Got it! Thank you!
If the previous CEO guaranteed no reverse split for 10 years, can the new CEO cancel that guarantee without legal ramifications?
Website looks nice...

Did you look at the SW product he brought up in his Ltr to Shareholders on 23 March? Looks pretty legit to me. Fleetsafer.com is the website.
Was at the dentist last week and paid a $20 co-pay for oral cancer screening using the VELscope Vx in Northern Virginia, so definitely potential for big $$ with this stock. Researched the company after leaving the dentist. Only red flag I see is no news since Feb, on ihub anyway. Hopefully no RS in the future...
This mornings high was a result of a p&d put out by Ultimate Stock Alerts. They sent a text msg to cell phones at 9:35 EST.
I noticed today that the www.pleasantkids.com website has been suspended. Check it out if you haven't already. I think the 2 CEO's are buddies, which is concerning. I think RR will find a way to get his hands in the new company and unless he's out completely, I'll be out too.
Just had a "chat box" conversation with someone at Cisco and she confirmed that Next Communications is a partner of Cisco but their "partner list" database hasn't been updated. I was going to paste our chat box conversation in this note but don't know how to put an image in the post, or if it can be done. Nevertheless, that's some good news anyway. Has anyone contacted any of Arik's "10" companies (http://www.corporationwiki.com/p/2f82tl/next-mobile-360-llc) to see what kind of yearly revenue they make? My guess is that he's implying all 10 of them combined make about $140M. Based on google searches most of them look like small companies to me.
I think he was "hoping" for merger news out today!
Also, that Mobile 360 website was just created in 2014 and looking at their terms and conditions it just seems kind of all over the place. If they were in business 20 years and any of those names listed were relevant, wouldn't they be found "somewhere" on the web? I mapquested the business address and its right next to the shipyard. Why would a mobile phone business be in a shipyard versus near a shopping mall?
I just checked the Better Bus Bureau in Miami and cannot find any companies with any of the names listed in the PR. And all the M&M companies have a suffix, like M&M Roofing, M&M Cleaners, etc. Wouldn't it make sense for the M&M company to also have a suffix of some sort? And NxtGn Holdings...what kind of name is that? It's starting to look fishy to me. Was hoping it was all on the up and up but now I'm not so sure. When you google all those names, all you get is the PR.
The Army contract was announced in a PR back in May. That's when I bought in to the company. Then they announced the Navy, and I bought more. This company will only continue to grow, IMO.
GSWealthy - Great DD, but the link indicates "SERIES E PREFERRED STOCK, versus Series "A" Not sure what Series E stocks are..
I Hope You're Right!! I would think it would depend on what company takes it out. We could be going from the frying pan to the fire if it's another loser company. Maybe we'll be lucky like we were last year and get the BIG news on Christmas Eve. haha!
The Pleasant Kids website still has various "Product Finders" listed. One of them is RC Distributors (It's actually Rey Chavez Distributors). I called them to see if they have the water or are currently distributing it and the Hispanic lady that answered wasn't easy to understand but she didn't know anything about selling it or distributing it. She said they do both, sell and distribute goods.
Take a look at their building. Think they could use a "Pleasant" Makeover: https://plus.google.com/102896834271101831222/about?gl=us&hl=en
I also called the Diamond Cafe. The lady that answered said, "I don't know nothing about that, can you call after 4PM?"
Feel free to call some of the others...I need to get back to work.
Bottom line...it's not looking good for us shareholders. It's sad how dishonest people take advantage of hard-working honest people. Once a thief always a thief!!
You're asking Me? How would I know. That online magazine is for paid subscribers only, and I wouldn't waste another dime of my money paying for a subscription just to see if an article is really there or not. My hope/guess is he just finished another production of water and that's why he's able to start delivering again...which is also why Amazon shut it down for a 2nd time. Maybe he shipped all the first prod run water to CA? Who knows...he's not talking, which leaves us all to guess what his next move is going to be.
New post on FB. Delivery in Mia (Miami?)
Your points are well taken... I've found that trying to get rich on a penny stock is about the same as playing the same lottery number for several years in hopes that someday it will hit; there is risk that neither will ever hit.
That doesn't give the company the right to do a PR on "fraudulent" information. The FINRA doesn't roll their eyes at that!! And if they do, they should find another job. I wrote my email to them. Can't hurt to try...
These are the reasons they should not allow the RS. It's from the reference that Janice cited under "Deficiency Determination:"
(3) FINRA has actual knowledge that the issuer, associated persons, officers, directors, transfer agent, legal adviser, promoters or other persons connected to the issuer or the SEA Rule 10b-17 Action or Other Company-Related Action are the subject of a pending, adjudicated or settled regulatory action or investigation by a federal, state or foreign regulatory agency, or a self-regulatory organization; or a civil or criminal action related to fraud or securities laws violations; (4) a state, federal or foreign authority or self-regulatory organization has provided information to FINRA, or FINRA otherwise has actual knowledge indicating that the issuer, associated persons, officers, directors, transfer agent, legal adviser, promoters or other persons connected with the issuer or the SEA Rule 10b-17 Action or Other Company-Related Action may be potentially involved in fraudulent activities related to the securities markets and/or pose a threat to public investors;
That's what I'm thinking Janice was referring to, but I could be wrong...
Recommend you look at Blullish history of posts on all boards. They are ALL the same.
Amazon probably removed PK from their website because I called them yesterday to let them know that an order I placed on 26 March never got delivered and all of the emails on their website (admin@PK, customerservices@PK, and frank@PK, all got returned to me as undeliverables). I also told them I called and left a message on the PK phone and never got a call back. And lastly, my order didn't even show up in my Amazon account as a purchase made within the last 60 days. But my debit card was charged the $9.95 about a week after placing the order. I'm hoping that the emails and phone were shut down due to the PK bashers and not because of production issues. However, no water showed up, so that is either a production or delivery issue, or both.
