Q1 Sorry about the last post
https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/401937/content
UPDATE: Sunday, Feb. 25 - The detailed blog (below - originally posted on Feb. 2), predicted the filing of the OTC Markets uplist (to QB) as likely to occur last week. This did not happen, and for a reason we now know (but did not know then) regarding the turn-around time for verifications of key payables and receivables under PCAOB Section 330 and 331 procedures. Key items requiring verification under PCAOB audit practices cannot be deemed unopposed until specific benchmarks of time and outreach efforts have transpired. Accordingly, we are still in a short waiting period for these issued to be verified (or deemed unopposed as such). That said, we still stand by our predictions of solid growth in the PPS and volume of HHSE shares in the next few days and weeks.

Terrific Action on WILDFIRE and other Hannover House Ventures
Dear HHSE Friends & Followers - We cannot wipe the smiles off the faces of our WILDFIRE post-production team! Our major studio distribution partner provided some sage notes (mostly regarding sound effects and the film's Music edit) - which have proven to be incredibly insightful and helpful in enhancing the dramatic contrasts between scenes and holding the audience in suspense. Although the preview audience in Fort Worth responded enthusiastically to our event of Nov. 2nd (Lone Star Film Festival - opening night GALA feature film), the "new-and-improved" cut and mix of WILDFIRE is quite a positive leap forward.
Also - after our well-received PREMIERE, we were approached by four major Cross-Promotional Sponsors and six of the top USA Exhibition Chains with exciting opportunities to elevate the film to that next level: a wide USA theatre count opening!
Back in October, Hannover House and our distribution partners for WILDFIRE had planned on a theatrical release date of Jan. 26, 2024, and with a respectable - but not jaw dropping - level of theatre support. This plan matched what we thought would be a rather quick path to theatres, and onto Streaming and DVD in short order. However, as the major studios have proven with their cross-promotional sponsors on event level films, having such brand-name sponsors behind the film - as well as nationally known organizations for cross-promotional support - requires greater coordination and time for implementation. Accordingly, we are looking at April 19 as the film's USA theatrical date... and at a much wider screen count than we have ever achieved or thought possible. It's an incredible home run and major achievement for the first movie fully produced through the support and facilitation of Hannover House or any independent production studio.
Over the next few weeks, there will be a handful of "sneak peek" engagements prior to the wide USA release in April. The first "sneaks" are planned for late February. Additionally, the company's international distributor for the movie is scheduling a screening of the final version at the Berlinale' / European Film Market in mid-February.
But otherwise... POSTERS / LOBBY BANNERS / TRAILERS and ads will start being visible (and with increasing momentum) by early March... with a jaw-dropping wide- opening of the film in late April (which most likely will be April 19).
Some HHSE longs have often said that Hannover House is "ONE" big release away from being a major force (and a major entertainment stock). When you combine this enhanced release of WILDFIRE with the company's OTC markets UPLIST (now in motion!) and our MYFLIX launch activities, the momentum will be unstoppable.
Nailed it.

