The long awaited time has arrived - December 21, 2012 - the end of a unit of time (K’atun) in the Mayan calendar. Initiated by three new evolutionary cycles the Aquarian Age begins in earnest.
The Sun enters Capricorn 3:12 am (west coast). It’s Winter Solstice (northern latitudes), Yule, rebirth of the Sun God, the longest night of darkness, the shortest day of light of the year. After a three-day respite at the Tropic of Capricorn the Sun’s rays turn northward. At midnight, Christmas morning, the new light (holy child’s birth, new state of consciousness) shines forth. Virgo, mother and pregnant Madonna (constellation) shines overhead in the night sky.


Festival Week of the New Group of World Servers (NGWS)
For esotericists worldwide, Sun entering Capricorn begins Festival Week of the New Group of World Servers (Dec. 21 to 28th full moon). Occurring once every seven years, the Festival this year (2012) occurs at the Mayan calendar’s ending. This is no mistake. In the sky an important astrological alignment occurs. Great spiritual forces, from a vast and distant constellation, will “overshadow” Capricorn (sign of Initiation) and stream information into the Earth. The past comes to a close, inaugurating all that is new (new archetypes, new rhythms, new age).
Esotericists are gathering in groups (Intergroup 2012) - meeting, studying, meditating and praying together, creating a “chalice of receptivity” as revelations (information) concerning the next seven years are impressed upon all servers’ hearts and minds. Humanity is invited.

Overshadowing
This time and this “overshadowing” event is said to be the most important in the entire history of life on Earth. Passing through birth pangs, such periods are rare yet signified by a period of divine activity being ushered in. That rare period of time is occurring this week. Let us, all participate in this event, stand together and contribute to the creation of a vast channel of light, love and healing energies released into the Earth. Let us stand dedicated and ready.

Pyramids In Mexico
11 Mayan pyramids have been anchored in preparation for the Impact of Light that will begin as the Sun enters Capricorn (and will be at its fullest time of impact when Venus opposes Jupiter – 7:50 pm, west coast time, Saturday night, Dec. 22nd). In the United States, 2 pyramids have been anchored – one in Taos, New Mexico and the other in Santa Cruz, California (Ben Lomond). It is said that during this “Time of Impact” that humanity must maintain a level of unconditional love, which is 13 hertz (brain waves, Alpha waves, relaxed & calm). Thus the construction and anchoring of the 13 pyramids in North America and in Mexico.

Arkansas - the final Triple Date Portal gathering, the 12-12-12.


...the Ascension can be defined as the transition to Crystalline dimensional expansion. The final completions within the Crystal Vortex of Arkansas are extremely important to the Crystalline Transition of the Earth. And the crystalline transition is tantamount to the 2012 Ascension. On the 12-12-12 the Crystallization of the planet will complete.

The literal title of the original Egyptian Book of the Dead is Book of Coming Forth into Light (commonly translated, Book of Coming Forth by Day). Most likely influenced by the popular Tibetan Book of the Dead, the German Egyptologist Karl Richards Lepsius, the first translator of the papyrus texts tagged the whole collection, Egyptian Book of the Dead. Curiously, the Tibetan Book of the Dead is actually titled Bardo Thodol, which literally means in Tibetan “threshold of liberation.” Both of
these books are about consciousness and activity in the underworld or the realm of the dead, the “living” dead. However, both appear to also have much information for the incarnate souls to use in becoming aware of the nonphysical realms of life beyond this outer reality, and may therefore also be useful for experiencing the realms of the usually unconscious dimensions of life.

From passages in the Egyptian Book of the Dead, researchers concluded that the pyramid inch equals one year in time, from the original entrance of the Great Pyramid, through the descending and ascending passageways until reaching the Great Step at the top of the Grand Gallery. From that point on, the inch equals one month. At this point in the human journey, time is condensed—the same amount of activities happen in 1/12th of the time they used to take.

