I think it's time for people in flood the SEC with complaints about this POS and about it's POS CEO.
Fingers crossed this thing gets going again!
They are interesting but the first link is irrelevant because it doesn't do anything to help us. The 2nd shows that Janon is also a shitty bar GM; not just a shitty CEO.
Nothing yet. I emailed him and haven't heard back from him.
Agreed. I'll take it with a grain of salt. I am sitting on 53 million shares so I hope he does something.
I can't screenshot but here is the back and forth.
Janon,
Another 3 months have gone by with no updates whatsoever. Do you have anything to update at all? Is ABVG even still real?

Janon,
Can you give me any insight into what you have going on and/or some sort of timeline?
Sent from my iPhone
May have timeline by early next week
Randomly I emailed with Janon today. He says there is some movement coming our way soon. We'll see if it works out. I am sitting on a boatload of useless shares so I am hopeful.
I have zero idea. But I hope he does something. I have 53 million shares I'd like to sell.
I have gotten him to both email me and call me via janon@affinitybeverage.com. Give it a try. I am up for anything that gets this pig out of the mud.
If that is truly what you believe, why are you still here?
I don't necessarily believe him. I want to so we can all at least recover our money, but I don't think he's an honest guy. And I have filed a complaint already with the SEC and will continue to do so and encourage others to as well.
This is my exchange with Ryan Dolder:
Ryan,
It's not a threat. And I am sure your lawyer will want to know why you employ people that have repeatedly scammed investors. If you are running a legitimate business, it would seem counterproductive to any public image.

Tom -
That's quite a threat via email, especially claiming I have 'scammed people'. This will be passed along to our lawyer and you will be hearing from him soon.
Sincerely

Ryan,
As I stated to you a while back, Janon Costly and Martin Ekechukwu, both of whom are listed on your website, scammed a lot of investors out of a lot of money. Janon has disappeared from responding to anyone and clearly couldn't even both to pay to have the website for ABVG to remain current. I will be unleashing everything I can on any company I find their names associated with. I will also be sending any and every email address I can find of every senior executive at those companies to every posting board and Facebook page of people you have scammed.
Don't say you haven't been warned when you start receiving a lot of emails about why your company is associated with those two scammers. I will also be pushing for everyone that has ever invested with them to lodge complaints to the SEC; to include any companies they are currently associated with.

Dolder was not happy with my email. He took it as a threat and said he would send it to his lawyer. I pointed out that there was nothing threatening about the email. Rather, I was warning him he was going to get a lot of angry emails from people that have felt like they were ripped off. I did speak to Janon today and posted about my conversation. We will see what comes of his "plan".
Update: So I spoke to Janon at length today. He has said again that he has had trouble securing financing to get everything current. But, and it's a big but, he has said he has something "in the works" that should benefit all the people that are still invested. He stated that he's hoping for the coming weeks for this to materialize, but it may be a few months. Only time will tell. No matter what, those of us still sitting on way too many shares have nothing to lose by waiting a bit longer. Fingers crossed for all of us!
I can tell you that I have already emailed all of the people in my post and Ryan Dolder did not like it very much and Janon responded asking me to talk to him on the phone. No matter what lies he tells, I still encourage everyone to make as much noise as possible about Janon and Martin scamming people over and over.
Ok all. 2018 is ending and Janon has done nothing. I am going to start posting email addresses for him and any company he is associated with here. Everyone should send responses to all of the email addresses asking why these companies associate with scammers like Janon and Martin. I would also email those two scammers over and over to express our disdain for them. I will also post the link to lodge a complaint to the SEC. If enough noise is made, something has to happen. With the SEC complaints, I would also list any company Janon and Marting are currently associated with. Lets apply as much pressure as possible. Happy 2019!

I'm guessing there is zero proof of this anywhere
What makes people think this is Janon's new scam? How is he connected to this?
I choose not to be pessimistic.
I have reported him to the SEC. They sent me back an email that said "they will look into my claims". If enough people send them complaints, they will have no choice but to make it a priority.
I agree. We'll see if he answers and what he may have to say.
Nothing to me but I emailed him again today. We'll see if he answers.
I am with you. I actually filed a complaint with the SEC already about it. I invested $11,700 so I understand and will fight to get my money back. I have emailed him more than once but he hasn't replied at all.
That's the hope, but he's not the most reliable person; especially with making deadlines/dates.
I've been trying to sell for a while. Nobody is buying. Even at $.0001.
I understand that, but it's still more volume than there has been. Hopefully it ticks up and up so I can get rid of my shares.
We've all been waiting to dump. Nobody is buying the dump.
Maybe you should read more of my posts. I don't have any faith in him or this company. But I will still share any response I get. My hope is that he does put out some release/update so we can all dump our shares to escape this mess.
Volume for me shows as 465K. As at Yahoo Finance as well (465,603 to be exact).

I am with you. Curious to know what is going on as well as today's volume being more than it's been in months.
That's almost exactly what I said. I'm sitting on way too many shares to do anything other than wait.
Take this for what it is...Janon emailed me back when I asked where we stand with everything and getting any updates. This was his response.
"Thomas, updates are coming soon, please continue to be patient . We have made progress on all fronts, need a couple more weeks. Janon"
I do regularly.
I filed a complaint 2 weeks ago. I suggest everyone that has ever invested here do the same.
I submitted a complaint this morning. My advice to anyone on here that would like to attempt to recover their money is to do the following:
Also lodge a complaint with the SEC.
https://www.sec.gov/oiea/Complaint.html
Email Janon repeatedly until he starts answering us. janon@affinitybeverage.com
Email Ryan Dolder who is the CEO of Human Brands Inc...Janon's other company
rdolder@humanbrandsinc.com
Eventually he'll get the clue.
I am 100% in for filing complaints as a group.
I am 100% with you. I emailed him again this morning asking him what is going on. I do think the phone call was more about me writing to everything he's involved in and telling them investors are coming for them all. I have a lot invested here too and would be happy to leave with anything.
I had the phone conversation with him. He assured my by the end of August it would be current again. I, like most of you, am not very confident in that happening. But we will see.
I can see all of us unloading the minute there is any type of small run
All the more reason to warn people
