Name change has occurred apparently awaiting on finra to activate but finra know nothing of what is apparently going on

On May 8, 2024 and May 20, 2024, Messrs. Igwealor and Glass sold the convertible promissory notes referenced above to two investors, both of whom were substantial shareholders and founding members of Cycclone Magnetic Engines, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, in private transactions. Subsequently, the two creditors forgave all of the outstanding principal and accrued interest on the notes.

To be honest that doesn’t even matter. What happens in the future is what matters and I can see a very different future coming compared to the past. Just something to think about Tesla has cars running on batteries and the share price is over $220. Imagine a car that doesn’t require fuel for it to run. Now that is something to think about.