Hannover House forms InteliMation AI for first major A.I. Animated Feature Production
JOURNEY TO UTOPIA to begin production in December with A-List Voice & Music Talent
Major launch planned for Cannes and Summer (2024) Theatrical Release
NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / September 15, 2023 / InteliMation AI, a newly formed division of indie studio Hannover House, Inc. (OTC PINK:HHSE), has secured a private investment commitment to produce the world's first fully A.I. and CGI generated feature film, the family appeal fantasy film, "Journey to Utopia." Featuring a voice talent cast of Academy Award winning actors and box office stars, the film's visuals will be fully generated using cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence visual rendering, based on producer-supplied scene structure input and character designs.
https://www.accesswire.com/users/newswire/images/784381/hanover-image-091423.jpgDirector ERIC PARKINSON is targeting a trio of Academy Award winning actors for "JOURNEY TO UTOPIA" - the first-ever fully AI and CGI generated animated feature film. Pictured above: SHIRLEY MACLAINE, FOREST WHITAKER, KIM BASINGER and director ERIC PARKINSON.
"We have been trying to produce this film for the past ten years," said Eric Parkinson, C.E.O. of Hannover House. "But the visual demands of creating the land of Utopia made the production costs prohibitive and financially risky. That has changed now with the new A.I. technology and our improved strategy to make the film animated as opposed to live-action," he concluded.
"The Artificial Intelligence CGI technology has reached a point where we can create an animated feature that is visually comparable to a $200-million-dollar studio production, but completed for a fraction of the cost and time," said Parkinson. "From script to theatrical DCP, we can produce a major studio quality animated feature in less than eight months."
"The technology from InteliMation should herald in a major paradigm shift in entertainment," said Christian Large, an independent producer and advisor to Hannover House. "High-end animated features will no longer take multiple years and hundreds-of-millions of dollars to produce. This technological breakthrough will enable a broader range of stories to be created and released, which ultimately will help expand the market," he concluded.
The script for "JOURNEY TO UTOPIA" was written by Mike Snyder ("Wildfire") based on a story by Eric Parkinson. The production is in negotiations to secure three Academy Award winning actors as voice talent for the film. Shirley MacLaine is pegged for the role of "Mother Goose;" Forest Whitaker is being pursued to portray the principal antagonist, "Valkerna," and Kim Basinger is being pursued in the role of "Connie Hammonds," the mother of one of the kids who becomes trapped in the land of Utopia.
Pending receipt of a Screen Actors Guild waiver for the production, recording of voice talent is expected to start in late November or early December. A promo reel is planned for the Cannes 2024 festival with a USA Theatrical launch targeted for July 2024.
The world animation market will generate over $411-billion dollars in 2023, according to Statista Research Department - and is expected to grow to over $580-billion by the year 2030. The A.I. fueled software technology pioneered by Hannover House and InteliMation will revolutionize how animated features and television programming are made.
Hannover House and InteliMation are targeting to complete two animated features in 2024, with three set for 2025 and four features per year beginning in 2026. Hannover House will handle the sales representation of the films worldwide, and will coordinate North American theatrical and ancillary sales campaigns with exhibitors, partner studios and major video-on-demand platforms. Hannover House was formed in 1993 and has found success in a variety of indie film distribution arenas, from DVD and VOD distribution to theatrical exhibition.
The release plans for "Journey To Utopia" will follow a traditional model of a wide USA theatrical launch, followed by Video-On-Demand and physical goods (DVDs / BluRay units).
About Eric Parkinson and Hannover House
Eric Parkinson is an indie film distribution veteran of over thirty-five years, best known for his long reigns as CEO of both Hannover House, Inc. and Hemdale Communications. Parkinson has been directly involved with the release of more than 1,500 feature titles, including notable release campaigns for commercial hits including "Terminator," "Highlander 2" and Best Picture Oscar winners "Platoon" and "The Last Emperor." Animated features distributed by Parkinson include three #1 Billboard Magazine Top Selling hits, "Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland", "The Magic Voyage" and "The Princess and the Goblin." On the production side, Parkinson has over fifty feature film credits as a Producer or Executive Producer, and just completed his directorial debut with "WILDFIRE: The Legend of the Cherokee Ghost Horse," starring Anne Heche in her final feature release. Hannover House was formed in 1993 as a book publisher, but grew into a top ten Walmart DVD supplier by the mid ‘2000's with dozens of indie releases populating the popular DVD Budget Bins nationwide. The company expanded into theatrical releases, which were a transitional business model to service the growing Video-On-Demand market. Hannover House stopped representing third-party / indie films in 2018 in favor of a business model that focuses resources on the creation of original, high-profile feature productions.

