Don't forget, ARYC made it look like they were following the guidelines and the filings weren't "required". We were excited. I blame the management of the OTC - the SEC and the oversight that really wasn't happening. Whole system was wreckage.
Still, believing in the science was what I was banking on. There were some very attractive pieces to this hot mess. Heck, the science may still be carried on and utilized, in some way or another. It would be nice to recoup some losses here. In addition, you don't just get to publish in the medical journals without valid research and theory. So there is that.
Technology vs. Ethics
It could be!
Taken down by Ethics but the Technology lives on.......
I'm grumpy..... Schwab won't let me place a buy order :(
This is interesting......

Mr. Nielsen may be affected by this:

Didn't we see in court docs that they are selling the house, but the intention is that they will continue to live there in a rent arrangement?
So, who will own the house as landlord? .......... guess they won't be 'down-sizing', still living in the luxury homestead doesn't sound like much of a sacrifice or giving up much of their lifestyle
Has anyone filled out and sent in the victim claim forms? If so, what was/is the expectation of out come? i.e., have you heard anything since filing the claim? TIA
safs up 20-25% flex today
Well, I did find something interesting.
Marketscreener.com
Look up INAR note managers and directors
Now look up SAFS and look for same .....
Thank you, Alyssa!
We already paid their rent!!! Multiple times over...... instead of paying the landlord maybe they went to the racetrack instead :(
Sold some recently for a pittance, I would get involved in a class action as I still hold shares also. Planning to file with the victim unit, which is no promise for any restitution or return of investment. What a sad sorry ass sack of poop this is.
Do you think Mark was working for Elizabeth lololol
I'm waiting too. Schena is the last on today's docket, but it also says all will be ATT Phone conferences. Different for this judge...? We may not get to be flies on the wall today.

I've been watching it fluctuate in the .001s. Something has changed as it hasn't been this high in all this time since the suspension. I recognize it is in the grey market, but something changed.
Thank you for the link- much appreciated. I am looking at the quote box on this IH site ^^^^ look up there. Shows price .029, and no trades today.. (yet?)
SP is up, but no action? Another suspension?
Can someone re-post the link to the hearing for today?
Hey Alyssa, interesting info. Thanks for taking the time to share.
I learned a long time ago that you get back what you put out to the universe. There is good karma, and bad karma.
I don't defend Mark, but I keep a positive light in the hope of recovering my losses. You can mince that up anyway you like (as you always do!). I do not choose to follow the path of evil and cursing for evil to strike anyone.
The current situation of our world is focused on humanity and forgiveness. I can forgive, and receiving my money back for injustices against me as a peaceful individual is my only goal.
Repeating hateful accusations and name calling just shows the trueness and mindset of the source.
Here's to keeping the faith for something good to be returned to those of who have been wronged. Judgement is not my role to carry out.
May we all be recipients of just settlement once this legal action is handed down. All the best to everyone.
FDA continues to scrutinize emergency use authorizations - apparently after some mitigations, still not making the cut.
yup, always two sides.... some even brazen enough to continue to taut their agenda here.
I'm no scholar when it comes to investing. Along with others here, I believed in the science and the testing, even bought a test for myself to check it out. I will also share the billing was a jumbled disaster. However, from a shareholders perspective, as far as I knew, Arrayit was building their company, jumping hurdles and mostly doing the right things, just not on the timetable I had hoped for. And, I'm a patient person, with hope. Afterall, a Form 15 WAS an available option (otherwise, how could it be used?) Yes, I took a chance and got burned.
That being said, we've all been sheeple by those that are in power and who make the rules....and they have taken advantage of the masses with 'built-in' loopholes allowing the shade of grey to overcast truth and reality to skew things. It is in our news every single day. Am I ignorant.... pretty much, it seems. I try not to be, as best I can anyway. However, there was also deception in play here. I believe there has been alot of deception behind the scenes of this train wreck, and sadly the relief crew arrived way too late. But what color were the coats they were wearing? Black.... or white? Fuzzy, huh?
Live and learn. Some lessons sting..... this is a good example, and it is sad that some here are more than anxious to pour the salt into the wounds.
You're awesome Alyssa!!! ..... I haven't 'tuned-in' ..... my bad.
I really should take my own advice lol -- Too bad I didn't listen more closely to my own advice last year before the train wreck happened.
Another mention of our dear friend and a$$ho Jason.....

This popped up in a general search I was doing - not expecting this. Disgorgement was mentioned - wonder if shareholders will be considered in a restitution plan?
I think your #5 could be a strong possibility too. It could depend on what he is presenting as his defense, and what conversations have transpired with the feds. I also think that his recoil on the financial reporting were hinged upon the legal issues he was battling in court. However, I am no one with anything to verify, so it is mere speculation. Only thing I can verify is my investment (loss).
A complaint was filed...... it was not an indictment.
The DOJ has been 'pre-occupied' with other issues lately, esp in CA. I'm pretty sure they haven't cleared their desks of their other cases just to deal with this one. Once they realize their charges are full of holes, doubtful they will be pressing to wrap it up quickly.
I actually had the same thought about Dr. Taguchi. She was likely pretty frightened. I once worked at a place where the feds came in - they are very intimidating, just by their presence. And, they don't wear white lab clothes.
It's the Corona virus. hahaha... I know you didn't say it, but guaranteed the DOJ isn't on light duty, most especially in California.
I know, right?
Exactly!
Certainly the case needs to be thoroughly reviewed, in a fair and legal manner.
I cannot speak for anyone, especially Mark, but it is entirely possible (my OPINION ONLY) that he trusted his social media person to do the common thing, which is tweet often and keep people excited about the company -- without providing much 'specific guidance'. Maybe he hired wrong, or didn't monitor the situation as well as he could have. As mentioned, he was busy trying to manage the lab business. There are surely some holes in this fabric, and questions do exist. We all need clarity, but the process drives the release of the info. For those of us who have held in there, it is more exercises in patience.
Heard Mark's lawyer is a Dilly.
...... "new Medicare billing entitlement allows....."
Much of the SEC information for a federal investigation of a medical lab based on material that has been harvested by posts from an online message board. Another man is also being accused of pumping and dumping with mis-information posted on a message board.
Pretty risky of you to quote Mark in this way if you have no proof to back it up.
Unbelievable.
You posted this to be viewed as a direct quote from Mark. What is the source of this information? REALly? Please confirm and share where these words came from?
And, maybe the FDA's Town Hall meeting on Wed will shed some light on situations everyone is dealing with
There is a new message on docketbird re Taub letter, who has subscription that can post content? TIA
Being a government approved lab, there is likely audit and inspection provisions for regulatory reasons. Mark would know this. Yup, no whistle blower bonus DAS RIGHT
