MC Endeavors, Inc. Expands their Offerings in the Modular Approach to their Building Systems for the Marketplace
Aug 28, 2012

PRNewswire - MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) (MCE) is pleased to announce that we are expanding the types of buildings and structures that we offer to the marketplace. In addition to our disaster relief shelters and oil field rig shacks manufactured with steel tube framing and recycled steel shipping containers, we can now design and manufacture wall panels and complete building modules that are stronger, lighter and virtually indestructible.

MCE will be offering expandable units for disaster relief housing that ship with a small footprint of 8’x 20’ and foldout into a living unit that is 3 times the size at 23’x 20’. These new wall panels will expand our offerings into the single family home market, the multi-family market, the motel-hotel market, and also the small commercial building market where the panels are functionally and economically superior to concrete block construction and poured-in-place concrete.

Contracts for two homes using MCE’s new and updated building technologies have been signed by clients who have agreed to open their new residences in Prairie View and Houston, TX to scheduled viewings as models. Contract terms are not to be disclosed. Construction is scheduled for Q4 this year.

MC Endeavors, Inc. Pleased to be Part of Team to Promote Nasaru Benefit Concert for Uganda School, Medical Services and Water Project
Aug 16, 2012

PRNewswire - MC Endeavors, Inc. (OTC-Pink: MSMY) (MCE) is pleased to be part of the Team and to promote the Nasaru Benefit Concert series for their Uganda School, Medical Services and Water Project.

MC Endeavors, Inc. will be the builder for this humanitarian project using their new green revolutionary building system.  MCE CEO, Tim Algier said, “It is an honor to be associated with the Connie Jo Kirk and the Nasaru project and team. It gives us a direct opportunity to give back.”

Nasaru, Inc. is holding a 6 performance concert series to raise awareness of the problems faced by persons of few means at home and abroad.  In cooperation with Austin High School Music students this performance showcase will feature the talents of seasoned musicians as well as those of a younger generation.  Special guest Artists will perform to promote awareness of Nasaru, Inc.’s mission for the Nakifuma Secondary School in Uganda, East Africa.

Public recognition of your role in sponsoring this event is only one of the rewards we promise.   Another reward will be the pleasure you will get if you attend the concert series, enjoy the music, and witness a local program designed to help ourselves build community as we help others to survive.  And perhaps the greatest reward will be the knowledge that you will have played a crucial role in bringing about a concert in Austin whose aim is to generate funding for a very specific project; Nasaru’s current short term goal:  funding and participating in the expansion of the dormitory of Nakifuma Secondary School, incorporating rain water collection and filtration systems in the construction.

Nakifuma School is located halfway across the world, where few Americans go and few care.   It is a school for orphans and other disadvantaged children, a few miles outside of Kampala, Uganda.  The project we envision is crucial for the maintenance of this school, it is focused and it is small enough to produce clear-cut results that can be evaluated as a part of Nasaru’s mission.

Nasaru’s larger mission is to provide education to impoverished foreign municipalities on methods to build and sustain economic stability and growth, by fostering sustainable solutions through education, clean water and medical services.  In a nutshell it is the following:
---Education: Building Schools and Dormitories, providing supplies,
---Clean Water: Boreholes (wells), filtration systems, rainwater collection, crop irrigation
---Medical Services: to provide local access for basic medical needs, building clinics, providing immunizations

MC Endeavors, Inc. Announces Organizational Changes: Relocation of Their Headquarters to Austin, TX and Appointment of New COO
Jul 10, 2012

PRNewswire/ -- MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) (MCE) is pleased to announce the appointment of a new COO and the official relocation of their headquarters from Monarch Beach, California to Austin, Texas in this first in a series of exciting organizational changes and forward-looking announcements.

After spending 8-months in Austin, Texas refining their market focus, developing partnerships and expanding both their scope of projects and their product tool chest, MCE has moved their headquarters to Austin, Texas and will be systematically closing their office in California while continuing to maintain a presence there through a small group of remaining auxiliary personnel. The company has retained new local accountants and legal counsel in Austin to update and post the required corporate financial and legal documents.

After joining the MCE team in May, Joshua Graham has been named COO and appointed to the MCE Board. Josh has spent the past couple months learning the basics of the MC Endeavors core operations and has accompanied CEO Tim Algier to Las Vegas, Mississippi, and Louisiana.   He will head up and coordinate operations between the various departments, projects and crews. Mr. Graham expects to be very hands on and will be spending a good amount of time in the field.

Consolidating their team and headquarters in Austin, Texas puts MCE in an optimal position and location to move forward with a list of projects and new products, some under negotiation and others in stages of modification, from a physical location that puts them at a better logistical vantage point to address their diverse and growing market locations and demands.  It places them mid-country in America's booming oil corridor including Texas, Oklahoma and the Dakotas. With the addition of Mr. Graham MC Endeavors, Inc. is looking forward to an eventful and robust 3rd and 4th quarter building on the efforts and progress made during the first half of 2012.

Tim Algier, CEO said, "Josh Graham brings a new youthful energy to the team and with his practical experience in both sales and large construction projects, and having his eyes and ears in the field will be a welcomed addition to the company."  Mr. Algier and Mr. Graham leave next week for Louisiana for meetings with several municipalities and their Haiti projects team located in Baton Rouge.

