Very nice. Go MHHC!
Patiently waiting for Stop sign removal.
Frank tweeted that the financials would be coming soon. When they do stop sign comes down. Pretty clear Frank isn't anything like McCusker.Glad McCusker is gone.

Exactly on point, Axe!
You are exactly right on this one, Axe. This company appears to be reorganizing itself, according to Frank's tweets and OTC disclosures in a good solid way. Glad to be here on this one to watch it happen.

Still Strong and Long here!
Once financials ate straight with OTC stop sign comes down. Frank says new business to follow with the warranty business continuing under other subsidiaries. Sounds like positive moves on his part.
I am comfortable watching the transaction take place. Not in a hurry.

Frank delivered the ticker change
He'll straighten the stop sign issue out as well. Those in for the long haul don't mind waiting.

Looking forward to Stop Sign Removal
Based on Frank's last tweets he's working on getting this stop sign permanently removed. Looking forward to that. Everything he has stated in the past he has done, so hopefully it won't be too much longer.
Obviously not sell of stock by the company into the market per the OTC disclosure since Spring 2017.

Just my opinions.
Lack of Updates will do that.
I personally believe the lack of updates and progress getting the stop sign removed is responsible for the stock price dropping. That is documented.
Instead we are to believe that Frank has gotten a broker to trickle restricted shares into the market and that has caused the stock to drop? And we are to believe that without any documentation? Not me. Others can act on undocumented opinions from anonymous sources all day long if they wish. I do my own DD.
Scotchman

Just don't see evidence of that.
I not trying not to see it,, just don't understand how Frank could sell restricted shares by trickling them into the market. No disclosure of any sales after last spring's Northbridge. I do see that the OS and restricted have increased. Just don't see any sales into the market.
Scotchman
DO NOT buy, sell or hold any stock based on this or any of my posts. Just my opinions.
Don't see the alleged dilution.
The OS increased no doubt. And the restricted increased according to the OTC disclosure. I don't count restricted in the float generally until the time to free them up gets close. Not close it appears.
I just can't find where the volume has ever reflected a sell off of stock by the company since Will did the Northbridge deal. Don't see it. Haven't see any sell off by the company (dilution into the market) by the company since Frank took over. Just appears everything is more stable since Frank took over.
I'll give him the time he needs to right the ship.
Scotchman
DO NOT buy, sell or hold any stock based on this or any of my other posts. Just my opinions.
When was the last Dilution?
There's a lot of talk here about all the "dumping" of shares by Frank. Where's any proof of that? When was that done? A year ago? Last summer when Will was still around? The OS increased but just haven't seen any proof that it was dumped into the market. Haven't seen any such selling by the company since Will was still involved with the Northbridge deal last Spring maybe. All of that has been disclosed on the OTC disclosures last December.
I've done my DD and am confident holding on to this stock. No "entrapment" of me.
I'm here because I choose to be. I'm patiently waiting and will continue to do so, until MY DD tells me otherwise.

Long and Strong Here!
I appreciate the long term approach Frank has on this stock. Taking one step at a time, even is slow, is the way to go. Still don't see the "doom and gloom" and willing to wait for this one to turn around.

Sorry, Not Correct.
What you linked to was an Affidavit filed by an attorney in an action filed against McCusker Holding Corp. Not this company. Please show any Order of Judgment on this company. Not a miscaptioned affidavit. Even Janice pointed out this being irregular. Where's the final judgment against this company?
Scotchman

Actually Frank said the Warranty Business would continue.
In his last tweets Frank said the warranty business would continue through other subsidiaries. Not exactly erasing the revenues I don't think.
I still disagree with you on the lawsuits. None against this company or its subsidiaries that I can find, including the one in Kansas. Even Janice posted that the case there was filed against McCusker Holding Corp, not MHHC.

Looks like a good Position to me!
There's no question that Frank has made some beneficial changes to this ticker. Getting rid of any association to Will McCusker and his old companies is fine with me.
Lower revenues? Yes, but revenues all the same. Frank announced the warranty business would continue under different subsidiaries. That's a very positive then.
Just waiting for the stop sign removal for good things to pick up here.

