almost 90 points off the expected lower mid day low. God I love this market
ok got a bigger dip off the last marker, great, keeps everything on track
got about 80-ish points off the last 2 key points. hmm
A young cashier told an older woman that she should bring her grocery bags because plastic bags weren't good for the environment.
The woman apologized, "We didn't have this green thing back in my day."
The young clerk said, "Your generation did not care enough to save our environment for future generations."
She gave him a firm stare and a hard grin and said “Back then, we returned milk bottles, soda bottles, and beer bottles. The store sent them back to the plant to be washed sterilized and refilled, so it could use the same bottles over. They were recycled.
Grocery stores bagged our groceries in brown paper bags, which we reused for numerous things. We walked upstairs because we didn't have an escalator in every store and office building. We walked to the grocery and didn't climb into a 300-horsepower machine every time we had to go two blocks.
Back then, we washed the baby's diapers because we didn't have the throwaway kind. We dried clothes on a line, not in an energy-gobbling machine burning up 220 volts -- wind and solar power did dry our clothes back in our day. Kids got hand-me-down clothes from their brothers or sisters, not always brand-new clothing.
Back then, we had one TV, or radio, in the house -- not a TV in every room. The TV had a small screen the size of a handkerchief, not a screen the size of the state of Montana. In the kitchen, we blended and stirred by hand because we didn't have electric machines to do everything for us.
When we packaged a fragile item to send in the mail, we used wadded-up old newspapers to cushion it, not Styrofoam or plastic bubble wrap.
Back then, we didn't fire up an engine and burn gasoline just to cut the lawn. We used a push mower that ran on human power. We exercised by working so we didn't need to go to a health club to run on treadmills that operate on electricity.
We drank from a fountain when we were thirsty instead of using a cup or a plastic bottle every time we had a drink of water. We refilled writing pens with ink instead of buying a new pen, and we replaced the razor blades with a razor instead of throwing away the whole razor just because the blade got dull.
Back then, people took a bus and kids rode their bikes instead of turning their moms into a 24-hour taxi service. We had one electrical outlet in a room, not an entire bank of sockets to power a dozen appliances. And we didn't need a computerized gadget to receive a signal beamed from satellites 23,000 miles in space to find the nearest burger joint.
But the current generation laments how wasteful we old folks were just because we didn't have the green thing.”
The cashier stood there still and quiet as the old lady found her wallet to pay. Then lady turned to leave but stepped back and turned toward the cashier. She said “You have a world of knowledge in that little device in your hand. Pity you just use it to gossip, take pictures, and waste time. It would do you good to search a bit of history before you embarrass yourself like this again.
Forward this to another selfish old person who needs a lesson in conservation from a smart-ass young person.
next key point should have more punch 80 points or so on this one, so far
Live in the country you support. Anything else is pure hypocrisy.

as we approach the first of the afore mentioned 3 key points we've found a 4th, might not mean much without a signal. Contributors have the full scoop
Mentioned PM< near the April hi, said some s/t chop was due then,,, yup pow again.. So easy for those that work together.
Still think late April was meaningless? Ya well, your loss. Wonder what they'll say at the next I/T lo?
Fresh highs in this time frame confirms our bigger pic outlook
Update outlook into Sep. Now I can take a break.
way back, somewhere I mentioned utilities and got a nasty PM about how stupid I was. Now who's stupid? Guess I'll just keep more to myself and the gang.
The late March warning worked fine. Now we enter another time slot where the crap can hit the fan. To be frank we have 3 key points, which one is THE I/T hi? Have my bias and the insiders know the POIs.
With no feedback this all I'll share publicly
received some comments that the late April low was meaningless. Hmmm Ya still a traders market to some degree.
POIs doing their job, so far.
and taking out last weeks hi is important with the monthly outlook
back to work, burning sunlight
as specified over a week ago, a weekly whipsaw was seen and has happened. Yup and no changes to the outlook going into July.
Tried to tell the kids a whipsaw was setting up. Ya the old man has a few tricks they haven't found yet.
one hell of a whipsaw, yup yup yup

kids said it was a failed intraday signal, hm then this changes a few things. The key dates remain but the count will change. This sets up a possible weekly whipsaw with the next big low still in focus, ,,,with no feed back from answering previous questions details wont be made public.
spring is breaking and I'm getting busy
didnt catch the exact bottom but up about 130 pts, Yup that easy,,,, whipsaw ahead?
back to work
still closed 40 points off the overnight low. Wish I had time to trade these next few weeks.

