon enough. TADF already has their business plan in place. They have the only plane in the US. They have one of the few qualified pilots. And they have the resources, through Tac-Air, to handle any service needed.
It's a small company now. Only a few employees. But they don't need more right now. A few phone calls and they can have as many of the right people as they need. Why on earth would they keep a large payroll now, with no work to do? Particularly when they are all a phone call away. I've done my DD and realize that some involved with the firm come from less than ideal situations. Most successful ventures are not the first ones people try. Most had to learn real world business by getting their butts kicked a few times before. What's important is that this time, everything's lined up just right. Almost as if they had a crystal ball.
I have a prediction. When news hits that the court case is moving towards an end, or a summary judgment ends it suddenly (maybe at the next appearance), just watch this stock jump. My prediction is that too many other people will learn of the ruling way before us common folks and will buy as much as they can. By the time news hits, it will already be more than double the current price.
If you're waiting till news before buying more, I hope you watch the market closely on a daily basis. Otherwise, well, you may just have to buy in at much higher prices. Remember that this stock moves very easily. Much of the float is tied up on this board. There's just not that much lying around to buy at current prices.
