As far as a merger, what company wants a shell with 500m+ shares, another 500m+ shares that would need to be bought out from the preferred holders and all the debt the note holders own? GCAN is not a clean shell and nowadays you can grab a completely clean shell for around $500k to $750K. GCAN owns no assets, no products, produces no services, has no office and is in debt. No reputable company would merge under those conditions. This stock couldn't even manage any kind of promotional run, couldn't attract whales to manufacture a real run, like to the .60's or .70's, not the .02's, lol, like they have for so many other tickers, couldn't attract mm's to manufacture a run and no amount of "Fake Merger" "News" or share structure updates is going to change those FACTS.