Hannover House rebrands subsidiary special purpose corporation in anticipation of major new venture announcement
At a special meeting held on August 15, 2023, the Hannover House board of directors voted to rename and register a subsidiary corporation, in anticipation of a major financing and production announcement. The Arkansas registered entity, Vodwiz, Inc., formed in 2018, has been officially renamed and registered as Hannover Studios AI, Inc., along with the dba trade name of InteliMation.
A temporary placeholder webpage has been established at: www.InteliMation.us which is also reachable at www.HannoverStudios.AI .
Vodwiz, Inc. was originally established as the special purpose entity for the Hannover House streaming venture, MyFlix. However, the MyFlix venture has been built and funded through the parent corporation, Hannover House, Inc., and the Vodwiz entity had been functionally idle.
Hannover House will release financing and production news regarding this new venture – which it feels is a complement to the current activity for becoming a fully reporting and audited public company.

Hannover House Reduces Debt by more than 57% in Preparation for New Business Plan Activities
Press Release | 09/01/2023
Over the past forty-four months, Hannover House, Inc., (OTC: HHSE) has reduced its total debt load from $6.4-million down to $2.7-million as the company prepares for the launch of its new business plan of the MyFlix streaming and to facilitate the production of high-profile feature films.
The debt reductions were the result of payments and negotiated reductions, primarily from "default judgments" incurred in 2016 2018 under a flawed- legal strategy pursued at that time by company management. Out of state actions filed by producers were ignored and allowed to go to default under the belief that the contract requirement for disputes to be filed in Arkansas would negate the foreign state defaults. This strategy - devised by former HHSE President and attorney Fred Shefte - ultimately proved flawed, and resulted in the company being burdened with millions of dollars in out-of-state defaults, all from cases lacking the factual basis for such claims.
Shefte took a medical leave of absence from the company in the summer of 2018, and never fully recovered or returned to Hannover House until his formal resignation in 2021 and his unfortunate death in April of 2022. The company has had no new lawsuits in over four years as the business model of handling theatrical and video release of third-party-owned productions was discontinued.
"The rapid collapse of the DVD market caught many distributors by surprise," said Hannover CEO Eric Parkinson. "As Video-On-Demand options exploded in popularity, the consumer willingness to spend five or ten dollars to buy a DVD of an independent movie collapsed. DVDs were no longer a good entertainment option, when the same ten dollars could buy a whole month of access to various streaming sites. However, some of the program suppliers to Hannover House filed lawsuits seeking payment for DVDs that were shipped to retailers, but returned unsold for credit. The Hannover agreements were clear in that royalties only applied to net unit sales, not gross shipments. So, these various lawsuits were without contractual merit. Yet, failing to file a response for dismissal even when the cases were filed in the wrong venue created a painful debt burden for the company to carry default judgment balances which could have been avoided. We are grateful for the support of the company creditors and judgment holders in structuring fair and reasonable resolutions to these matters, and enabling our balance sheet to be markedly improved," Parkinson concluded.
During the past 44-months, the company secured $763,910 in new debt, of which approximately $261,937 was reinvested into film productions, including WILDFIRE and THE LAST DAYS OF BELLE STARR. These production investments are readily recoupable to Hannover House from contractual sales deliveries.
"Through the support of new lenders, the company has been able to make significant progress in the creation of valuable production assets, the preparation of MyFlilx services and the reduction of our debt burden," said Parkinson. "Their support and confidence will soon be rewarded."
Hannover House was founded in 1993 and has survived through tumultuous market changes impacting the independent film industry, by controlling overhead, anticipating trends and evolving to address opportunities as they arise.

