Boston, what are your predictions both short term and long. Are you seeing buy signals now with Amedica? What's your recommendation?
That's a given.
We will be trading around .25 within 45 days.
Looks like my analysis was much more accurate then your prediction. Glad I didn't buy on your 5 day countdown.
Hopefully we don't see the downtrend hit .35, but historically, it's a safe assumption that we will cross below that line.
Strange. Probably folks are realizing the we are at the midway point of the downtrend from 1.35 to .35.
Yes, we do. Another R/S, moderate decline in PPS again, steady state, bull trap and then another round of steady fast declines. Been the same story since day day one of being publicly traded.
Looks like the same old story. It may take 30-60 days but we will be seeing PPS at .35 to .40 again.
Curious on why you'd think that Boston745. This stock has been slowly bleeding. Doesn't look like a new position. It looks very typical and matches the historical trend. New PPS target = $1.14 (May 15 2018).
boston745, when do you think zimmer will make the move to acquire amedica? What is your share price target for the m&a and have you been loading up on these "dips"?
On target!
Highly doubt that Zimmer was accumulated any shares here.
As I said before PT 1.4 before May. I may have missed calculated, we may hit the new PT before April! Be careful with this one guys.
Hilarious
Wouldn't see value in this until it's at 1.4x. Any price here is a high risk for loss.
I was right on point, again!
Looks like $2 pps almost here. Target is $1.40 PPS. We will hit that number by May 15th.
Very possible we will trade at less than $2 ops within 10 trading day. Glta
Lol, too funny.
Oh, its going to get worse. When the dam breaks, everyone will try to sell and the ask will drop like a rock.
Management really never invested prior. Doubt this was the rational behind offer.
Exactly Lex. If Zimmer or any co was really planning on acquiring Amedica or even partnering because of Amedica's IP, they would have offered a Bridge Loan. Obvious.
Aggressive stock promotion. Exercise extreme caution if there appears to be greater promotion of the company’s stock than of the company’s products or services.
Guaranteed high investment returns. Be highly suspicious if the promoter promises you a high rate of return on your investment.

Dk? Simple question. I express my target of 1.75pps. My last target hit the bullseye. What's your target?
What is your price target that you believe we will spike to Sir?
Stock is super cheap. Everyone here should be buying like crazy. Time to max out the credit cards and refi the home! Pure sarcasm. Please be wise here. We maybe at $1 in a blink of any eye.
New PT $1.75
Oh, got it. Makes perfect cents.... literally.
Sorry, not following.
umm, okay???
No question! Amedica loves doing business with toxic lenders.
If sonny now throws a $3 PPS offer on the table he'd still be able to own the company.
Understood but just look at the trend line for this stock price. People have always been buying in cheaper, lose their shirt and selling. Wait until this hits $2, and then back to $1. The process seems to always repeat with this company. The only thing that changes are the investors.
Could it mean that investors are jumping ship as they are aware of historical related to Amedica & Magna? Amedica need money to keep the doors open. Dilution is just around the corner.
Good point. Do we know what their approximate monthly cash burn rate?
History seems to be repeating itself here. I'd hate to say I told you so...
Per the first post in the thread, Amedica tends not to finish what they start.
oh yeah, TBD. lol, funny. I forgot about the pesky products yet be developed. Those TBD products are the best.
I don't know if anyone can see that yet, per reported sales revenue.
Even at current PPS, Zimmer or any institutional buyers could purchase Amedica for $11mm per marketcap. Unfortunately, interest or product penetration hasn't made the splash that we all hoped it would.