MC Endeavors, Inc. Announces Their Strategic Partner, Fiscal Dynamics Limited Receives Official Approval for MCE-LBI Product Use for Nigeria and Sub-Sahara, Africa
Apr 18, 2012

/PRNewswire/ -- MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) (MCE) is pleased to announce that their strategic partner Fiscal Dynamics Limited (FDL) has officially received the approval to amend its Exclusive Distribution Strategic Partnership Agreement for the OEM, to include the 'MCE-LBI Renewable Products' for the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Sub-Sahara Africa.

On September 6, 2011 MC Endeavors, Inc. announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Fiscal Dynamics Limited, ("FDL") of Lagos State, Nigeria for the distribution of MCE-LBI Renewable products, including DualZorb®, PondZorb® and AcidZorb® throughout the Six (6) Geo-Political Zones of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. FDL has been involved in environmental disaster remediation, oil spills and specialty chemical clean-ups, environmental soil bioremediation and extraction technology consultancy services in Nigeria since 1991. FDL has established business relationships with organizations such as Shell Oil Corp., Chevron Oil Corp. and other Multi-nationals operating in Nigeria and the FDL-MCE-LBI partnership opens the door for growth in new areas of business for all three (3) companies who have been working on setting up their distribution channel over the past 7 months.

The approval of the amendment for FISCAL DYNAMICS LIMITED to add the MCE-LBI Renewable products distribution, vendor recruiting, CRM, Supply logistics and support, vendors' staff training and compensation incentives to its original strategic roles as Products Exclusive Distributor for DualZorb®, PondZorb® and AcidZorb® for the Six (6) Geo-Political Zones of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, has enabled FDL to revise its estimated sales revenue upward for the FY2012.

In September 2012 FDL's projected sales over 5 years at between $5.4M to $9.3M for oil spill clean-up in Nigeria."   It is now estimated that the net sales revenue will grow an additional 30 - 40% resulting from the addition of the extended sub-distribution channels to its direct sales and marketing effort in the Oil Producing Regions of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Sub-Sahara Africa.  That increase will mean an equivalent estimated 30 to 40% increase in revenues for MCE from this income source as well.

Dr. Cornelius Shogunle reminded us that," More oil is spilled from the Nigerian Delta's network of terminals, pipes, pumping stations and oil platforms every year than has been lost in the Gulf of Mexico, the site of the major ecological catastrophe caused by oil that poured from a leak triggered by the explosion of British Petroleum's Deepwater Horizon Rig in April 2010."

Tim Algier, President and CEO of MC Endeavors, who will be joining Dr. Shongunle on the ground in Nigeria in May of 2012 said, "DualZorb®, PondZorb® and AcidZorb®will be a great addition to FDL's tool chest for cleaning up oil pipeline ruptures, extinguishing oil fires and absorbing oil from contaminated soils and waterways. These natural biodegradable absorption products are very safe to use, silica dust free without carcinogens, and they suppress hazardous fumes by encapsulating chemicals into DualZorb's cellulose fiber. Pouring 1-ton bags of DualZorb onto an oil fire via a long crane arm safely extinguishes the blaze by absorbing the fuel source."

MC Endeavors, Inc. Announces Their Participation as an Exhibitor at the 2012 Alliance Expo & Annual Meeting in Wichita Falls
Apr 11, 2012

AUSTIN, Texas, April 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) (MCE) is pleased to announce that they will be participating in the 2012 Oil Alliance Expo & Annual Meeting at the Multi-Purpose Events Center (MPEC) in Wichita Falls, Texas on April 24 & 25, 2012, as an exhibitor in Booth #119 on "Lobby Row".

After having participated in the Oil Alliance Expo in Houston in November, MCE is eager to be one of 350 exhibitors at the larger Wichita Falls show. MCE's CEO, Tim Algier, will be joined in booth 119 by Jim Johnson, representing MCE in South Texas, Louisiana, Belize and West Central Africa and Dr. Emmanuel Wada, Ph.D.  The Alliance show is another opportunity for MCE to network with the oil & gas producers in Texas and showcase both their rig shacks using disaster resistant building techniques and portable container housing options for the oil field workers and the LBI remediation products, DualZorb®, PondZorb® and AcidZorb®. These absorption products are made of completely-natural wood fiber cellulose material that immediately breaks down oil, chemicals, raw sewage and any flammable hydrocarbon liquids into a non-toxic environmentally safe inert bio-degradable mixture that can be tilled into the soil and just left to decompose naturally. The harmless absorbed mixture created from the clean-up of small oil and gasoline spills can also be placed in trash bins headed for disposal at the normal landfills per state regulations.

Final plans are also underway for Tim Algier to join business partner, Cornelius Shogunle, who is presently setting up oil spill operations for Nigeria later this spring overlapping MCE's Bakken area campaign launch giving MCE an on the ground sales presence in both those fast expanding areas for the oil remediation products as well our housing designs for the workers at the drill sites.

MCE is also pleased with the reaction and success of the recent launch of their new MCE-LBI Online Store.  They are presently offering two specials: a 4-bag economy special of DualZorb®., and a 2-bag economy special of SoftPaws to showcase the addition of their new kitty litter product.  SoftPaws is made from the same base material as the remediation products, is a 100% all-natural pine litter in the form of pellets making it healthy for pets. SoftPaws is biodegradable, highly absorbent, and the best odor removing litter made.  It lasts twice as long as traditional litter and can be discarded with the regular garbage or in the compost bin.