On the mark, Axe!
I agree with you, AXE. I'm looking forward to watching Frank finish the good work he's doing here.
I like what you said the other day about Frank's transparency and the fact that at least there is a business here. The FACT that Will McCusker is not a shareholder/officer anymore is huge. The FACT that Will McCusker's companies are gone is huge too.
Keep up the good work, Frank!

Clean Company! Fresh Start!
I like it. Way to go Frank! Get rid of this Stop Sign and we'll be moving. I'm holding long on this one as I like what Frank is doing here.
No more Will McCusker or his companies that are being chased by the lawyers for alleged wrong doing before MHHC ever existed. Not MHHC's problem. MHHC never even named in any suit that I have seen here, including the one brought by the Delaware Ins. Commissioner, or Will's bankruptcy. I agree with previous post, all off topic.
Warranty business continuing under other subsidiaries means continued revenue.
I like it.
Scotchman

Exactly right, AXE!
Just because something is stickied to the board or repeated endlessly does not make it true. It's hard to imagine this company ever being responsible for lawsuits against companies it doesn't own. To me that just doesn't make sense. I don't think that's how it works.
It looks like the only thing holding this PPS back at this point is the stop sign and Frank says he's working on that. Once that is gone then there is nothing else to hold it back imo.
Scotchman
DO NOT buy, sell or trade any stock based on this or any of my other posts. Only my opinions.
Patiently waiting.
Clean beginnings mean no more McCusker headaches. No more McCusker company lawsuits. I like that. I asked this question the other day. Anyone see any lawsuits out there against McCusker Holdings? If you do, please post a link to a copy of a pleading or something. As far as I can see, no potential liabilities left over from Will McCusker. Based on the filings, no major shareholder or officer. So, it would seem to me that any discussion of Will McCusker here in the present is just a red herring.
And no way this is reverting to an empty shell. Frank tweeted that the warranty business was continuing through other subsidiaries so we just wait and see what kind of financials that will show.
I for one and pleased with the direction Frank is taking this company. Step by step he's doing just what he said he would do.
I can sell my shares anytime. Never invest money you can't afford to lose. But I'm patiently waiting this one out.
Go MHHC!

Still Long and Strong Here!
I think it's encouraging to see Frank cleaning up this company and taking care of business one step at a time. Looks like he's continuing the warranty business as he's developing other acquisitions.
Says he's working on permanent removal of stop sign. Sounds good to me.

Frank's Cleaning Things Up! Great job!
From the OTC Disclosure last January:
"The company acknowledges that there exist legal actions against entities that could potentially have a negative effect
on company shareholder value. The company is aggressively addressing these issues to determine if any of these
legal actions involve the company or its subsidiaries and will update shareholders as circumstances warrant."
From this week's tweet:
McCusker Holdings Corp. (MHHC) announces the resolution of the dispute as to ownership to McCusker and Company, Inc. and Service USA, Inc. with former CEO Will McCusker by transferring all interest in said companies that MHHC may have to Will McCusker.
The Board of Directors decision is in the best interests of MHHC and will continue to maintain warranty service business through other subsidiary entities which will provide a solid basis for future revenue growth.
So getting rid of these companies, effective the date of last week's resolution, gets rid of the potential liabilities Will created in those companies and gives MHHC a clean slate. That's good news, especially with MHHC continuing the Warranty business through other subsidiaries. Smart move Frank.
I'd rather see lower revenue and no potential liabilities and start this company over in the right direction. Anyone see any lawsuits out there against MHHC? I can't find any.
Scotchman

New Tweet Out!
Looks like you are right. New tweet says no more of McCusker and Company Inc. or Service USA, Inc. That gets rid of all of their baggage too! Frank is cleaning this company up! Way to go Frank! GREAT NEWS!