Hannover House looks to International Co-Productions and Incentives for $80-mm Production Slate
Press Release | 08/30/2023
Armed with solid scripts and major star attachments, Hannover House, Inc. (OTC: HHSE) is looking towards international co-productions and financing incentives to cover most of the $80-mm in costs needed for two high-profile original productions. The two principal films in the three-picture international slate for Hannover House include the previously announced family-fantasy "Mother Goose: Journey to Utopia" and a new, major effects thriller which will rely heavily on A.I. software for many complex, visual sequences that previously would have pushed the budget to more than $100-million.
Hannover House is also in development or preproduction on three additional features that are set for filming with in the USA: "The Last Days of Belle Starr"(1889 western thriller); "Modern Antiquities"(contemporary feel-good drama) and "Senior Year"(contemporary sports-drama).
"Mother Goose: Journey to Utopia" is being retitled as "Journey to Utopia"due to the older-skewing nature of the story - despite the presence of the all-powerful Queen of the land being the infamous Mother Goose. Hannover House had previously attached Academy Award winning film legend Shirley MacLaine in the Mother Goose role, although her participation in the film is not currently confirmed. The film tells the story of two teenagers who enter an inter-dimensional portal to end up in the land of Utopia. They must solve riddles to receive the necessary clues to enable a return to their Earthly lives. With the participation of international co-productions and incentive funding, Hannover House feels it can readily secure bank gap funding to enable this film and two others high-profile features to proceed into production for 2024.
"As we move into our business model of feature film productions and video streaming, we are embracing the benefits of working with production companies and funding agencies throughout the world," said Eric Parkinson, C.E.O. of Hannover House. "The explosion of viewer support for premium video-on-demand programming has opened up new opportunities for companies like Hannover House. With the additional benefit of using computer technologies and Artificial Intelligence for special effects on fantasy and sci-fi features, we can achieve production values that previously would have cost over $100-million per feature," he concluded.
Hannover House has recently completed its first feature production with "WILDFIRE: The Legend of the Cherokee Ghost Horse" a family appeal movie inspired by the #1 worldwide hit song by Michael Martin Murphey. The film also stars Chevel Shepherd (winner of NBC's "The Voice" competition), Adrian Paul (of the "Highlander" TV series), Mo Brings Plenty (from "Yellowstone") and late film star Anne Heche in her final feature film release. This Hannover facilitated production was produced by Snowy Morning, Inc. and will enjoy a USA Theatrical release this fall before a premium Video-on-Demand launch in December. The film was directed by HHSE C.E.O., Eric Parkinson.
Originally formed in 1993, Hannover House is celebrating its 30th year of operations, and an evolution from being a distributor of third-party productions into being an independent production powerhouse. In addition to its slate of commercial features, Hannover House is also launching the MyFlix streaming service, to enable consumers to see over 15,000 independent films from a large pool of producers and film libraries.

Exciting News for HHSE !
Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - Hannover House has completed the negotiations and now has a Full-Time CPA / Controller working on our team! The company has never had a CPA-level accountant on staff, especially someone with the Fortune 100 company experience of this new team member - and someone with this level of expertise in Sarbanes-Oxley procedures and PCAOB accounting requirements. We are honoring the "quiet period" from his prior employer before disclosing his identity and professional credentials in detail... but we have never been happier with such a crucial, strategic hire.
Over the past few months, HHSE has been frustrated with vague notes from the PCAOB auditors... who are prohibited from providing HHSE with directly specific instructions or advice on required changes. G.A.A.P. rules do not allow an auditor to opine on their own work. Accordingly, it's been frustrating for HHSE to keep making changes - and guessing at the meaning between vague comments - only to find out weeks later that we are still not satisfying the enhanced standards the the S.E.C. and FINRA that require of arms-length public company auditors.
Having an experienced CPA-level Controller on our team is a huge step towards conforming our reporting to satisfy the public company auditors. This individual started with HHSE as of yesterday (Monday, June 26) and he has already made huge progress in restructuring our chart of accounts, balance sheet and reporting formats. We should have these updates ready in the next few days, and we and will go-to-bat again with the auditors in our quest to file the Form 10 registration.
With Desiree Garnier overseeing MYFLIX, Chris Large overseeing Original Productions, and the new management team member as a CPA / Controller for financial management and reporting, this core team is just what HHSE CEO Eric Parkinson has hoped to hire for the past ten years.
IN OTHER NEWS: "My Secret Billionaire" (formerly known as "Homeless Billionaire") has surpassed the $1-million threshold in North American Streaming Revenues. Some HHSE Shareholders will recall that Hannover House released this film in June of 2016 in New York City - and set a HOUSE RECORD at the Regal E-Walk that has stood to this day. We then placed the title for V.O.D. streaming with VISION FILMS, and their placements have since crossed this impressive revenue threshold. Congratulations to real-life billionaire, Fraydun Manocherian, writer-director-producer of the film, and owner of the KIMBERLY HOTEL in New York (and many other buildings). Sometimes good things DO HAPPEN to good people!