Tim Algier will be joining Donald Baillargeon the week of April 16 for a TV interview that will be featured on MoneyTV.  More details to come.

MC Endeavors, Inc. CEO to Visit Haiti
Feb 22, 2012

PRNewswire MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) (MCE) is pleased to announce Tim Algier, CEO, and staff will travel to Haiti the week of February 26, 2012 to survey proposed housing and agricultural sites and meet with Centre for Reconstruction in Port-au-Prince.

Tim Algier, CEO, will be joining business associate Eddy Daniel, who has been working on the ground in Haiti, as well as some new independent contacts, to get a firsthand look at the progress there plus meet with local officials and fellow planners to coordinate upcoming activities and opportunities to develop land to help the Haitian people.  They have a tight schedule of meetings and activities planned for the trip. This will be both a fact finding trip as well as project focused.

The focus for reconstruction efforts in Haiti includes concerns for education, health, agriculture, and job creation as well as development of housing and public facilities. There has been some progress reported by Nigel Fisher, deputy special representative of the Secretary-General for Haiti, and also in an updated progress report from the American Red Cross issued two years after the devastating earthquake in the country.

MCE has added some new economical building options to their toolbox that will be a great fit for Haiti, tying the need for housing and clean-up together for both MCE and progress in Haiti. MCE's container and disaster resistant buildings are ideal for not only homes but also schools and small commercial buildings as well.

MC Endeavors, Inc. Opening New Markets
Feb 8, 2012

MCE's DualZorb® and PondZorb® biodegradable absorption products are very useful tools to help the clean-up requirements in Haiti, including spilled oil, gasoline, and raw sewage that can be dried and converted to fertilizer for farming after the toxins have been removed naturally. These absorption products are made of completely-natural cellulose material that immediately breaks down oil, chemical, raw sewage and any flammable hydrocarbon liquids into a non-toxic environmentally safe inert mixture that can be tilled into the soil and just left to decompose naturally.
AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) (MCE) is pleased to announce their first major shipment of LBI products, a combination of DualZorb®, PondZorb® and AcidZorb® to Kuwait. All three absorption products are made of completely-natural cellulose material that immediately breaks down oil, chemical, raw sewage and any flammable hydrocarbon liquids into a non-toxic environmentally safe inert mixture that can be tilled into the soil and just left to decompose. The order for a full shipping container of the products comes after an extended process of negotiations, testing, and required approvals in Kuwait. This opens a very important international market with endless potential for MCE.

Tim Algier, CEO, stated, "We see this order as the first step for MCE to break into the vast oil remediation market in both Kuwait and the Middle East in general, and we look forward to a long and growing business relationship in that region."

Kuwait is currently enhancing its drilling operations as it moves from approximately 2.5 million barrels per day to over 4 million barrels per day over the next few years. That increase in drilling will also create the need for an increase in oil spill clean-up and soil remediation products at not only the drill sites but along the vast ribbon of service pipelines from the oil fields to the ports.

Our entry into the new market of Kuwait comes at the same time as our business partner, Cornelius Shogunle, of Fiscal Dynamics Limited initiates our efforts in Nigeria with their sales and service teams to execute our joint path forward with oil-spill clean-up projects using our biodegradable products DualZorb® and PondZorb®, The Nigerian market for our products is forecast conservatively at $10M over the next few years.

Plans are now being made for company management to join our business partner, Eddy Daniel, already working on the ground for us in Haiti, in the coming weeks for an exploratory trip addressing solutions to Haiti's open sewage problems in a safe, economic and eco-friendly manner. The company will also continue its work to position itself as a viable bidder/partner for the building of specialized container communities and/or a combination of container and disaster resistant steel frame housing. MCE has designed exceptional products to address both of these alternatives.

It is premature for the company to release specifics on the progress of its developing business areas including the growing MCE markets of Kuwait, Nigeria and Haiti, but will follow with future pertinent news as it develops.

MC Endeavors, Inc Offers a Business Update
Jan 12, 2012

/PRNewswire/ -- MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) (MCE) is pleased to announce a reorganization of the company's operations, the retirement of 158,336,885 shares back into the company treasury, and that it continues to pursue business with respect to its primary products.

CEO Tim Algier stated, "After a disappointing last quarter of 2011 and a few months of unexpected events, we are looking forward to an exciting and prosperous 2012 after the restructuring of the company, the opening of a new office in the business friendly State of Texas, the prospects of consummating international product sales after building the groundwork over several months, and the successful closure of some projects that have carried over from last year."

"Although we have been quiet for a while, we have not been idle. We apologize for the lack of news in recent weeks but we felt it was best to delay any updates until the unexpected significant sales of shares in October by pre-merger shareholders and others were exhausted."

MC Endeavors is pleased to announce that Ricki Groetzmeier has been added to the Board of MCE and as a new Officer with the title of Secretary/Treasurer. We have also added Israel Sanchez to our team as Director of Design Development.

The restructuring and the reversal of purchase agreements with Western Door and Seismic Foundation resulted in retiring over 158M shares back into the treasury which brings the total number of shares returned to 500M over the last 6 months. This has resulted in a new Issued & Outstanding Share count of 210,132,694 of which approximately 48% remain restricted at this time. Management believes this action demonstrates a commitment to the shareholders to improve the share structure thereby adding value to those remaining with us.

The new office in Austin is strategically located in the Texas Capital between major oil company offices in Dallas, our product testing lab located in San Antonio at the Southwest Research Institute, and the port city of Houston.

