My doc thought it would be good therapy for me to return to this posting board, put it all behind me, yet look to the future!
Grand kids future, sorry,
rJ
Hi Cap,
There was to be a signing, but the Bank would not let me use my FASC stock as collateral.
He said something about it being technically being "collateral damage"
Oh Well,
RJ
Hi Charlie,
Definitely cross the t's, dotting the i's is an up-hill battle!,
RJ
Hi Sam,
If I got .10 I think my nightmares would go away. I think I could afford a sedative with that!
RJ
Hi Net,
Does this news have anything to do with FASC, or have you changed your mind on which Airplane you want?
Propably a little smaller? Huh,
Kiddin'
RJ
Hi cpac,
I always new you were full of it, ...What egos? Don't you know it was our best thinking that got us here?
RJ
Hi all,
The other night I sat up and said: Honey, I think we are going to be ok!, She said be quiet and go back to sleep. You were dreaming and talking in your sleep.
Honey, What did I say? She said it sounded like: Sam Fred Trout to Net or something, or another? I says, no Honey, it was not a dream, it was a frick'n Nightmare!!!!!
Good luck to all, and thank FASC for making our Grand Children Rich!!! They may as well enjoy it, cause right now it is a stock for old men with grey hair. Is it still a stock?
Good luck, I still like havin fun more than money, and good thing cause my investment prowness leaves much to be desired!!!
later,
RJ
Hey guys!
See ya in a few months!
RJ
Sun,
My Broker said along time ago that #`1 is not true.
How-ever, we are very much diluted by now.
RJ
Hi All,
Just remember, The salaries that have become debt for the company probably has diluted the equity to us being micro-part owner of a micro-part share of a part of the company!
How this company stays in business is beyond comprehension. With that said, I really like the guys! I may have been sold, but I would rather have my $ 80k give me a giggle than anymore heartburn.
As Sam says, Still Holdin'
but not a pipe dream anymore.
Less,
RJ
PS. They used to call GM a legacy stock? Tell em bout FASC?
Hi Cap,
I have been invited to a Wedding on April 2, at 2PM.
89 year old Waite is getting married to another 89 year old.
I will ask him if I can post a picture here of the wedding.
A roller coaster ride only lasts less than a minute, so if Waite and his Bride get a thrill for a few months or so?
RJ
Hi Net,
"No crystal ball here."
Maybe not Net, but what I here is you have been a great help to Adam!
Thanks,
RJ
Hi Cap,
Waite is currently being bathed by a beautiful young aide. She cannot be more than 50 or 60 years old.
Hospice has its benefits!!!!!!!!!!!!
Waite is still full of creativeness as well as vinegar and spice.
RJ
Hi Sam,
I talked to David Waite today. He said to tell everyone that he wishes them well with their FASC investment.
Dave said to tell you all that he has moved from his assisted living facility to a full care facility and does not have a computer or internet at this time and is not sure if he will.
He also said he has enjoyed his time communicating with his FASC friends.
Good luck to all,
RJ
Hi Waite,
I will introduce you to a very special nurse at Porter Hills! I did not make it Thursday, I may make it Saturday PM or Sunday.
Wish you well there, it is a very good place to call home.
RJ
Hi Waite,
I will be in GR Thursday, Hopefully I can come see you!
I am not sure what we will discuss FASC?
RJ
Sam,
I do not think my brain is "First Class"? Even though I like Brian, I am beginning to believe that FASC may have become a very very very very.....BAD Investment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have a great day,
RJ
Hi Waite,
I am not sure that China is in this conversation, but to put it mildly, I believe we need a large multiple sale to get us out of the rut that we are in. A sale here and there is not going to put us back on the exchange.
It hurts to think of the good things that I could have done with the money I have invested in FASC. But I can only blame myself. Those that do not blame themselves are probably not living very happy lives. Once a person takes responsibility for his own decisions he can then move on and not repeat the same errors. I do feel a little old for this very expensive lesson.
We continue to eat, drink, have shelter and socialize. Hopefully Brian can pull the rabbit out of the hat when we least expect it. Ignore the pundit posts and Humor in whats left of our investment.
As Sam likes to say " Still holding!"
When you want a few belly laughs, if it does not hurt to much; watch some of Sam's videos.
RJ
Hi Waite,
True Story:
I was walking down a long hallway and crossed paths with a Nurse walking a 103 year old Gentleman towards the dining room. She asked me If I could take the Gentleman the rest of the way to the dining room due to her needing to get back to her hall.
His response to me as we were walking; "That was a bad trade!
I have to admit she was a little bit more attractive than I.
Conclusion: Not all old men have lost their mind. Brian and yourself included. That does not mean I am endorsing either of you!
Have a great day my friend,
RJ
Hi Waite,
I talk to Brian only occasionally. I try to check this site once every couple of weeks. I do know that TR talks very regularly and Net occasionally. I am told that they are trying to give FASC some help in a couple of areas. I will let them share if they are willing.
Net shared accurate information, but that amount of sales is not enough to sustain FASC as a business entity. There must be more sales and with a profit margin. There are a couple of opportunities that Brian could not even close due to customer affordability with the KDS price being whacked considerably.
I hope this little bit of information helps you and Sam.