Robust first week at Cannes for HHSE and MyFlix!
The Cannes Festival and Marche has gone exceptionally well for HHSE and MyFlix. Here are a few highlights; 1). WILDFIRE screening at the Palais was enthusiastically received - and supplemented with a direct viewing link sent via email by the Cannes / Cinando team to over 2,500 registered buyers (for those unable to attend the screening). Details of our distribution partners and release dates will be jointly made, post-Cannes. 2). COWBOYS OF CANNABIS finally has a USA streaming partner for its launch in August. It is with a top streaming service under a Fortune 100 owner - which we feel will generate maximum immediate revenues - and set the property up for a nice second life on MyFlix. 3). NATIVE FABLES - a collection of original films written and directed exclusively by indigenous filmmakers - was well received as a timely forum for these under represented cultures. HHSE / MyFlix was applauded for being the most prominently supportive studio for Native American voices. 4). The LAST DAYS OF BELLE STARR promo has ignited major studio interest in this historic, western actioner, and substantial press intrigue due to the many similar themes in Scorsese film, KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON. Watch for Belle Starr to help elevate the stature and credibility of HHSE / MyFlix this year. Speaking of KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON, HHSE CEO Eric Parkinson was honored to portray the Fairfax Marshal in the film - which seems well-positioned to be an Oscar favorite this year. The after-party was equally epic, and was held at a mountain-top chateau overlooking Cannes. Attendees included Parkinson, the film’s top cast, Director Scorsese and industry CEOs Tim Cook (Apple) and Jeff Bezos (Amazon). Other Guests included Paramount and Apple Studios executives and VIP members of both the Oklahoma and Cherokee Nation Film Offices. The New York Post described the event as “a real life Great Gatsby,” and we concur. More news and updates to follow… GO HHSE!

First "official" Theatrical Trailer for WILDFIRE to be released this week!
At long last, the first official theatrical trailer for WILDFIRE: THE LEGEND OF THE CHEROKEE GHOST HORSE will be released this week - both through the international markets (pre-Cannes registrants) as well as through USA websites and social media.
The long road for the completion of WILDFIRE hit dual obstacles of a COVID delay and "aging" of teen and pre-teen actors (requiring scenes to be re-shot). But the film represents the first full-length feature project fully facilitated for production through Hannover House - and the presale offers represent an enormous spike in HHSE revenues (greater than all revenues generated over the past four years), and the beginning of a new and profitable business model for the company: original productions and MyFlix streaming as the locomotives for profits.
Hannover House and MyFlix are anticipating a great response at CANNES to both WILDFIRE and to the MYFLIX promotions. This major international festival and market will present the opportunity for all of the pledged MyFlix supplier studios to meet the new President of MyFlix, Desiree Garnier, and to see the impressive off-line website that has been built for the venture. As mentioned in prior / recent blogs, there are several key suppliers for MyFlix that are fully ready to enable the venture to launch this summer - and with several thousand titles to start. While HHSE shareholders will think "well, it's about damned time," the consumer market will see MyFlix as an overnight sensation: an exciting new streaming service with literally thousands of movies (and hundreds of which are not available on other platforms).
It doesn't take a lot of viewers to make MyFlix cash-flow positive and profitable. So, we see this month as the launch of the "new" HHSE, complete with stock registration, new productions and an exciting "new" streaming service.