In November we exhibited at the Texas Alliance Energy Expo, which is a smaller version of the big show to be held in Wichita Falls, Texas in April where we plan also to have an exhibit booth. We made a number of very good business contacts at the show to add to our growing database of companies in the Oil Exploration and Oil Services Industry which we contact via email on a weekly basis. A number of our products are of interest at these shows, including our disaster resistant manufactured housing made from steel components, transportable in-the-field rig-shacks for drill-rig operator lodging, barge housing in container apartments, and of course our natural biodegradable oil-spill clean-up materials and services. The increased activity in the oil fields in distinct segments of the country has brought serious interest in these products.

On the international front, our business partner Cornelius Shogunle of Fiscal Dynamics Limited is leaving for Nigeria during the first week of February to work with his sales and service teams executing our joint path forward with oil-spill clean-up projects using our biodegradable products DualZorb® and PondZorb®, both made of all-natural cellulose material that immediately breaks down oil and any hydrocarbon molecules into a non-toxic environmentally safe inert mixture that can be tilled into the soil and just left to decompose. The Nigerian market for our products is forecast conservatively at $10M over the next few years.

We also have a business partner, Eddy Daniel, who is working on the ground for us in Haiti. Today is the 2nd Anniversary of one of the most devastating natural disasters in history that struck that already impoverished island nation. People have been living in tents, essentially camping for two years now as international contractors are still clearing debris. The turmoil, poverty and disorganization experienced by Haitians across their homeland are unfathomable for most Americans. Haiti today looks like the earthquake happened two months ago, not two years ago. Where did all the aid money go? According to a November 2011 report by the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), of the $1.14 billion of U.S. money allocated by Congress for Haiti reconstruction, only 20 percent or $184 million has even been obligated, and most of this money, $120 million was transferred to the Haiti Reconstruction Fund. Less than 1 percent of the $412 million in U.S. funds specifically allocated for infrastructure reconstruction activities in Haiti had been spent by USAID and the U.S. State Department and only 12 percent has even been allocated. So there is still a long way to go in the reconstruction of commercial and residential buildings in Haiti.

MC Endeavors, Inc. Exhibitor at Texas Alliance of Energy Producers Expo & Conference in Houstin Nov. 7th & 8th
Oct 17, 2011

Demonstrating Products - Market Opportunity to over 3,100 members in 29 States

Texas Alliance of Energy Producers Expo and Conference 2011

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MC Endeavors, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MSMY) announced today that it will be an Exhibitor at the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers Expo and Conference in Houston on November 7th & 8th. MCE will be exhibiting its steel constructed rig-shacks for the oil drilling workers in the field and demonstrating the effectiveness of its LBI Renewable clean-up products, DualZorb, PondZorb, & AcidZorb.

Tim Algier, CEO of MCE stated, “We are excited to bring our expertise and hands-on demonstrations of our products to the over 3000 Oil & Gas Alliance Members. The oil and gas producers are in a boom in central Texas and our steel tube constructed rig shacks can well withstand the continuous loading and unloading while moving from fracking rig to fracking rig. Each 14’x40’ rig shack houses 4 workers for the 24/7 drilling operation. Presently there are over 8,000 permitted operators in Texas alone.”

Dale Lee, P.E. at LBI explained, “In fracking, a mixture of fluids and proppants are pumped at high pressure into a perforated well pipe to create small fractures in tight shale rock. The small fractures allow oil and natural gas to escape and flow out of the well. The process creates contaminated mud and black water pits that need to be cleaned up and remediated so that good water can be absorbed back into the ground. Our LBI products perform this task in the most environmentally biodegradable process.”

MCE is looking to build long-term on-going business relationships at this show that are mutually beneficial and will provide sound solutions for the needs of the Texas Alliance members while creating a continuous market for our specialized products and services.

MC Endeavors, Inc. Establishing Alliances with Strategic Partners in Austin, Texas to Meet Anticipated Growth
Oct 6, 2011

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) announced today that it has been establishing alliances with strategic partner companies located in Austin that will enable the localization of their green component technologies and integrate them into their building systems and designs.

“We are very close to awarding MCE-LBI distributorships in Canada, Kuwait and Jordan to companies that have been involved in environmental disaster remediation, oil spills, specialty chemical clean-ups, and soil bioremediation services. These are key locations where extensive oil drilling and oil processing industries are continuing to grow.”

Tim Algier, CEO of MCE stated, “Integrating the production of wind, solar, and energy storage components locally in one city together with our steel supplier and roof truss manufacture in one place not only saves time and money, but puts us on a level way above other housing manufacturers that just produce a stick-built box.” Below is a list of the strategic alliances so far:

Viryd Wind Turbines of Austin has a proprietary rotor, drive train, tower technology and design that consistently produces a 33% lower cost-per-kilowatt-hour and has a 25% to 39% higher Annual Energy Production (AEP) than any other comparable turbines. MCE will design a space for the electronic components into their garage design so that they will be able to install and set up the wind turbine towers in 2 days instead of 30-60 days like the competition.

Valence Advanced Energy Storage Solutions of Austin leads the global industry in providing safe, high performing, long-lasting, integrated lithium iron magnesium phosphate energy storage solutions for MCE’s wind, solar and multi-fuel generators for on-grid & off-grid use.