According to this model, the pyramid timeline covers a period beginning with the descent of human souls as “the Morning Stars” spoken of in the Bible (Job 38:7), to a resurrection period when all the souls “come forth into the Light” from whence they came, passing through several transitional, metaphysical stages, gates, passageways, and halls. The last date in the pyramid chronograph is 2038, indicating the end of the prophecy recorded in the Great Pyramid.

Edgar Cayce, the reincarnation of the ancient Egyptian High Priest Ra Ta, gave the following details in his psychic reading 5748-6 on July 1, 1932:

“Much has been written respecting that represented in the Great Pyramid, and the record that may be read by those who would seek to know more concerning the relationships that have existed, that may exist, that do exist … [with] the Creative Forces … there were periods when a much closer relationship existed … between the creature and the Creator. Professor Tonsor said of Acton that "it is a pity that American historians so rarely read him." And it is hard to dispute that conclusion. Acton may have been unable to produce the comprehensive history of liberty he intended to write, but his collected works provide us with plenty of wisdom, now all but forgotten.

What happened to Sheu can happen to any one of us

In the months following the February killing of Trayvon Martin, that story dominated headlines across the nation and around the world. Mainstream media venues have dedicated thousands of hours and countless pages to every conceivable angle of the story – including baseless speculation about unverified facts and even the imagined motivations of the victim and killer.

Why has this story generated such intense attention and passion?

While a racially charged debate continues among people speculating about the as-yet-unknown circumstances of the killing, the substantive story here is one of national importance: the fact that an American police department utterly failed to investigate a killing and released the killer solely on the basis of his own word.

The ramification of this case is that an American citizen can be killed and that law enforcement can simply neglect their responsibility to investigate the killing, thus failing both to serve justice and to deter future incidents.

Protection by law enforcement and a criminal justice system is the most fundamental contract between a people and their government. Without security, all other rights and liberties are moot, so we employ our government to protect us from being robbed, injured or killed by anyone with the inclination to harm us.

Sheu, the New York Police Department’s Own Trayvon Martin Case

The failure of a tiny police force to investigate an apparently unpremeditated killing in a backwater of Florida engendered national protests, riots, impassioned speeches by politicians and months of headline coverage.

What would the public’s reaction be if the police department in question was the largest and most powerful in the nation, the New York Police Department (NYPD)? What if the murder was not an impulsive act by an unstable misfit, but apparently a premeditated assassination? What if the police not only failed to investigate, but were directly implicated in the crime and proven to have covered it up in collusion with the FBI, the New York State judiciary, and others? What if the victim had made a video weeks before his death, exposing the corruption he had uncovered, predicting his death and naming the people he believed would kill him? What if the medical examiner (ME) officially ruled the cause of death “blunt force trauma to the head with skull fractures and brain injuries” and the NYPD continued to maintain that the victim died of “natural causes” with “no head trauma“?

In other words, what if the entire structure of governmental institutions, which exist to ensure our security, colluded to protect the killer through negligence and outright criminality?

That is precisely what appears to have happened in the case of Sun Ming “Sunny” Sheu, an anti-corruption whistleblower who was bludgeoned to death on July 26, 2010. The details of this case and the reasons you have never heard of it will be the subject of this article.

The Sheu story exposes criminal complicity and betrayal by all of the institutions we depend on for our security: local and federal law enforcement; the courts; politicians; health care providers; and, most chilling of all, our refuge of last resort, the media.

Why This Case Is of Urgent Importance to All Americans

The facts of this case appear to constitute ample proof of an ongoing, coordinated and high-level cover-up. Where there is a cover-up, there is a crime, and the crime that seems to be covered up is the assassination of anti-corruption whistleblower Sheu.

But the importance of the case goes way beyond the death of one man. What happened to Sheu can happen to any one of us. This case demonstrates that when the government circles its wagons, it can take out any American citizen without consequence, simply by ignoring the facts and evidence and most critically, the official determination of an official ME; the ONLY entity in this nation authorized to determine the cause and manner of death.

