On December 7th 2007, D-Bar Manufacturing Inc. (a Texas corporation) began to trade publicly as Apple Rush Company Inc. (APRU.PK). The Company's only main asset is the brand name Apple Rush™.
PLEASE NOTE: A private firm franchisee Apple Rush Maui LLC has apparently taken over production and sales of the Apple Rush™ brand and is supposed to give Apple Rush Co. Inc. (APRU) an unspecified per case royalty. However, the Company (APRU) has released no information to shareholders regarding the financial or structural details of the royalty arrangement. The Apple Rush™ line includes six flavored organic juice-from-concentrate apple sodas in 12-ounce glass bottles.