In other news of interest to shareholders, the 12-31-2022 Annual Report with the OTC Markets had to be modified and refiled TWICE in order to comply with new formatting requirements. This also required that the prior attorney opinion letter be updated and refiled. The Version 3 annual report was posted on Friday and the attorney opinion letter should be posted tomorrow or early on Monday morning. The Q1 report is ready, but won't be filed until the OTC Markets restores the company's CURRENT reporting status. The Form 10 will not require a Q1 review statement from the auditors, unless voluntarily submitted to Edgar by HHSE during the 60-day filing period.

New OTC Formatting Rules - Require Modifications to prior HHSE 12-31-2022 Filing
The sudden appearance of a "Yield" sign on the OTC Markets page for HHSE today prompted us to reach out to find the reason. Apparently, as of March 1st, the format in which our disclosures are presented have been modified for all OTC Markets filers. This is not to imply any deficiency in the filing, only that it doesn't fit the specific new formatting requirements that were listed on the OTC Markets site in February. It will take a day for HHSE to reformat and submit this same information into the new layout format... so it will likely result in the "Yield" sign for a few more days as the OTC Markets deals with the large back-log of companies that also were unaware of the formatting changes. Hold tight!!
David Grann's newly released book, "THE WAGER" has been selected as the next major feature production for director Martin Scorsese and star Leonardo DiCaprio. Congratulations to this team in joining forces with David Grann again - a perfect follow-up to Grann's "KILLERS OF THE FLOWER MOON."

HHSE Updates Dec-1, 2022
Greetings HHSE Friends - What a simple pleasure to be returned to the world of the living - after seven days of COVID hell that hit HHSE C.E.O. Eric Parkinson. Despite having two vaccines and two boosters, the newest variant of this virus hit him like a freight train on Thanksgiving, requiring hospitalization, supplemental oxygen and lots of rest. The fever broke on Tuesday, and although he is still testing "positive" - Parkinson is back at work again. The new reality is that we will all have to get used to living with COVID: the large number of persons worldwide that are either unable or unwilling to wipe this out with vaccination have created a perpetual growth pool for new variants... so even those who are vaccinated against this year's variant, can be hit by the newest mutation. So, please be safe out there!
As requested by some longs, listed below is a short summary of the current status of key issues of interest:
1). FORM 10 - Write-ups have been updated to reflect the current status of settlements and ventures. There are some legal, tax and audit costs still being juggled, but these do not pose a threat to the timely release of this registration.
2). WILDFIRE - Picture editing continues on a parallel path with the music edit (from the original soundtrack by Michael Martin Murphey), and sound editing. The film looks fantastic and we believe that this truly sets the bar for HHSE to facilitate future productions. Despite internet trolls inventing release dates (and posting them to IMDB), there is not a formal release date yet publicly announced.
3). LAST DAYS OF BELLE STARR - The film's formal submission for competition at Cannes was made yesterday. The acceptance will be conditioned upon delivery of a rough-cut assembly to the festival team by March 11, 2023. If accepted, the film is expected to premiere at Cannes (fully completed / fully mixed) on May 23, 2023... as one of three "pro-Indigenous-themed" features.
4). PRODUCTION FINANCING VENTURE - HHSE is finalizing a venture with an investment group for $5-million as a "production fund" for HHSE-facilitated productions, to bridge those portions of major features otherwise not covered by Incentives or Presales. This off-balance-sheet fund will be a powerful tool for HHSE to help move high-profile features into production - which will feed the MyFlix service as locomotives (and in some cases, "exclusives"). There is no stock-conversion option or stock dilution impact to the manner in which this off-balance-sheet financing is being structured.
5). MYFLIX - Titles continue to be added to the revamped (unpublished) website; promo ads and videos will be ready by mid-December at which time the company will determine the marketing launch for the site. The timing of the MyFlix launch is likely to support the momentum from the Form 10 filing - as opposed to distract - so, the company is coordinating both of these major items to be in synch.
6). OFFICER SHARES - During the 90-day period from Feb. 1, 2023 to April 30, 2023, HHSE C.E.O. Eric Parkinson will have an active Form 4 blind sale of stock shares conducted under S.E.C. Rule 10b5-1, and administered solely and exclusively by a registered broker. This registered sale of 7.5-million officer shares will have a minimum sale price of $.035 / share and a maximum daily volume of 10% of the total stock transactions per day. This advanced notification to shareholders is intended to eliminate any false narratives that investors were not provided sufficient, prior notification, or that the C.E.O. is divesting. Parkinson has not sold any HHSE officer shares since November 2013 - approximately ten years. If for any reason the share price does not meet the minimum sale floor of $.035 during this offering window of time, then the broker will not be empowered to sell any of the shares.
7). STOCK PROMOTION / INVESTOR RELATIONS - As requested by key shareholders and advisors, over the past two years, HHSE has kept a low profile in terms of general publicity outreach. The consensus was that the promotion of activities would fall on deaf-ears until the registration is filed, and/or the launch of MyFlix. Accordingly, the release of news and publicity items supports the company's overall credibility boost from the registration, and each news item can achieve a positive impact. It is the company's goal to create tremendous publicity chatter, awareness and interest in the next few weeks - in part due to the large number of traders with extra time over the holidays - but also in general support of the completion of these key ventures.
Well, the Q was filed late and don't know why they bothered. $2.08 cash on hand and no product to sell. What a scam, sorry you guy's lost your money..