Transcon Steel Company of Georgetown just north of Austin is one of the premier providers of disaster resistant steel roof trusses, steel mega-joists, and cold rolled steel for framing residential and commercial buildings that MCE designs and builds.

Texas Solar Power Company of Austin has been one of the leading solar integrators in the country over the past 15 years with more than 450 completed projects all over the world, totaling over 3.9 megawatts and ranging from several kilowatts to several hundred kilowatts.

After a 5 month delay, Haiti's Senate approved Garry Conille as Prime Minister on Tuesday, endorsing President Michel Martelly's third nominee for the post in a move many hope will boost reconstruction efforts by finally getting the disaster relief funds flowing in the earthquake-ravaged nation. MCE will make a trip to Haiti this month.

Tim Algier also stated, “We are very close to awarding MCE-LBI distributorships in Canada, Kuwait and Jordan to companies that have been involved in environmental disaster remediation, oil spills, specialty chemical clean-ups, and soil bioremediation services. These are key locations where extensive oil drilling and oil processing industries are continuing to grow.”

MC Endeavors Opens New Office in Austin, Texas to Help Rebuild Fire Ravaged Neighborhoods & Better Serve the Local Oil & Gas
Sep 15, 2011

MC Endeavors, Inc. (aka MCE) (PinkSheets: MSMY) announced today that it has opened a new office in Austin as a part of their new product expansion and reorganization of the company to facilitate the strategic growth forecasted in the Grass Roots Research Report on MSMY dated 8/2/2011 after our 52% reduction in outstanding common shares.

Tim Algier, President and CEO of MC Endeavors stated, “We are excited about the changes, new products, and opening a new office here in Austin. We are strategically positioning the company to help rebuild hundreds of homes that were destroyed in the latest fires just 30 miles southeast of Austin with our disaster resistant materials, and will also be able to directly market the DualZorb, PondZorb and AcidZorb products throughout the local oil and gas companies located here in central Texas.”

Mr. Algier went on to say that, “Our plans also include the development of an oil spill response team, building Mobile Rig-Shacks that include DualZorb Spill-Kits as well as providing living quarters for the field workers, and we will continue our focus on participating in the reconstruction of natural disaster areas throughout the world.”

LBI Renewable products DualZorb and PondZorb and AcidZorb are a great addition to MC Endeavors’ tool chest for cleaning up oil pipeline ruptures, sewage pond remediation, extinguishing oil fires and absorbing oil from contaminated soils and waterways. These natural biodegradable absorption products are very safe to use, silica dust free without carcinogens, and they suppress hazardous fumes by encapsulating chemicals into DualZorb’s cellulose fiber.

MC Endeavors Seeing Haiti Reconstruction Starting to Advance after Receiving Requests for JV Partnerships
Jun 1, 2011

MONARCH BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MC Endeavors, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MSMY) announced that in the wake of the Haiti earthquake of nearly a year and a half ago, credible sources are indicating that funding for permanent housing in Haiti is finally starting to flow. This is a significant development as more than an estimated 600,000 displaced Haitians are still living under tents and tarps.

“It is time to move from transitional to permanent housing and that funding for it be provided as soon as possible. President Martelly has stated his commitment to permanent housing—and we all truly hope his vision will soon be realized.”
We are currently receiving requests for joint venture partnerships and private property contracts to work on permanent housing projects in Haiti that total over $22M so far. International organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and private financiers are now accelerating the approval and flow of funding for permanent construction---as they diminish funding for and move away from transitional housing.

It is important to reiterate that the international community has pledged more than $5 Billion in reconstruction assistance funding for Haiti. These funds will be jointly approved for implementation by the Interim Commission for the Reconstruction of Haiti (IHRC) which was established in the months following the earthquake and the new Government of Haiti led by President Michel Martelly.

It is anticipated that a number of NGOs, multilateral international organizations and bilateral donors will be proposing the financing and implementation of permanent housing, debris removal and other reconstruction programs totaling many millions of dollars over the next few months.

Former US Ambassador, first “US Response Coordinator” for the Haiti earthquake and MC Endeavors Board Member Lewis Lucke stated, “It is time to move from transitional to permanent housing and that funding for it be provided as soon as possible. President Martelly has stated his commitment to permanent housing—and we all truly hope his vision will soon be realized.”

MC Endeavors CEO Tim Algier emphasized that, “Our trip to Haiti this month will be undertaken to survey the potential site where our factory may be built as well as survey the private property sites where multi-use developments will be master planned. We welcome the opportunity to be part of the reconstruction team of firms that will be building new community-based, affordable, and durable permanent housing and commercial buildings that will establish critically needed new communities and providing renewed hope for Haitians.”

MC Endeavors Director U.S. Ambassador Lewis Lucke Views Saturday’s Inauguration of President Martelly as a Meaningful Turning Point for Haiti
May 17, 2011

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) “This is a new Haiti that is open for business now” declared newly sworn-in President Michel Martelly. “We are going to change Haiti” he promised during his inauguration speech on Saturday. Punctuated by applause and cheers, Martelly made it clear that a top priority will be to restore confidence in government and then he served notice to the country's police and judicial authorities: "No more injustice."

“An optimistic time for all Haitians and its many international partners and a meaningful turning point in Haiti’s history.”