Sheu’s story is only known because he happened to have two friends who were willing to tell it, one of whom happened to run a newspaper. How many others have been killed, with their survivors unable to reach the media and terrified that complaining will mean swift retaliation? How many people like Sheu – in New York and elsewhere – are cowering under the terror of a state government with license to kill with impunity?

If a resident of the United States can be threatened by a government entity, ignored by all authorities and media and killed in an undetermined manner, all without investigation or media coverage, we are all in grave and imminent jeopardy. There is simply no one standing between us and those who wish us harm. The only question is, “Who will be next?”

Why Half of America May Have Impaired Brain Function by 2030

It's a fact that excess dietary fructose can harm your body by setting up the conditions for diabetes, obesity, and fatty liver, but what does it do to your brain? Studies have not addressed this question—until now.

A new UCLA study1 is the first to show how a steady diet high in fructose can damage your memory and learning. The study was published in the Journal of Physiology.

Researchers investigated the effects of high-fructose syrup, similar to high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), a cheap sweetener six times sweeter than cane sugar, which is used in most soft drinks, processed foods, condiments, and even many baby foods.

The team sought to study the effects of a steady intake of this super-processed, concentrated form of fructose, which is quite dissimilar from the naturally occurring fructose in fruits. They fed rats a fructose solution as drinking water for six weeks, then tested their ability to remember their way out of a maze.
The results certainly grabbed the researchers' attention.

Too Much Sugar Makes You Stupid!
The rats fed fructose syrup showed significant impairment in their cognitive abilities—they struggled to remember their way out of the maze. They were slower, and their brains showed a decline in synaptic activity. Their brain cells had trouble signaling each other, disrupting the rats' ability to think clearly and recall the route they'd learned six weeks earlier.

Additionally, the fructose-fed rats showed signs of resistance to insulin, a hormone that controls your blood sugar and synaptic function in your brain.

Because insulin is able to pass through your blood-brain barrier, it can trigger neurological processes that are important for learning and memory. Consuming large amounts of fructose may block insulin's ability to regulate how your brain cells store and use sugar for the energy needed to fuel thoughts and emotions. The average American consumes roughly 47 pounds of cane sugar and 35 pounds of high-fructose corn syrup per year, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Researchers concluded that a high fructose diet harms your brain, as well as the rest of your body. But there is even more to this story.

A second group of rats was given omega-3 fatty acids in the form of flaxseed oil and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), in addition to the high fructose diet. After six weeks, this group of rats was able to navigate the maze better and faster than the rats in the non-DHA group.

The researchers concluded that DHA is protective against fructose's harmful effects on the brain. DHA is essential for synaptic function—it helps your brain cells transmit signals to one another, which is the mechanism that makes learning and memory possible. Your body can't produce enough DHA, so it must be supplemented through your diet.

HBO Documentary Series: "The Weight of the Nation"
The HBO Weight of the Nation documentary is a collaboration among the Institute of Medicine (IOM), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Kaiser Permanente, and several other health-related organizations. The entire series can be viewed free of charge from their website.

Sadly however, HBO chose to interview many who did not understand the foundational causes of obesity, and their editors chose to continue many myths that are simply incorrect, like using insulin for type 2 diabetes; a calorie is a calorie and you simply need to burn more to lose weight, for example, both of which are utter nonsense. If you have time, the four hour series is useful to watch and has some powerful illustrations and statistics that are true, just be warned it is filled with loads of misleading dietary fallacies.

It is projected that 42 percent of Americans will be obese by 2030, which is expected to cost the nation roughly half a trillion dollars per year in additional health costs.

Clearly, that will affect YOU, whether you are among the 42 percent or not. The obesity problem cannot be solved by waiting for the food industry to be struck by a wave of altruism. Big business always has and always will be driven by healthy profits, not healthy people. America has cultivated a toxic culture that has written real food and exercise right out of the script.