The dark before the dawn....
Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - Management received quite a few emails over the weekend from shareholders who were concerned about a "big seller" of HHSE stock on Friday (over 8.5-mm shares), and whether this represented something more than bad-timing or tax loss planning for the seller?
The company will not be able to verify the seller for several weeks (requires running a shareholders list report, which usually involves Broadridge review). But we were informed that this was indeed a former "long" with tax issues for 2022. "The absurdly low price at present for HHSE assisted a tax situation" which does not make great sense in terms of timing (except that there would be no tax loss if the sale were made next month / post Form 10). Most investors would rather sell post Form-10 and just pay the capital gains tax.
Regardless, we may be in the season of some tax loss sales... which may be a lucrative early holiday present for those in a position to buy at the current, absurdly low price.
Management has also been asked about "Investor Relations Outreach" - which some feel will generate fresh attention to the value of HHSE. We agree... but we also feel that the timing of such activities is best when timed with our Form 10 filing (and other material news, such as: Delivery of WILDFIRE, Major Cast filming in BELLE STARR and the Launch of MYFLIX). Investor Relations Outreach PRIOR to any of these key achievements would have limited impact to supporting the company's credibility.
The change-over from Daylight Savings Time reminds one of the popular adage that "it's often darkest before the dawn." We're in the final days for the completion of each of these corporate endeavors - and if HHSE were allowed to buy-back our stock off the open market, we would be doing so. As the Price Per Share may still see some while fluctuations pre-Thanksgiving, all we can advise is that when the price is down, the only losers are the sellers... not those who push for that extra few yards to cross the finish line...

Encouragement for Opportunity to Publish MyFlix Soft Launch
Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - in respect of the boom-time at present for video-on-demand streaming services (and as we start to move into colder weather months in which more programming is consumed via V.O.D.), we have been encouraged to proceed with a "soft" launch of MyFlix - rather than wait for the majority of the service's available titles to be live for streaming.
We have previously been resistant to launching without mega-dollars for ad support... and without some of our key program suppliers (who prefer or require that the company be fully registered for credibility). But industry data is showing that huge revenue dollars are accessible WITHOUT major titles and WITHOUT major advertising support. A soft-launch will enable any operational kinks to be adjusted or procedures to be tweaked.