Few years back talked of the 2-3AM swing, here it happens again. Very important with our projections but does give some credit to our late March/Early
April warning which was posted weeks in advance. The next key point will likely be doubly important.
back to work

the last key point was short lived but well within the time parameters. Next one is very key, Might be a third if I have the swings right but maybe more of a nuisance TWT on this
markers still working despite mondays fast peak

so we had a lower hi at the last key date and broke last weeks low. I've mentioned many times news will fit the cycles .
2 more key dates to watch then let er' go. Markers continue to work
So for those that had it, the Easter turned worked great. The key now is will the next key point be a higher hi or a lower hi and the next pivot is also important in how we come out of it. and last weeks lo is also important. Lots of info in the symmetry alone.
Tomorrow it's back to the workshop.

Using real world data works, sure the goal posts are being moved as I type. yawn
PMs another easy trade should soon turn into more of a s/t traders theme until the next major pivot.
Early March talked of a shuttle change coming and it has been on going. But since no comments were made from me answering the last questions, details remain for those that work together.

Rather interesting and foretelling when you watch CD rates, and annuities as they work together. One area I've invested in heavily the past couple months with money I should have no need for several years, likely an inheritance to whomever.
Trading is great but after nearly 55 years I'm slowly backing off and going to more big pic plays again..
I get more reward in working with those that show some effort.

going to miss trading these whipsaws, almost time for me to get back to my equipment
late Feb said whipsawing will continue, oh ya far from done, follow the markers if ya got em'

Dont recall exactly when, but several months ago said many issues would be puzzling and it would become evident by late Jan. Oil up, PMs up, dollar up gn market etc. Something seldom seen
last Oct I said watch for the break.. oh ya baby while everyone was worried and moving goal posts out. shesh
Had a few hours to dig into the underlying issues and intermediate cycles. We now have 2 more POIs that could setup a correction worth being ready for.... If you've been active or are on the insiders list you'll get this info after Easter.
When I hear someone say "Hope" in reference to the markets doing something, the first thing I think, is that person on the wrong side of things or are they missing out? Brings to mind a poem from I think the name is Pope, an essay on man where he talks of hope springs eternal.
We work with real world data and no perma anything. Working with the underlying indicators, timing and price movement is 95% of the battle. Seldom try to force a trade but wait for things to line and go for it.
Ya sometimes I might say I'd like to see or that but it's to confirm a few things. One thing we dont do is hope but have confidence in our work. Hope springs eternal is rather fitting
I'll release some of what I've told my crew in mid Jan......... At that time I felt if late Jan didn't give me a signal and Feb didn't see anything more than chop we'd hold up into April. Doesn't mean going to the moon but overall sideways to up, which so far is working. We are getting some serious divergences, SnP running flat, tech lower highs etc. Energy n copper issues helping the spooz
Late April for a hi worth talking about? I do have some POIs in that area. But Symmetry says earlier. Looking at how March has played out, right now I'd likely give late this week or next Mon. and the March jobs report some serious scrutiny for a point where everyone will get excited again,,,, if we hold up into then.
Have no clue what the underlying issues are saying, haven't looked at them for 2 weeks. I've been busy with other projects and playing these whips pretty hard since early Feb. has distracted me from doing my big pic work.... Now I'm getting called out of the office for about a week to look at some equipment I've wanted..
Well, I'm hoping the CIT would come upon us near the end of April (stars should align by then, lol). Looking (praying, hoping) for a 20% or more for the downside.

Ya still looking for 20% down? Curious
oil remains the easy trade since mid Dec. So called cycles experts that keep moving the goal posts had no clue