The facts are sobering:
Americans today consume an average of 600 more calories per day than they did in 1970
Seventy-five percent of Americans now drive to work, a 300 percent increase since 1960
In 1969, 42 percent of kids walked or biked to school, versus less than 20 percent today
Fewer than five percent of adults meet the minimum guidelines for physical activity, and one in four adults gets no physical activity at all
Currently, only four percent of elementary schools, eight percent of middle schools, and two percent of high schools provide physical education

Drugs are a TERRIBLE Answer to the Diabetes Epidemic
Skyrocketing obesity rates are accompanied by escalating rates of type 2 diabetes. This makes perfect sense when you realize the two problems share the same primary cause: insulin resistance. As was confirmed in the UCLA fructose study, a major driver of insulin resistance and therefore a major driver of increasing diabetes rates, is excessive fructose consumption. According to the CDC's 2011 National Diabetes Fact Sheet4:

Diabetes affects 25.8 million people, which is 8.3 percent of the total U.S. population
Among Americans age 65 or older, 26.9 percent have diabetes and 50 percent have pre-diabetes
Among Americans age 20 or older, 79 million people (35 percent) have pre-diabetes
Among Americans age 20 or younger, 215,000 have diabetes

Overall, if you have diabetes, your risk for death is about TWICE that of people of similar age who don't have diabetes. Most conventional physicians are quick to pull out the prescription pad as a first-line defense against type 2 diabetes—but the price you pay for diabetes drugs is a high one. In fact, taking glucose-lowering drugs is typically far more dangerous than the disease itself and actually has the potential to radically increase your risk of death from heart attacks, and all other, causes.

Avandia (rosiglitazone) is the poster child for the dangers of diabetes drug treatment. A 2007 study in the New England Journal of Medicine linked Avandia to a 43 percent increased risk of heart attack, and a 64 percent higher risk of cardiovascular death, compared to patients treated with other methods. It took nearly 10 years of the drug being on the market for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to take action and restrict access to this dangerous drug, whereas the European Medicines Agency banned it altogether. But now another diabetes drug has been drawn into the spotlight.

Whistleblower Exposes Deadly Effects of Diabetes Drug Actos
Actos, a type-2 diabetes drug manufactured by Takeda Pharmaceuticals, is now the subject of hundreds of lawsuits. It was pulled from the market by both France and Germany a year ago after being found to cause bladder cancer and other tumors. But now, a whistleblower, Dr. Helen Ge, has come forward with a lawsuit of her own stating that the drug company is benefiting from "tens of billions of dollars in sales" at the expense of the lives of people still taking the drug.

Dr. Ge worked in the Takeda's pharmacovigilance division, where she was in charge of reviewing side effects of Actos as reported by patients and physicians. She then prepared safety reports that were filed with the FDA?reports that Ge says she was ordered to water-down or not report at all, so Actos would look better than it actually was.

Dr. Ge believes Actos is even more dangerous than Avandia.

She believes that, besides bladder cancer and tumors, Actos is also connected to heart attacks and stroke, suicide, schizophrenia, homicidal ideation, and renal failure. Dr. Ge claims Takeda concealed reports from regulators about hundreds of heart failure cases directly related to the drug in an attempt to drive sales. Dr. Ge filed her lawsuit in September 2011. Actos is still being sold in the United States.

Getting Off The Path of Dietary Madness
But what can be done to derail this obesity freight train that seems to be speeding out of control? The obesity epidemic is different from naturally occurring epidemics in that it is completely human-created. The good news is it has the potential of a human-directed reversal, which begins with expanding awareness about the gravity of the problem. If you are one of my long-term readers, you already know I've been committed to expanding this awareness for decades. In one of the featured articles, best-selling author David Sirota lists what he believes are five of the most promising ways to reverse these trends and the science-based rationale for each:

Taxing junk food. Multiple studies confirm that this strategy does indeed work—people's food choices are affected by price.
Stop subsidizing junk food. Stop giving money to corn and soy growers and start paying farmers to produce real food like fruits and vegetables—the foods that will improve the nation's health. There is NO inherent reason junk food should cost less than fresh fruits and vegetables.