Hannover House Structures Film Funding for "Modern Antiquities"
Press Release | 06/17/2022
"Modern Antiquities," a feature drama about a Cherokee teen struggling for success, will be one of the new productions facilitated by Hannover House, Inc. (OTC: HHSE) under the company's new two-tier business model. The film, scheduled for production this November, will be branded as a "MyFlix" production - although its initial release will be intended for U.S. theatres. Funding for the production will be through bank financing utilzing existing private equity, state incentives and presale contracts as the primary collateral mechanism.
"We're very excited to be presenting this unique and moving story," said Eric Parkinson, C.E.O. of Hannover House and MyFlix. "The commercial success of the 'Reservation Dogs' television series proves that there is a market for native-themed programming, which to date has been almost ignored by the mainstream entertainment industry. This film has a relatable theme and inspiring outcome, which we believe audiences will embrace."
Hannover House anticipates hiring two well-known stars for the film, along with a cast of more than twenty Native American performers. The film will be shot in and around Tahlequah, Oklahoma, with scenes also occuring in Bentonville, Arkansas and New York City.
The film tells the story of Jeremiah Kanoska, a Cherokee teen and recent high school graduate. When Jeremiah comes into possession of an album of historic and valuable postage stamps, his life - and the lives of his family and closest friends (Lucas and Sparky) - are forever transformed. The sudden surge of wealth both corrupts and inspires. But, ultimately the opportunity enables Jeremiah to open a successful retail and on-line business with his family, selling Native American goods.
Principal casting will be announced in October.
Hannover House is a 29-year-old entertainment company which has been successfully involved in most aspects of the North American production and distribution market. The company's prior focus as a DVD distributor for third-party productions was modified in 2018 to focus on a two-tier model of creating original programming and launching the MyFlix multi-studio streaming service. By facilitating the production of films such as "Modern Antiquities," "Legend of Belle Starr" and "Meltdown," Hannover House is able to fund operational costs as well as build long-term balance sheet equity for the company and its shareholders. Hannover House stock is currently traded on the OTC Markets Pinksheets, but is expected to be elevated this summer onto the OCT: QB listings following the release of the company's registration statement with the Securities and Exchange commission.

International Sales Push HHSE Profuction of ‘WILDFIRE’ into Profitability
Press Release | 06/07/2022
Distribution agreements made during the recent Cannes Film Festival and Market have positioned the film "Wildfire" to reach profitability status prior to the films North American release, said director and HHSE C.E.O., Eric Parkinson. The film is the first feature production facilitated by Hannover House, Inc. (OTC:HHSE), and the strong commercial response from international distributors bodes well for the companys future productions.
The film has a great concept and foundation, said Parkinson, in reference to the 1975 #1 hit song that inspired the story. Buyers at Cannes instantly recognized the song and responded favorably to our cast, assembly and materials. We think the U.S. market response could be even stronger as our new title track of the theme song will hit the radio market. This is the culmination of a lot of hard work and carefully planned marketing for the film, he concluded.
Wildfire: The Legend of the Cherokee Ghost Horse, tells the story of a young girl who is befriended by a wild stallion after tragedy strikes her family. The film stars Chevel Shepherd, winner of NBCs The Voice competition, along with industry veterans Anne Heche, Adrian Paul and Michael Martin Murphey. Native American performers include Mo Brings plenty (Yellowstone) and Cara Jade Myers (Killers of the Flower Moon) with newcomer Olivia Slatton-Fite and indie film veterans Thesa Loving, Cassie Haley and Major Dodge, Snr. completing the principal cast.
The film was produced by Eric Parkinson, Kyle Martens, Mike Snyder and Christian Large with directing handled by Eric Parkinson. Jon McCallum performed the edit and visual effects. Music industry legend Michael Martin Murphey has composed an original music score for the film - including a new version of Wildfire - and these tracks will be marketed by Hannover House as a motion picture soundtrack.
To have our first production reach profitability prior to delivery validates the companys two-tier business model, said Parkinson. We can utilize this enthusiasm from buyers to move into additional feature productions that can add panache to our MyFlix slate as well as enhance the companys revenues and balance sheet. Our prior business model of working as a distributor or sales agency for third party productions no longer worked under the evolving media distribution platforms. Were excited to have recognized these market paradigm changes and responded with a strategy which has now been demonstrated to be working, he concluded.
