I'm just wondering how the hell the stock price got to 8 bucks and they don't even have an NI? Never owned it... I'm in UMNG and waiting on NI's for Uranium, more than one. The market pressure on this one doesn't make sense..... just trying to understand other mining stocks.

south, i agree with the info you have. uranium is going to be a good commodity for some time. the dispute i have is that URME is not the right play.

these are not miners, they are stock manipulators.

there are so many good and real uranium plays its a shame anyone would invest in this one

5. Investors finally wake up and punish the stock to well under a dollar

If there was economically viable uranium reserves in Goliad don't you think some mining company would have already started mining there? Someone with alot deeper financial pockets than URME. Do you really think URME has stumbled onto some giant uranium strike that no other more mature mining company overlooked in the vast unchartered wild of Texas.

just saw the new dilutive filing. wow , this company is going to try and gather another $45 million dollars from investors!!!

Who in their right mind would do a deal like this?

Believe me the only people who will profit from this deal are the management teams. They will line their pockets with the money.

Now I know why this thing is plummeting.

There is nothing here. I think this one is going down to $1.00 again. If you have a big profit I would sell and sell fast.

This one is run by stockpromoters who are trying to profit off of a hot sector in the market. Lemon is right here. I did my due diligence. Its had its run and that is all we are ever going to get.

well Sawtooth...i grew up in the area that they are diggin around...my family worked at the Uranium plant that US Steel owned or owns in Live Oak County Tx and Goliad Co isnt that far away.
U know never know with these companys. Ill have to check around with friends that are into that kind of mining.
What i did find the other day was this link. I think its kool myself.

Now wether the stock will gets over 6 bux that I dont know with Stocklemon on it. IMO I dont think that Stocklemon is all theyr cracked up to be...ppl just make a big deal out them...we are all in the market to make money and thats what they do to... I really dont care what ppl think or what promotors on this stock...I know whats there where theyr diggin and I know what uranium costs...ill be here for the long haul...no complaints about here.

My buy orders will be down there when this thing bounces....i found this stock a few months ago at $1.20 been trading it. Im not worried at all.

alan lindsay came from MIV Therapeutics. A 66 cent stock thats never produced any revs, and AZCO ming a solid 70 cent stock.

so what is it that we really have here?
A junior uranium play. what does that mean?

1. no proven reserves, have some mineral leases though.
2. no capital
3. share count going up fast, up to 35 mm at year end
4. paid out $6 million in stock based compensation in 2006. WOW
5. no revenues in 2006
6. $14 mm in expenses in 2006
7. a company that will continue to dilute current shareholders due to cash needs
8. Lots of warrants, 5 million, further diluting shareholders
9. management issuing shares to themselves and a consultant at 33 cents per share
10. paying PR guys, eg stock promoters, with lots of low priced stock.
11. options, 4 million, going to everyone invoved with the company.
12. COO getting $10,000 cash per month and a $130,000 bonus