Ban junk food in schools. Nearly half of public and private schools surveyed sold sweet or salty snack foods in vending machines or other places, and in most schools, school lunches are not much better

Stop glorifying unhealthy eating habits. It's time the media are held accountable for equating America with hot dogs, apple pie, and cheesesteaks, and the message this sends to America's youth

Start broadening our understanding of obesity. There is no denying the abundance of science disproving conventional wisdom that "a calorie is a calorie"—it's time for the mainstream to wake up and acknowledge the factors responsible for obesity, particularly massive quantities of fructose and refined grain products that Americans are consuming each day.

What Have You Got to Lose?
Solving this problem is going to require significant changes on personal, community, and nationwide levels. The Weight of the Nation website lists a wide variety of action steps you can take on all of these levels. But the best first step is to take an honest look at your own personal lifestyle habits—and start making some changes there.

Whether you need some slight dietary tweaking or a total nutritional overhaul, here are some basic strategies you can implement today to get yourself off the "path of dietary madness":

Avoid as much sugar as possible, especially fructose. This is especially important if you are overweight or have diabetes or pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, or high blood pressure. Limit your fructose intake to 25 grams per day (refer to this chart to see the fructose content of common whole foods).

If you want to use a sweetener occasionally, consider using the herb stevia, or organic cane sugar or organic honey in moderation. Avoid agave syrup, as most commercial products are just highly processed sap consisting almost entirely of fructose.

Consume your sugar with fiber. Fiber helps modulate the impact of sugar by slowing absorption. The perfect sweet food is a piece of fruit, which contains fiber as well as beneficial antioxidants.
Eat a well balanced diet, tailored to your specific body type. It should consist of ample raw foods, fresh organic produce, grass pastured meat and dairy, raw nuts and seeds, and naturally fermented foods. Avoid processed foods, genetically engineered foods, and foods with added chemicals. For more information, refer to my total nutrition plan.

Get plenty of high quality omega-3 fats from both plant and animal sources. As the study above showed, omega-3's are crucial to modulating the damaging effects of sugar—and have MANY other benefits. My favorite animal-based omega-3 source is krill oil.

Exercise every day. Exercise improves insulin sensitivity, reduces stress and cortisol levels, suppresses ghrelin (the appetite hormone), speeds up your metabolism, strengthens your bones, and even lifts your mood.

Rehydrate with fresh, pure water.

Get plenty of sleep.

How Fructose Turns ON Your "Fat Switch"

Guest Post: It Is Time For The Ron Paul Revolution To Move Beyond Politics

In the lead up weekend to the RNC convention, Tampa, Florida was awash in political electricity. It was so prevalent you could sense it in the corridors of air terminals across the country before you ever made it to that hot humid peninsula in the south. I admit, to be caught up in it is exciting. The ideal of democratic participation, the feeling of rejuvenation and community, joining the ranks of one’s ideological brethren to charge into intellectual combat for the future of our nation. If any of it was real, I would have been truly inspired. Unfortunately, I was well aware that the Republican convention was a farce, and knew full well what the end result would be for the Ron Paul campaign.

I had the privilege of being invited by the organizers of Paulfest, a Liberty Movement Woodstock of sorts, to give a speech on alternative economics and solutions to the general crisis we face as a country in the near future. On the long flight I found myself surrounded by GOP fanboys and even a Secret Service agent, as well as the endless FOX and CNN cavalcade reports on terminal TV’s during layovers. If you were in the middle of it, you would think something “important” was about to happen. If anything, it only clarified my concerns that there is still far too much that needs to be accomplished before the year of 2012 is over.

Arrival at Paulfest revealed immediate conflicts between the Ron Paul campaign and its base support. Certain Ron Paul staff (namely the infamous Jesse Benton) had been going out of their way to stiff and in some cases sabotage the event despite Ron Paul’s words of appreciation to those involved. Benton has had a long track record of venom against Ron Paul’s base supporters, which he referred to as “big fringe elements” in texts to potential speakers including Peter Schiff, to persuade them from partaking in the festival:



Benton has on numerous occasions kicked out alternative news journalists from Ron Paul events in a move to sterilize the press box. When the RNC deliberately buried states with large Ron Paul delegate counts in the bleachers at the back of the building where television cameras would not notice them, complaints to the GOP and the campaign abounded, and an audit of the RNC was even called for. Yet, Benton responded snidely, saying:

“I am glad so many of our delegates get to sit close together.”

