Same to you buddy.
“Well I’ve been down so very damn long, that it looks like up to me.”
Jim Morrison
I lurk James. Hope you are well.
Are we through the Bardo?
Time for rebirth?
So you’re saying there’s a chance?
Intrigue!
Indeed, that’s why the broker doesn’t care that it’s a manual entry in a pile of others, on a clerk’s desk.
That’s a manual entry for a back office clerk, to credit you cash in lieu of partial shares. Give that person a day or two to get to the pile on his desk.
Sample size for one.
The luck was around the timing of the conference more than the news.
It’s peculiar. In my most humble opinion it appears strategically placed to do the most short-term damage to the stock price as if a “trade” were driving the decision, or someone wanted to catch a lot of newly available shares.
Your conflating Carroll and Kramden.
The mark to Market dilution protection meant the warrants in-total were worth less than $5MM cash (as Dew has shown), so Advaxis made a strategic decision to convert those “low value” warrants to shares pre R/S, so that after the R/S they can get more favorable terms on financing. That simple. Those more favorable terms do not have to come from the original warrant holders though they may. This is based on what transpired and what they have told us; anything else is conjecture.
‘Twas manipulated up before it was manipulated down.
Basically it all comes down to the “news”
Awesome News > Great News > Good News > Decent News > No News > Bad News
At $0.40 market
$4.8MM is insignificant vs say $18MM (at $1.50).
What if they simply provide access to future cash?
The warrants were all held by a Big Pharma who converted them to free shares but will now pay for a trial?
I don’t see it.
So there might not be a reason for the rally?
Put your seatbelt on.
Let’s get news after close that Adage doubled down ;)
Svaha !
I’ll remember that.
He had RSUs (restricted stock units) which all converted to regular shares after vesting.
I wonder how DOC voted his shares on this proxy.
"But they wasted maybe six months on the SPA approval process with delays."
=====
You could also throw in what seemed like an eternity to get the first FDA hold lifted, the one that cost the Merck guy his job. If you add the three or four clusterphuk situations they have gone through, you can probably get to about 18 wasted months.
Got a call (voicemail) asking me to vote my shares today. I just voted over the weekend so they likely have a list updated through Friday. Anyone else get a call?
Indirectly. More retail shares means lower percent of total votes cast means more Broker non-votes means more votes FOR BOD proposals.
Sent me paper copies. Proxyvote.com is the easiest way...
Has he ever really made sense?
I haven’t voted yet. What’s the easiest/quickest way? On-line?
They pulled a whole proxy in 2013. Issued new shares. Changed record date. Issued a new proxy.
That is a bold prediction.
Right, but unfortunately, he would not need to get all those shares back. His piece of the Advaxis pie (percent ownership) would go up dramatically in a post R/S world, after his post R/S grant is awarded, even if he has way fewer shares. This is my concern.
“We believe that our neoantigen-directed drug candidates will likely be used in combination with checkpoint inhibitors and have the potential to significantly impact the cancer treatment paradigm.”
Does Amgen have a CPI?
On 44K shares.
I believe he is referring to this quote from Gutierrez
“The preliminary clinical data from our ADXS-NEO Phase 1 study demonstrate broad and rapid anti-tumor immunity. We are looking forward to providing clinical data read-outs from several studies throughout 2019.”