MC Endeavors’ Director U.S. Ambassador Lewis Lucke viewed the inauguration of President Martelly as “An optimistic time for all Haitians and its many international partners and a meaningful turning point in Haiti’s history.” Lucke went on to state that, “So many Haitians fervently hope that President Martelly will be the leader voted into power by the people who can fulfill the needed leadership role that will encourage foreign governments to accelerate the release of reconstruction assistance that has been sidelined during the long election process.”

An important invited guest at the inauguration was U.S. President Bill Clinton, the U.N. envoy who co-chairs the IHRC (the Interim Haiti Reconstruction Commission) which was set up after the earthquake to monitor the purse strings of some $10 billion in pledged aid.

MC Endeavors CEO Tim Algier emphasized that, “We welcome the opportunity to really make a difference in addressing the homeless situation by being part of the reconstruction team of firms that will be building new affordable, permanent housing for almost 700,000 Haitians who have been living in tent cities for over 16 months now. The American Red Cross, other international organizations and other donors will be proposing permanent housing and other reconstruction programs that total many millions of dollars over the next few months.

MC Endeavors, Inc. Acquires Seismic Foundation Control, Inc. and their Earthquake Resistant Base Isolator Technology
May 11, 2011

MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) announced it has acquired Seismic Foundation Control, Inc. of Edmonds, WA. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The new wholly owned subsidiary brings in-house a key element to complete the earthquake protection of MCE’s Lamisteel residential and small commercial buildings. The seismic vibration-dampening systems will be a $10-$15 Billion business by the year 2015 according to the Green Economy Post. The patented factory built “Quake Guard Base Isolator” features a three-part system consisting of a ball and socket casing and an elastomeric pad of rubber and steel plates vulcanized together with a steel frame on which the building's steel floor frame is attached.

John Armstrong, President of Seismic Foundation Control stated that, “The merger-acquisition of SFC into MCE is an excellent marriage. An MCE Lamisteel building and its interior contents supported by these units will experience even more reduced shaking and damage in the event of an earthquake. These foundations are superior to any other foundation for use on compressive or expansive soils such as adobe, clay or bay mud, which create stress and movement in traditional concrete footings and foundations. The shaker-table testing that simulated the Sylmar and El Centro earthquakes of a 2-story 15 foot by 10 foot building was shown to have no ill-effects.”

Tim Algier, Architect and CEO of MC Endeavors reiterated that, “The Quake Guard Base Isolators connected and supporting our Lamisteel frames become one integrated building structure that will absorb the earthquake and wind vibrations. These economically constructed base isolators will play a key role in the foundation engineering for the reconstruction efforts to rebuild cities and communities within the earthquake ravaged countries of Haiti, Chile, New Zealand, China, and Japan. The estimate to rebuild these countries now tops $600 Billion and they require new technologies that are both economical and time-sensitive. Homeless survivors need to have their communities rebuilt, but they must have confidence that the new buildings can withstand the aftershocks and future earthquakes.”

MC Endeavors Board Member U.S. Ambassador Lewis Lucke Book Re-Released: “Waiting for Rain: Life & Development in Mali, West Africa”
May 5, 2011

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MC Endeavors, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: MSMY) announced that Christopher Publishing has just re-released the well received book "Waiting for Rain: Life & Development in Mali, West Africa” that was penned by Board Member and Director U.S. Ambassador Lewis Lucke. It will also be available on Kindle in a couple of weeks as well. Lucke wrote this book after his experience in Mali when he served there as part of the U.S. Foreign Service. “I am still waiting on the movie version...” says Lucke. Here is the jacket description below:

“I am still waiting on the movie version...”

"Waiting for Rain" is the story of a young, novice development professional who leaves the comfort of the United States to live and work in Mali, one of West Africa's poorest but most interesting and authentically African countries. Mali boasts one of the lowest GDPs and some of the most intractable development challenges in the world, but it is the home of Timbuktu, the Niger River, Dogon cliff dwellers and the mud mosques of Mopti. Though the country is culturally fascinating, can you ever get over the shock of working in such an impoverished country where life expectancy is 41 and a major drought is just coming to an end? What kind of development programs can you hope to put together to effectively address the problems of Mali? And since this is important work that touches the lives of real people, when all is said and done, will you have succeeded or not? "Waiting for Rain" may be of interest to those interested in other cultures, travel, Africa, international social issues and development buffs. Without being overly technical, the book treats a serious subject - economic development - while viewing the personal side of living and working in Mali.

Lewis Lucke is the former U.S. Ambassador to Swaziland as well as the former U.S. Response Coordinator for the Haiti earthquake. Lucke also served as the first USAID Mission Director for Iraq and sits on the Board of Directors of MC Endeavors, Inc. MC Endeavors CEO Tim Algier emphasized that, “Ambassador Lucke has been dedicated and compassionate about helping less-fortunate cultures throughout his travels around the world. His on-the-ground experience in Haiti will be invaluable in helping Haitians rebuild and develop a new economy.”

MC Endeavors Board Member U.S. Ambassador Lewis Lucke Returns from Haiti with New Insights & Rededication
May 4, 2011

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) Board Member and Director U.S. Ambassador Lewis Lucke returned from Haiti and reflected on the current status of the West Indies nation:

“Not a lot of good news normally comes from Haiti, particularly in the wake of last January's horrific earthquake, but some perspective is needed. The world hurried to respond to Haiti's urgent and immediate need for emergency and humanitarian assistance and now Haiti needs to focus on its longer-term recovery and reconstruction. That reconstruction assistance has in my view moved far too slowly, even though to some extent this is understandable given the doubts about the political stability surrounding the first stage of Haiti's flawed first round of elections last November-December. But the second electoral round went much smoother with a clear Presidential victor in Michel Martelly won the Presidential Election with 67.57% of the votes. That resulting political stability gives hope not only for a new and better Government of Haiti but also that reconstruction funds will begin to flow more effectively. While Haiti is still broken, this is a time of renewed hope and optimism.”

