Already following you!
Thanks! #209 for you!
I've been waiting for years for proof that the valuation company was at issue. So far I've only heard complete BS. Savvy investors know the valuation wasn't a promotional stunt and no proof to the counter will be offered as it hasn't to date.
Investors have had no "real" worries about the valuation then or now. And no proof to the counter will be offered bc there is none.
Appreciate your thoughts and insight. Yes the 2021 pipeline becomes key in my mind. In essence, the question is what would need to be in the pipeline and moved along to what degree to make Elite a much better "value" than at the current moment.
I have some thoughts along these lines but at the moment in front of us, I'm just hoping Elite is able to increase the revenue stream enough to outstrip the ongoing dilution that presses down so heavily on the price per share.
I'm hoping LPC is done selling for a little while.
At any rate, again, appreciate your informed thoughts.
Kee em coming!
I heard the same BS just before ELTP ran to .97.
Good to be back Senderos. The more things change the more things stay the same. Difficult amount of dilution over the years. It does look like Nasrat has a winner in Adderall IR/ER though. Let's hope revenue outstrips the ongoing dilution. And here's to hoping Nasrat sells Elite Mikah's 50% of Adderall for future revenue sails as opposed to more ELTP shares.
Appreciate the view from inside the business world. No question Nasrat has to thread the needle. The question shareholders have had to ask is how is Nasrat going to be able to unload his sizable share count and hopefully not growing? Merger or acquisition are the most obvious answers.
I guess I'd be curious as to your thoughts on what it would take for Elite to be bought out?
I hope all is well with you and yours,
Couch
Gee one day up and the next down.....yawn.
Thank you kindly. #430 back at you.
Hedge fund arbitragers perhaps
Congrats on the entry point!! That is a sizable gain....I'm in at $6.98.......any thoughts on what you do with your shares moving forward?
#202 for you JV!
Happy Trading!
LMFAO!!! And yet the PPS says that is complete BS.
No they aren't just more BS.
LMAO! Just like I was told the price per share wasn't green this year.
LOl - Who cares. The price per share is GREEN $$$$$ this year and as I stated no proof to the contrary will be offered up......bc it doesn't exist.
HJmmm like I said no proof will be given. to the contrary.
Yeah just the like the price per share didn't close green today. Whoopsy!!
It won't last. lol lol lol -- Joe Moscato, Generex President & Chief Executive Officer, who controls the Pool to the benefit of Generex, has assigned the shares to the corporate treasury. In the coming days, the market will reflect the Pool retirement with a reduction in our outstanding share count by over 20 million shares.
Sorry that is BS.....as I said no proof to the counter would be forthcoming. Next
Sorry that is complete BS......and as I stated multiple times.......it won't be proven otherwise. Next
Like I said no evidence to the contrary will be given. Next
Actually it hasn't....and as I said....no proof to the contrary will be provided.
Thanks! #64 back at you.
Thank you kindly and #293 for you CREED.
Happy Trading!
Indeed GBoone; SXCP is having a nice run lately. The RSI is screaming high right now. Would like to see a small pullback to cool it down a touch before a continued climb. The company is easily worth $25 and therefore we should see SXC continue to buy on any dip. What I'm wondering about is SXC buying enough shares and not selling them that eventually the price per share will move up ~~~ Is this what we have seen as of late?
I haven't seen any news other than the tax cut, china continuing to buy coke and Trump's infrastructure push.
Whatever is going on it's a good time to own and continue to own SXCP in my opinion.
IMO by 2020 SXC will buy SXCP and that concern of a lowered dividend is certainly a reasonable risk to worry about......however, there still remains a decent amount of upside at current prices, not to mention the recent 15% rise in a short few weeks recently. One could always continue to buy shares, let them drip and then sell on the day the buyout is offered.
In the short run, Trump's push to develop the USA's infrastructure.....SXCP could easily be juiced in a positive way by this.
#45 for JB! Happy Trading!
$167 back at you $$$$$$$ - Happy Trading!
#216 back at you SG! Happy trading!
Solid SXCP article - I'd say fair value for a buyout has to be at or above $22 for starters.

Only 1 reason insiders purchase shares.
CFO Robert W. Karlovich III purchased 10,000 shares of the stock in a transaction on Tuesday, November 21st. The shares were bought at an average price of $11.66 per share, for a total transaction of $116,600.00. Following the acquisition, the chief financial officer now owns 99,320 shares of the company's stock, valued at $1,158,071.20.
LMAO!!! GEE I forgot to ask; what is the PPS going to do today!!! LOL LOL!!!