Welcome to the Board Carldfw
SO I take it that you agree with premise that you don't believe anything a pink board traded stock says in sworn disclosures and government filings? Just wondering how you approach these type stocks.
And as to your assertion about hijacked shells are you saying this company came from a hijacked shell?
Scotchman
DO NOT buy, sell or trade any stock based on this or any of my other posts. My opinions only.
So no such action here, right?
Just to clarify. No such SEC action here. Didn't think so. And still no proof from you from anywhere of any involvement of Will McCusker in this company at present. Nothing to dispute current NV SOS filings or sworn OTC disclosures other than you just don't believe them, right?
I'll believe the filings.
Scotchman
DO NOT buy, sell or trade any stock based on this or any of my other posts. My opinions only.
Have you found any such releases on this company?
I don't think so.
Scotchman

I agree about looking at the total picture.
And disagree with pasting Will's personal bankruptcy and the information in it as the gospel then assailing his credibility on the other hand. You really can't have it both ways. SO the big picture is why is someone doing that. Trying to have it both ways.
SO to answer the question as to whether WIll is still an officer and S/H you say you don't believe the disclosure at all and that he could still be an officer. Which of course means that false update was just filed by the company with the NV SOS.
I don't think so myself. Can't see what benefit the company would gain by falsifying both filings to try to hide that if it was true.
I guess it makes for good fodder here to continue to tie him to this company even if there is not basis in fact to do so.
Scotchman
DO NOT buy, sell or trade any stock based on this or any of my other posts. My opinions only.
Really? How did you get that information? That neither one of them expected anyone to learn of Will's personal bankruptcy? Where did that fact come from? Or did you make that up?
Are you still of the opinion that Will McCusker is an officer of this company or a major shareholder? If so, what is your basis if you have one?
Scotchman
DO NOT buy, sell or trade any stock based on this or any of my other posts. My opinions only.
A sworn to disclosure that has legal ramifications right?
Do you have anything even unattested to that would say otherwise? Would love to see it.
Scotchman

Understand, not a SEC reporting company.
I get that. But the disclosure is a sworn to statement by the company CEO, right? It complies with the OTC requirement for pinks. Are you saying then that you don't believe anything put in any sworn disclosures for the OTC for any pink stock?
Scotchman
DO NOT buy, sell or trade any stock based on this or any of my other posts. My opinions only.
Surely you have reviewed the OTC Disclosure forms listing of officers and major shareholders. Also, the recent filing with the NV SOS. Those filings. They don't list Will McCusker at all. Would he have to be listed if he was either a major shareholder or an officer? In fact the disclosure says all of his shares were cancelled. Can you agree that he's no longer a major shareholder or officer or are you saying Frank filed fraudulent filings?
Scotchman
DO NOT buy, sell or trade any stock based on this or any of my other posts. My opinions only.
Can you prove that he is? Both the NV SOS and OTC filings say that he is not. Are you saying those filings are false? Fraudulent?
Scotchman

Can you answer the question of whether Will McCusker is still a major shareholder or officer of this company? The filings say that he is not. Do you agree?

Time will tell.
But what is clear is that they are working on it. I'm glad to see that.
But still, do you want to answer the question of whether you still think Will McCusker is an officer or major shareholder of this company? Based on the filings he is not. You agree?
Scotchman
DO NOT buy, sell or trade any stock based on this or any of my other posts. My opinions only.
So does that mean there's a problem or not?
Doesn't really say definitively, does it? I appreciate that it says they are addressing any potential problems. I would expect Frank to do that. But would it not be safe to assume based on present filings that Will McCusker is not a part of this company, either as a significant shareholder or as an officer?
Scotchman
DO NOT buy, sell or trade any stock based on this or any of my other posts. My opinions only.
So you're basing your argument on the personal bankruptcy filings of an individual who had all of his stock holdings cancelled and is not an officer of the company and who allegedly has committed numerous fraudulent acts, the lawsuits, in the past. Interesting.

If provided in the bylaws.
I haven't gone back to look at these bylaws on this issue as once again, it doesn't matter to me. But there is no requirement by law that a director own stock. That much I am reasonably certain of.
If you want to show the law that requires such, please do, and I'll admit to being wrong on that point.
If it's in this corporation's bylaws then that is an individual corporation's requirement and again, then I would agree that the requirement must be met for McCusker to be a director.
But otherwise, no requirement to own stock.
And again, unless you can show one of the two requirements above, your original absolute statement is incorrect.
It's a nice discussion and I'm interested in your response but will have to check on it later as it's Friday and 5 o'clock somewhere..
Later,

Voting rights as a Director!
