Thanks for feedback from everyone. It's been educational. I appreciate that you now see that I really did come here in good faith.
I Actually had started a trading account to play penny pot stocks a couple of days before Eric had mentioned doing a press release and raising money through WNBD. As I started Googling stocks to check out companies that I was interested in to see how legitimate they were, I started seeing message boards pop up in the search results. The first one I looked at was ihub. Another education.
Long story short, I put WNBD on my watch list to see if people were investing. I then decided to do a message board search for WNBD after the 1st press release to see what was going on. When I saw all the negative posts flying, I joined ihub so I could defend my business on your board. That didn't go over too well at first. lol.
In my opinion, there's no way for this vehicle to succeed as funding source for USBI. Especially since ihub boards are the first ones that come up in a search. I haven't found any other boards that had much better to say. I certainly wouldn't have this stock on my watch list otherwise. I will be pursuing other options. I did graduate from a SC high school, but I do have functional math skills. I came into this unaware of the current investor situation. I can see that the only way for him to raise the capital necessary is to further screw investors that seem to have been screwed over hard enough already. I understand why you all came out harshly at first.
I decided to check out GPL the day the press release was posted. LMAO. It must be some kind of $99.95 do-it-yourself maker template in my best estimate. If you look around enough of these boards, they're throwing money everywhere. I put a link to one below. If someone can prove to me this is real, I'd like to see it.
Here's where I'm finding the start to it all. Just a basic google search:

First thing I found to make me look hard:

Where GPL really lives:

Registered agent:

Who owns GPL and is investing millions of dollars in news releases? Please look at their financials:

Another big multi-million launch:

