.0225 ask. Lmao
What a turd we got here
Probably not enough bid to support even that
You need help? I’m on my way
Must be a lot of auditing. Like Rocco pointed out, they’re actually profitable according to the fins.. although worded strangely as “net loss” but the math checks to profit. I guess if you don’t put net loss in parentheses it’s considered net income eh?
Right. I’m not sure what problems there are to deal with in regard to ASKH from someone new coming in taking over what we thought was a clean shell. Are the problems called Mark Richard’s? It’s not like we had a massive float and conversion to deal with?
I mean we were told we were merging with a company that has industrial patents for an area that should be lucrative. But now it appears they don’t have funding to do anything and those with the money walked away from this. If we get news and go to a dime, it’s rinse and repeat on this
Did we not already do that more than once?
Which is why this will never leave the teens.
Does the company we merged with not have any assets?
I think the core pieces of business fell through but we weren’t told. All we have is some preferred shares were issued and we have acquired a business with no operations
Apparently you can trade the entire float to get it to teens but reset the price with 300k shares lol
They release the same bogus unaudited financials. State CIWM “has no operations”. Well why did ASKH acquire them then? I guess we really didn’t. We gave them fake preferred shares we valued ourselves at $60 mil and got nothing in return according to the balance sheet
Yep. The scam is finally toast
Looking at the financials, I guess I’m a little confused on what the 1.2mil preferred shares bought. There is nothing on the other side of the balance sheet equation that reflects the $60,000,000. If you’re going to claim that you issued something worth 60mil, what did we get in return for that, CIWM? Doesn’t seem to be reflected anywhere
Weren’t you impressed by the website though. And the picture from the extravagant signing ceremony.. the random pieces of equipment in the woods?
Maybe so. But also, any time something “good” came out, it took 2-3 million shares traded to go from .06 to .14 and then like 50k shares to come back down. It’s not much money to make.
It’s too bad that not a single shareholder can exit their position without causing a 50%-60% price dump on this
Everything on their website looks fabricated.
Which this is why it’s 3-4 years from uplisting. Which is probably a later date than other important geopolitical events that will make this play worthless.
I don’t know. But I could consider investment in PPE as “operations”. To say they don’t have any operations is kind of odd. Other than they are not yet producing revenue.
Says CIWM has no business operations. Why did we see pictures of plants/buildings being built like 4-5 months ago?
Or maybe not at all?? Ya never know
Lack of news or activity since they booted all of those board members is unnerving. Not a good look
Maybe the OTC is dead in general. People are more interested in PePe coin, Dogwifhat coin, Pooh coin etc
Congrats!
Yeah sometime between now and 2026.
lol. Until someone sells 100 shares are .045. Oh well. We can be fake rich for a little bit
Oh. Gotcha. Well the Chinese new years is over, it’s the year of the rabbit and mercury is retrograding
lol why do we bother to ask these questions
Lolololol ok
They probably don’t have the means to get to that.
Looks like you get WELL DONE instead
What a jokester
Similar
Yes so we are now derelict
Another BS date we wait for last year and the year before that didn’t matter, the Chinese new year. Seriously, the comment has been made for like 4 years straight now
Not sure how anyone even believes this will ever be on the nasdaq. 100 percent chance it would struggle to maintain compliance without reverse splits every year
Just think of all the people that bought shares above .11 seeing 40k shares cut the entire market cap by 40%
Because this thing is like putting your money in a blender
