This long wait is about to pay off in a big way

Could be a huge amount of upside left here. The new administration has promised legalization

This time around I have been in SGDH for about 1 year, and I know that there are several others that have much more time in than me. Last year I read every single press release, looked up all of the licensing information, and even made phone calls to a couple of agencies in Walsenburg to try and learn exactly what the ownership structure is all about.

SGDH made it 100% clear that they didn't own the dispensary property or the license. D Janovec is the CEO of SGDH and Dr J Janovec is the license holder. I also learned that the bill that was passed to finally allow public companies to be hands on involved with cannabis licenses in Colorado pertained only to Fully Audited Pub-co's like Med Men. When this all started that was not even allowed.

IMO these guys are playing long ball. Why else would there be zero dilution for so long (CGRW over 5 years and SGDH I think is 3 years) A year ago I said that. Maybe some would prefer SGDH dilute the stock and let shareholders absorb the cost of the build-outs along with the start up costs.

With a Biden-Harris Administration and the eminent legalization of Cannabis on a Federal level maybe regs in Colorado will change again and Pink Sheets will be allowed to participate. Even more and greater speculation could be that SGDH will undergo an audit and become eligible to take over the license. How this is going to turn out I have no idea. Am I happy about the lack of communication?? NO!! Can I wait it out to see what shakes out? YES

Now, I am going back to lurking. I just wanted to add my 2 cents to the current negativity.

could you elaborate just a bit on "marketing plan" Are you speaking of a marketing plan for the retail store or a marketing plan (stock promotion) for the stock?

From what I read it is illegal in the state of Colorado to advertise a marijuana dispensary just about anywhere but on weedmaps or leafy. I see they are on weedmaps now with a menu and online ordering. Maybe you should call them with some alternative "marketing plan" that will fit inside the advertising laws of the state of Colorado.

If the "marketing plan" you are referring to is for the stock and is through some bullchit pump and dump outfit I think you are going to be really disappointed. I remember when Johansing was the CEO there was some hyped up email newsletters paid for but I haven't seen any of that on SGDH or it's sister CGRW since Janovec took over. Again, maybe you should call them and make some suggestions on running some pump and dump program so you can make some money.

well, there is a very simple solution to that dilemma

the way I read it is that Category One Botanicals grows at the CGRW facility and C1B True Oganics leases the store from SGDH

both Category One Botanicals and C1B True Organics are controlled by Dr. John Janoved and Delmar Janovec is CEO of both SGDH and CGRW

if you ask me it is a perfect situation for SGDH and CGRW to "acquire" both of the licenses from Dr John Janovec

get them up and running so the start up doesn't break the back of the shareholders.

maybe they should hire some I-hub pumpers or even some old ex-irps

being unaware of how the cannabis industry changes from day to day with city regs vs county regs, state laws vs local laws is pretty typical

The construction industry has basically two sets of prices, cannabis and non-cannabis. In an area like Walsenburg I can only assume that the options are limited as to who has a commercial license (residential license is not the same) and whether or not they are available

When these guys built the Colorado Ranch Facility it was in the county and the county regs for cannabis are different from the city regs. The building codes are different in the county from in the city. The inspectors are different. So, yes now they have a firm grasp on the local subcontractors and vendors along with the local regs and codes

Like I said last week, I expect the extraction lab/kitchen comes next and reading this press it looks to me like additional dispensaries are on the horizon also

I am going to be driving out from Georgia for a family reunion in Colorado in a couple of weeks and you can bet I will be stopping by the dispensary for more than a few items. I have also contacted the grow facility to try and get a tour, we'll see

I always sort of liked how the Janovecs don't issue press about what they are gonna do. They issue press when something is being done or already done.

The dispensary is open, took longer than anyone could have imagined but, it got done (just like Buffalo Ranch Grow Facility)

I own both and have made big bank off of both in the past. I have seen how these guys do things and have made that bank on understanding that they are slow and methodical

I think next we see the extraction lab and maybe additional dispensaries. I also think that eventually SGDH will not only buy the property, but also buy the license. I like that they didn't break shareholders back taking them through the cost of the planning, construction, licensing, start up. Instead I bet the acquisition will come when they step up and buy the whole already revenue producing ball of wax

I agree in the long run it is a winner, but for me that means that the current pps is spells opportunity not that it sucks

I have been buying up shares since .08 and have much more than I planned on buying but I am good with that because "in the long run it is a winner"

actually it is pretty significant, in the middle of a pandemic and the highest unemployment numbers in decades if not in history, C1B and SGDH managed to get the retail store finished and opened

looking at the chart and historic trading volume I see that abut 1 million shares were sold around .07 to .05. It only goes to reason that .12 is going to be a place where many of those buyers will be sellers

I saw a few pictures on the Category One Facebook page. It looks like they have a harvest coming in their Light-Dep Green House that is fairly significant. Fresh product for the C1B Retail Store.

I guess Apothecary Extracts is currently processing concentrates from Category One Botanicals Product to be sold at the C1B store

Now, when do we start hearing about the Extraction Lab that Janovec has referred to in the past. Remember the Walsenburg City Council Meeting video when he said the plan was to "close the loop" with an extraction lab