I believe it would be inappropriate for me to have any further discussions on this board, as it's very apparent that there will be no business conducted between USBI and WNBD.
It was a pleasure gentlemen. Best of luck to you all.
Thank you. Newry is my home too, so I have a personal stake in it. I'm hoping at some point to get a preservation society together and try to restore the old mill somehow. A lot of history in this little village. We're on the National Historic Register. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newry,_South_Carolina
I had some time to come here and catch up a little today. I honestly don't have time to follow a chat board. As long as people want to have civil discourse, I'm all about it. I'll try to come here every couple of days, but if there's really something you want to know immediately, please email me.
I'll start first by saying that I WILL NOT be involved in any project that would be damaging to WNBD shareholders. I can not, and will not, lift myself up by bringing others down. If that's the plan of action, I'll be looking for a new source. Conversations of diluting stock have NEVER occurred between Eric and myself.
In my development process, I've tested more than 100 competitor's products, and have tested 100s more in private laboratory developments to get the product I wanted. What makes EZ Armor unique is it's durability. Typical hydrophobic coatings can't withstand the chemicals that EZ Armor can. In an alkaline environment, most Rain-X type coatings will be removed by a pH as low as 9. EZ Armor can withstand 24hr immersion in a 13 pH solution and still retain excellent function. On a windshield, total clearing can be seen at speeds under 35mph. The coating also only needs to be applied once a year. Cleaning with a mild all-purpose or window cleaner will rejuvenate the performance.
My lab director puts it on his boat. Never waxes. When he takes it out of the water, he goes by the car wash and sprays it off. It's completely dry by the time he gets home. Engineered Marine Coatings (Quantum Paints) is testing it now for a possible private label agreement to use as an all-purpose protective coating to add to their product line. While this won't have quite the effect on performance as some of our advanced marine coatings, increases in speed and reduction in fuel consumption has been observed. Our marine anti-fouling coating has seen fuel reductions as high as 20%.
I only sell wholesale. I have one distributor in China, who sells to wholesale manufacturers. Verick will be my first retail distributor, as they have the packaging capability. They are our master distributor for Canada for all of my current technologies. We are finishing the packaging now. He plans to launch it in Canadian Tire to compete against Rain-X head-to-head in the near future. If that goes well, we'll discuss a US licensing agreement.
I just sent anti-icing coating samples to another potential aviation distributor in China. I'll be visiting them in DaLian in a couple weeks to discuss a distribution agreement. I am looking for more distributors in both the wholesale and retail markets.
Most of our advanced coatings are successful phase II SBIR developments that we're commercializing. One example, our anti-icing coating was a development project for the B-2 Spirit, to solve an intake icing problem.
If you'd like more product information, please contact me directly. erin@usbiinc.com
I have not tried any of Eric's products. While I do carry some cleaners, it's not a priority area of USBI's operation. Laundry agents are not an area I have any interest in. I have my own private label sources for cleaning products.
Have a great weekend.
He would be involved with the US rights I'm acquiring from Hy-Power Coatings. I would be using any investments from WNBD to fund construction and purchase equipment. It is not a loan. He would be investing into one division of USBI. It doesn't matter if he has plans to make USBI, it matters if I do. I have had no contact with anyone about making my company. I'm not saying that I wouldn't, but it's nothing that I've ever looked into to begin to say that I would. That's as specific as I can be at the moment. We're going to be ironing out details as soon as we're able.
I hope this is a good start. I'm traveling the rest of this week, so I won't be on here. I think from here on out, the information will be provided in news updates from WNBD. If I need to come here to personally respond to anything, it will be at the request of Eric or Teddibear.
I gave some base information, with some of the generalities of the project. I was hoping that it would lead to people having an adult discourse. So far, it seems to have been insinuated that I'm attempting to commit fraud, am a coward, and unwilling to provide any details. All of that was determined by the fourth post ever made by me.
You have more than once said I gave vague information, but not once have you asked a direct question to clarify anything.
I'll sum this up for you. It appears, from my vantage point, that I can't say anything in here that you, or your compadres are willing to hear. So why would I bother to spend any more time here? It's certainly doing nothing to help me. While I want do all I can to help bring positive light on our project, it seems all of my time will be wasted talking with you gentlemen.
Have a great day
I think I chose the wrong side of the mountain to get in. I'm hoping I didn't make a mistake double dipping on this.
Hope you guys have a bottom in here somewhere. You're making my portfolio bleed
I only get three a day, so here it is. I don't stand here to defend anything that has happened before this announcement. I have no idea what has or hasn't gone on before I found this board. I posted here in good faith to provide some background information about my company, and the project that I hope to accomplish with WNBD. If any and/or all of you are investors, I would hope this would be some positive news. I can assure any and all, that my business, and whatever project details are worked out between WNBD and USBI, are 100% legitimate and above board.
I will not post on this board again, unless requested to do so by WNBD. I am more than happy to provide any necessary information, but I have no time to play games with people who will never be satisfied by the answers given. You can direct your inquiries through Eric. If necessary, you can contact me through my website.
Have a great day gentlemen.
I hope you're not referring to my company. Let me give you a definition. http://dictionary.law.com/Default.aspx?selected=1969
I will definitely come here to answer now that I know. I ran across this completely by accident researching stocks that I'm looking to invest in. I decided to check WNBD, since Eric said the press release would go out after the New Year. I saw the comments and joined to try to help make this work. This is officially my 4th post on this entire website.
Hy-Power coatings did $1.2 million in business in Toronto last year. I saw that business model as something easy to duplicate, plus the Carter business would be automatic. It would be easily incorporated into the expansion plans, and would have immediate revenues. I'll be going to Toronto to observe a large Carter order being coated when I return from China in February.
I didn't realize I needed to spend my entire day on the board. I do have a business to run.
To answer you time question. I did say that I met him in May. I didn't say we entered into discussions about WNBD working together on day 1. We didn't enter into any serious discussions until the last couple months.
The reason that there's only a LOI to this point, is that I'm not going to tie my project to something that can't be financed. I'm hoping to see some investors moving on this, then I'll commit to a fully RE secured project with WNBD.
As I said in my original post, which I tried to lay out as much information as possible in, he would be involved in the project I have with Hy-power and Carter. We haven't finalized the specifics of the agreement yet.
If you want to call out my honor, make sure you know who you're talking about. If you check my site, you'll see that I'm a verified VOSB with the VA. They don't just hand that certification out. I earned it in more ways than one.
I'll check this board when I can to answer any questions. you can also contact me through my website.
Have a great day gentlemen.
Actually, WNBD is investing in my project with the HY-Power/Carter Panels. This expansion will provide a new revenue stream to USBI, which will allow us to pay a return to WNBD.
Everyone can take it for what it's worth, but I am the President of USBI. I met the CEO of WNBD at a reception at the US Consulate in Toronto this past May, while part of a trade mission with the SC Department of Commerce and US Commercial Service. During the following months, he has expressed interest in how he could help my company grow.
As a result of that trip, USBI entered into a master distributorship agreement with Verick International, to handle the import of all current USBI technologies into Canada. Verick has also licensed EZ Armor for retail packaging to put in all 314 Canadian Tire stores. If it's successful, USBI intends to enter into a retail packaging agreement with Verick to distribute in the US retail market as well. Verick has plans to begin testing with Magna, to use EZ Armor as an ice-release coating on poly-carbonate headlamps, as well as developing markets for USBIs advanced coatings.
USBI is very active with the economic development community in SC, and will be part of the upcoming SC Dept of Commerce Trade Mission to China and Korea in March and April of 2017. We received an incentive package from SC and Oconee County for our new facility. We have also been introduce to the AML at Clemson University, and have begun utilizing their facilities for product development. We have also entered into a consulting agreement with a Clemson professor who hold several patents in the industry, to expand our SC laboratory.
EZ Armor was developed to advance our China market. Our current China distributor is DiShan Technology company. The have been distributing hydrophobic coatings to sanitary ware manufacturers in China for 10 years. Our development of EZ Armor to increase our market share has opened the door for new opportunities, such as the one with Verick.
Rolls Royce North America has recently concluded testing of a custom thermal coating, and has informed us that they are ready to negotiate a purchasing contract. We expect commercial orders to begin by mid 2017.
Current development projects:
Asahi Glass - hydrophobic windscreen coating
SCRA (Composites) - Fireproof Resins Program
Verick International - gel lining for anti-concussive helmets
Samsung - Two separate projects involving anti-icing solutions
Engineered Marine Coatings - hydrophobic all-purpose marine coating
- competitive product to Propspeed
New technologies that USBI has recently acquired distribution rights for:
Engineered Marine Coatings - Master distributor for the China market.
Hy-Power Coating - Architectural coatings for in-house and on-site application. Hy-Power Coatings supplies the EVO-Stone coating for Carter Panels. USBI is currently in need of financing for the construction of the building to support the new Apharetta, GA facility for Carter Panels, as well as expanding into the application sector, under the guidance of HY-Power coatings. USBI currently holds a property that has no liens to construct the facility. In addition to supporting the new operation, this will also allow us to bring the manufacturing of all of our current technologies to the new facility, thereby reducing our cost to manufacture. This is the project that WNBD is in discussions with USBI to support.
I hope this helps to claruify the latest news more fully. Feel free to contact me through our website, usbiinc.com if you want to know more about USBI.