Take care my friend,
RJ
Hi mfred,
You took the words right out of Brians mouth. I could say more but I am not interested in a battle of words.
Take care,
RJ
Hi integral,
That has been my stance all along. FASC is not a scam. Brian is not dis-honest. Just another difficult situation and poor management decisions all the way.
Lots of businesses fail.
RJ
Hi Sam,
The .0001 is the now typical purchase price any broker will buy shares from its regular customers so that the customer may realize the loss for a tax write off. The broker will look at it as the price of doing business and profit off other trades from same customer.
?? this may be the case here, I do not know??
By the way, I was at a Peter Paul and Mary tribute concert last week. One of the folks that was sitting at my table found your Nevada You Tube videos on her smart phone!!!!
RJ
Hi Sun, TR,
Why don't we make it a little simpler. Any Shareholders that would like to meet up with Brian to ask him questions can. We could meet with him in Nevada or Canada.
All conversation must be peaceful and respectable.
If serious, let me know.
RJ
Waite,
All voices have one's own thoughts expressed. I always thought you were to aggressive in your buying. I shared that with you when I visited at your apartment. I do not remember you being to happy about that, so I did not say any more.
I think that you have a great inspirational attitude about life. I appreciate meeting you several times and getting to know you. These are the things I think you would want me to remember about you. Bowling, Strawberry pie, the pretty aides and our FASC summits? !!!
Though the track may be tough ahead, lets hope the little bit of steam left in the little engine is enough to make it up the hill ahead of us.
Take care my friend,
RJ
Thanks Patrik,
Right now it is all about sales. "Multiple Sales." One sale at a time will not help FASC. If Brian can get a large multiple sale he will be able to get us on track. That is the only way. Other than that he must do what he can to keep the doors open even if it continues to make him unpopular.
I believe Cal and Brian took the wrong route with FASC, but I do not believe them to be crooks.
As far as my investment in FASC goes, "It was my best thinking that got me here", I will not blame anyone else.
Lessons learned,
RJ
Lucky,
Information whether positive or negative can be wishful thinking.
I have for some time here been cautious. I am not here much anymore due to my "caution" message in the past. I still believe in hope.
RJ
Waite,
There is a clear difference in the names you listed.
RJ
Waite,
Posting here is not for the purpose of argument or sides. It is for sharing both positive and negative information on the company itself, not each others attitudes.
Your friend,
RJ
Sun,
Brian will not accept any money from shareholders directly.
Shareholders could if there was the desire, Form an LLC with a combination of 51% or more of the shares. Then reorganize.
RJ
Sam,
Mine has been of acceptance for quite some time. I do also wish for a good outcome.
On the other hand.... I still have not told the wife!!!!!!!!!!!!!
???? Maybe I will still buy her that dress and take her on that cruise, and just keep my mouth shut.
RJ
Waite,
I differ in thought.
Balance is sharing facts as they are acquired, not steering a direction.
By the way, are you still selling "Happy Pills?"
I hope all is well with you!
Your friend,
RJ
Waite, Sun,
" When FASC has made money "due to sales" they can reapply after doing two years of audited financials."
This felt like the key statement from what Brian shared with me. He knows he has a challenge going forward.
I posted due to Sun's statement about Brian contacting funds from shareholders. From my memory a couple of posters have had their checks returned from Brian when they have sent money in.
I personally think we have at best a 50/50 chance of survival. I wish all well.
Keeping it real,
RJ
PS.
I had Chocolate dipped strawberries, strawberry cake and strawberry pie this past week. Today I will have strawberry shortcake. Just a little comfort food needed to calm the nerves!
Sun,
It is not what Brian has Shared with me.
You should re-read my post sharing what Brian said his discussion was with the SEC.
Brian stated "from Sales"
RJ
Waite,
Don't forget, If I am remembering correctly; the same, sometime previously, was posting Buy and Buy all you can!
RJ
Hi Janice,
It won't be as hard on me as many here. I will just hang around and try to get 80K worth of entertainment here!
If that does not work... I will hope and pray!
On another note, there is a difference between those that hope for success and those that hope to be right!
You can be right in the wrong way. Thankfully you are respectful with your facts and I hope that you feel welcome here.
RJ
Hi Janice,
The SEC has advised Brian not to fight the delisting. It will cost FASC a lot of money to not be successful. It has been advised to save the money to keep the doors open. When FASC has made money "due to sales" they can reapply after doing two years of audited financials.
RJ
Hi Sam,
A few years ago we could see this happening due to having a closed board of directors. I know I warned of the possibility. Cal was still alive at that time. I did not like some of what I read in the quarterlies.
If we could have a legit shareholders meeting and a diversified board of directors the money to make this happen would not be difficult.
The best Idea for the company as suggested years ago would be selling out, merging with a larger equipment firm, or even licensing as suggested here would be better than the way they were operating. I do believe Brian is honest and doing his best to salvage the company, I just would do many things differently.
Failing does not mean Scam.
RJ
Sam,
Every time someone brings a great inspirational thought, someone else has to remind us of the facts!
Thanks Sam,
RJ
patrik,
I agree and am hoping that we are where we need to be soon. What is nice about searching for information with each other is that if we did not do it, we would not have any hope or desire to hang on and would be selling at .000001 per share.
my thoughts,
RJ