It has become clear that Benton and others have been “handling” Ron Paul for a considerable portion of his campaign and attempting to divorce him from the elements of the movement which are seen as “extreme” or anti-establishment, even though these are the same elements that catapulted Ron Paul into the minds of average Americans. My impression is that they have been targeted for surgical removal because they are impossible to co-opt for the purposes of diplomacy (submission) with the Neo-Con elites running the GOP carnival.

Rand Paul’s recent endorsement of Mitt Romney is not surprising given the parasitic nature of particular campaign organizers who buzz about him, including Benton. The bottom line is that some people in the movement are not in it to fight for freedom, or to ensure a brighter and more Constitutional Republic. Some are in the movement to further their political careers and ambitions, and are perfectly willing to use the energy of popular candidates to carry them to success.

Sadly, this is the ultimate weakness of the political ideal; regardless of how honest and forthright a candidate is, even a principled luminary like Ron Paul can be undermined by those closest to him if he is not careful. Millions of people relying solely on the tenuous chance of victory of a single man in a single rigged contest is NEVER a recipe for liberty.

The internal conflict was a source of tension and depression for many who only wanted to see unity within the movement, a final hurrah for Ron Paul, and a last drive towards a respectable showing at the RNC. The problem is that for some reason there was an expectation among some Paul revolutionaries that there would be a semblance of “fairness”. I’m not sure why considering that after four years and two presidential campaigns there has never been a single moment of fair-play in the GOP towards Ron Paul or the Liberty Movement in general. We have been the targets of mass media attacks, Republican con-games, and even DHS profiling. How anyone could think that Ron Paul was going to win by playing a game in which the rules are written and re-written (literally, as we saw with the GOP state delegate selection process changes) by the corrupt system is beyond me.

The most I had ever hoped for was a broken and perhaps chaotic RNC (a rightful punishment for the Neo-Cons), and the expansion of truth. For me, the Ron Paul campaign has always been a vehicle for the movement to expose the reality of our society to those half-hypnotized by the doldrum madness of the mainstream. I never saw it as a solution to our vast problems in and of itself.

Those of us who come from a macroeconomic background tend to have a more grounded vision of time. That is to say, we know the potential danger, and have a more profound sense of urgency than those who only approach activism through politics. We have mathematical insight, not just social or intuitive insight, into the approaching storm. This comes not only with certainty, but extended responsibility. During a round table discussion which included myself, Stewart Rhodes of Oath Keepers, Chuck Baldwin, and many other fantastic voices of the movement, I found that the boys from Montana had our work cut out for us in moving the discussion away from the purely political. The talk touched on alternative strategies, including self sufficiency and independent living, but gravitated time and again back to “finding new candidates to take Ron Paul’s place”, and coming up with new protest venues.

I was not able to take an accurate tally, but my ballpark guess is that though there are millions of Ron Paul supporters out there, at least half are completely unprepared for any kind of crisis event, and really do believe they have four more years to wait in quasi-hibernation while America hangs by a thin fiscal thread. It is not my intention to drive a wedge between “preparedness Ron Paulers” and “political Ron Paulers”. Far from it. But really, these folks should know better.

Stewart Rhodes’ speech at Paulfest was the most shocking for many of the political Paulers, as well as the most necessary. He removed the kid gloves completely as well as any feel-good rhetoric, stating that the GOP as a party was dead, and deserved to be, letting the Paul folks know that any further strategy of attempting to “infiltrate” the Republican establishment and turn it over to the side of good was a waste of time. He also stated that it is no longer enough for the movement to play around as “intellectual warriors”, they might soon have to become real warriors. I agree.