Ambassador Lucke went on to say that, “Much remains to be done in Haiti. Probably 80% of the earthquake debris remains in place and as many as 700,000 people are still in tents and under tarps. This is unacceptable. Clearly, two of the biggest challenges facing Haiti are a comprehensive community-based program of debris removal and a focus on permanent, affordable and rapidly built housing. Haiti must also concentrate to create agriculture-based rural enterprise both as an economic engine and to create economic opportunity for rural people who would otherwise crowd into an already densely populated Port au Prince. The key to Haiti's recovery must be in the hand of Haitians themselves. The focus of reconstruction must be on Haitian enterprises, Haitian workers and Haitian leaders leading the charge for Haiti and Haitians. Haitians work hard and are capable people. The role of Haiti's friends in the international community is helping Haiti help itself.”

MC Endeavors CEO Tim Algier emphasized that, “Ambassador Lucke was the former U.S. Response Coordinator for the Haiti earthquake who led the United States’ relief and recovery program. His insights and on-the-ground experience in Haiti will give us the opportunity to really make a difference in both addressing the homeless situation and helping Haitians build a new economy.”

-Reconstruction Programs after New President Elected

* MC Endeavors Director to Meet with Martelly Officials to Review and outline Steps to Rebuild the West Indies Nation

MC Endeavors, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MSMY) announced that its Director U.S. Ambassador Lewis Lucke is traveling to Haiti to survey the reconstruction programs after last week’s announcement that musician Michel Martelly had won the Presidential Election with 67.57% of the votes.

Ambassador Lucke stated, “As President, Martelly will face the huge challenge of trying to rebuild a Caribbean Country that was already in poverty status well before the January 12, 2010 earthquake which killed more than 300,000 people, made more than 1.5 million homeless, and bludgeoned the fragile economy.” The Ambassador went on to state that, “Hundreds of thousands of destitute earthquake victims are still living in squalid tent and tarpaulin camps clamoring for jobs and housing, and Martelly will have to work closely with private local and international donors to ensure prompt delivery and effective use of $10 billion in foreign aid.”

MC Endeavors CEO Tim Algier emphasized that, “Ambassador Lucke served as the U.S. Response Coordinator for the Haiti earthquake, leading the United States’ $1.0 billion to date relief and recovery program, and having him on our reconstruction team is very valuable to us.  His contacts and international experience will give us the opportunity to really make a difference in both addressing the homeless situation and helping to improve the Haitian economy.”

MC Endeavors Points to Growth and Focus in Strong Long Lasting Environmentally Passive and Active Building Systems
Apr 5, 2011

MC Endeavors, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MSMY) released its annual “State of the Corporation” summary which points to creating growth for the company by focusing its subsidiaries to work together to integrate their intellectual properties and expertise into one Smart Building System that is disaster resistant and utilizes both environmentally passive and active energy systems to perform on its own “on-or-off grid.”

Centiuum’s sewage digestion and gray-water remediation and storage systems can be integrated into the self-sustainable community design for water supply. Engenaire’s generator sets can be integrated into the design of a commercial building or a home so that it can power the structure without electricity from the utility grid. Lamisteel’s building technology combination of welded tube-steel and rigid closed-cell foam insulation can withstand the shaking of an earthquake, the wind load of a hurricane, and is water resistant from floods unlike wood studs, fiberglass insulation, and sheetrock that all soak up water that grows mold and rots out.

Tim Algier, CEO of MC Endeavors, stated that, “MCE continues to receive RFPs for rebuilding efforts from disaster areas around the globe. Our Director, U.S. Ambassador Lewis Lucke, has informed us that reconstruction efforts in Haiti will begin to be funded now that President Michel Martelly has finally taken office. Over $10 Billion in funding has already been raised worldwide for Haiti Reconstruction.”

Mr. Algier went on to say that, “In Architecture School at USC in L.A. we experienced the Sylmar earthquake of ’71 firsthand and again got to experience the disastrous rolling effects of the Northridge earthquake in ’94. So we have had a focus on earthquake resistant design for 40 years now.” He went on to question, “Yet we continue to see the building industry reconstruct these disaster-hit communities with the same age-old stick-&-stucco and brick-&-mortar techniques that their grandfather used. Why do that? The whole re-building process needs to be rethought and re-evaluated. We feel our technology meets these challenges.

ENGENAIRE’s Inductive Generator Sets for the Commercial Power Industry Eliminate the Need for Expensive Controllers
Mar 29, 2011

MC Endeavors, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MSMY) announced a new $18 million project from its newest subsidiary ENGENAIRE, Inc. using another proprietary multi-fuel generator product that will revolutionize the commercial power industry by allowing any number of generators to run in parallel out to the grid without expensive control systems, thereby saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in start up costs.

Tim Algier, CEO of MC Endeavors, stated that, “We are working with a large landfill operator that has more than 20 generator sites throughout the United States. They want to eliminate their downtime maintenance expense of the large diesel generators and use a larger number of smaller multi-fuel generators that require less downtime and do not require the large instrument and control systems that are needed to keep the electrical power matched to the grid.”

Larry Pendell, Principal of ENGENAIRE, described that, “The Inductive Generator System is a combination of a number of continuous multi-fuel generator sets running in parallel and are designed to automatically adjust their power output in symmetry with the required grid power. Running on LPG, LNG, on any biogas created at the landfill allows for cleaner burning engine-generator sets and they will run many more hours requiring far less maintenance. This is a tremendous savings for the client and an improvement to the air quality output at their facilities.”

ENGENAIRE’s ‘Blinkless’ Power Backup Systems for the Banking Industry Eliminates Expensive Lead-Acid Battery Racks
Mar 22, 2011

MC Endeavors, Inc. (PinkSheets: MSMY) announced a new $12 Million USD project from its newest subsidiary ENGENAIRE, Inc. using another GREEN proprietary product that will revolutionize the way banks worldwide will supply backup power to each of their branches and data centers: The ‘Blinkless’ Power Backup System.

Tim Algier, CEO of MC Endeavors, stated that, “We are working with a large bank that has more than 200 branches throughout the Western United States. They want to eliminate their multi-million dollar maintenance expense of replacing all of these lead-acid battery backup packs in all of their branches twice a year.” The project will bring over $12 Million USD in gross sales to MCE/ENGENAIRE and the client will receive tax-break carbon credits from the federal & state governments.” Mr. Algier went on to say that, “The market for new green backup generator technology worldwide is over 9 billion dollars.”

Larry Pendell, Principal of ENGENAIRE, described that, “The ‘Blinkless’ Power Backup System is a combination of continuous generator power and spinning flywheel technology that will engage the generator immediately upon reading any loss of power from the electrical grid making sure that none of the computer systems in the bank ‘blink’ or go down losing valuable transaction data.” He went on to say, “The banking and data center industry has been using the same power backup systems for years that include emission problem diesel backup generators and expensive high maintenance racks of lead-acid batteries that give off dangerous toxic fumes and can be explosive if stored in an under-maintained small enclosure. These batteries need to be replaced every 6 to 7 months and are an expensive headache. Our ‘Blinkless’ Power Backup System runs on clean-burning natural gas, eliminating the diesel fumes and emission problems and requires no batteries at all. This is a tremendous savings for the client.”

MC Endeavors' Latest Subsidiary ENGENAIRE Announces New Product: "Safety-AID"
Feb 23, 2011

Last week MC Endeavors, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MSMY) announced the acquisition of the majority interest of ENGENAIRE, Inc. This acquisition includes the new Safety-AID product, allowing homeowners to SAFELY connect to the Electrical Utility Grid and to send electricity back to the utility for electricity credits, as one of its significant patented technologies. The MCE/ENGENAIRE merger brings with it an array of innovative new technologies that we will announce and describe through our next several press releases.

Larry Pendell, Principal of ENGENAIRE, emphasizes, “The utility companies have been very negative in accepting independent electricity from homeowners who have installed generators and want to send the excess electricity they generate back to the grid. Utilities have claimed it is a severe safety hazard because there is no safety switch to protect their linemen and other workers from injury or death when they are working on downed power lines or when there is a black-out. Now the Safety Automatic Independent Disconnect switch fills that need.”

Tim Algier, CEO of MC Endeavors, outlined, “The Safety-AID product is a very significant step for both users and the electrical utilities that have been issued government mandates to accept electricity from independent generators. The Safety-AID enclosure will accept the existing homeowner meter to be re-mounted on top of the surface and the disconnect switch is UL Approved.” Mr. Algier went on to say that, “The market for this device includes any residential or commercial user who wants to have 100% certainty that they will have electricity when the power lines go down and wants to safely send their excess generated electricity back to the grid. It is a multi-million dollar market and Safety-AID is an exciting addition to the MCE line of products and services!”

MC Endeavors has agreed to Acquire Majority Interest of ENGENAIRE to Manufacture Smart-Grid Switches & Variable Speed Generators
Feb 14, 2011

MC Endeavors, Inc. (OTC: MSMY) announced that it has agreed to acquire the majority interest of ENGENAIRE, Inc. of Elkhart, Indiana, to manufacture Smart-Grid Switches and Variable Speed Generators with the MCE Label for distribution and sales worldwide. This partnership will bring to MCE an additional piece of its GREEN technology in connection of electrical production generated from wind and gas.

Tim Algier, CEO of MC Endeavors, outlined, “This is a very important partnership because it solidifies our position in the self-sustainable building industry by providing both residential and commercial clients with patented variable speed generators that connect directly to the grid without going through expensive rectifiers and converters using patented safety approved smart-grid switches that prevent generated electricity from entering the electrical grid back to the utility during accidents, downed power lines and blackouts.”

Larry Pendell, Principal of ENGENAIRE, emphasized, “The Variable Speed Generator will produce constant numbers of AC cycles (like 60 cycles per second for example) regardless of the input shaft speed. The shaft can run from 0 to the mechanical limits of the generator depending on its design. The amount of torque times the speed of the shaft determines the output in Kilowatts up to the capacity of the generator.” Larry went on to say that, “The advantage of this design is that you can hook the generator directly to the grid without going through a rectifier/inverter. Besides being very expensive, rectifier/inverters are prone to trouble and problems and have relatively high maintenance costs. This is a major savings for the end user.”