In my speech, I gave clear cut and tangible solutions to Paulfest attendees, including alternative markets and barter networks, commodity based currencies, micro industries and localized business models, useful trade skills, off-grid living, preparedness, and if all else fails, real revolution. Not idealized intellectual activism under the catchy label of revolution, but fists in the air and rifles in hand revolution. The kind that scares the crap out of most, not because of its danger, but because of its finality of purpose. The will to fight, really fight, is frightening, especially to those who cling to the belief that one can reason with his opponents. The cold hard fact is; some men are not men. Some men are monsters, and reason is the last thing that will ever sway them…

I also closed with an admission; that I fear little for the future. Despite the flaws of the Ron Paul campaign, the elections, and the movement in general, there is something to be said for the miracle that has occurred since 2008, and I do mean “miracle”. Four years ago, an activist speaking against the Federal Reserve, for instance, would be immediately met with attacks from all sides and outnumbered 50 to 1. Today, the roles are reversed. The internet is teaming with life and defenders of liberty while the majority of Americans and even Congress are calling for an audit or end of the Fed. The preparedness culture has exploded with dedicated families willing to make the terrifying leap into a once alien lifestyle. The mainstream media has been crushed by alternative outlets; as their numbers dwindle into oblivion, ours skyrocket in turn. All in all, it is not a bad time to be a champion of the Constitutional philosophy, and the existence of such a movement gives me enduring optimism. I do not “think” we will prevail; I KNOW we will prevail.

As I sat in the Sun Dome in Tampa witnessing the last speech of Ron Paul’s campaign career, I felt the loss that lingered within the crowd, but this was not the end. Not to sound callous, but frankly, the best thing that could have happened to the movement today was a farewell from Ron Paul and an end to the political theater that most have been caught up in for the better part of this year. The game is over. The real battle begins.

Ron Paul did more for the movement than many of us had ever dreamed. He forced the Constitution back into the mainstream when we needed it most. He breathed life into America once again. But now, his job is done. Rand Paul will not carry the movement forward, nor will any other candidate, at least not in the short time this nation has left before it becomes entirely unrecognizable.

Now, Ron Paul activists will be forced to walk away from the chessboard and to examine the legitimacy of bottom up solutions at the local level, rather than being obsessed with the top down drudgery at the federal level. They will have to insulate themselves using decentralized economic systems and self sustaining living methods. They will have to learn to produce necessities for themselves, and to interact within their communities face to face. They will be compelled to educate local police and military to wake them up to the civil catastrophes ahead. If they do seek out political strategies, it will have to be at the county and state levels, where there is at least a chance of making viable progress. And, most of all, they will have to adopt a self-defense mindset in addition to intelligent discourse. They will have to become what I would call ‘Warrior Poets’ in the shadow of this dark age. They will have to think, and feel, but also be willing to fight, and perhaps even die for their principles. They will have to become whole men and women, rather than incomplete people, projecting all their hopes and dreams into a governmental white knight that will never come.

Ultimately, politics has been warped into a mechanism by which the masses can hand over their responsibility to affect change within the system they live, and pass the buck on to others. It is time to move away from this failed dynamic. It is time for the Ron Paul revolution to mature, and to embrace the pain of doing what must be done. It is time to take matters into our own hands.

The truth that without property rights, no other rights are possible has been known for millennia. In the formalised study of politics, it is more than 300 years old, having been articulated with great care by John Locke in the late 17th century. The modern study of economics is well over 200 years old. Adam Smith’s Wealth Of Nations was published in 1776 - the same year as Thomas Jefferson’s Declaration Of Independence. The great work which finally integrated money with politics and economics celebrates its centennial this year. Ludwig von Mises published his Theory Of Money And Credit in 1912 - the year before the US inaugurated an income tax and a central bank. Ten years after that in 1922, von Mises published Socialism - a book which established beyond refutation the fundamental truth that any form of central planning and/or government control of the means of production cannot work because it makes economic calculation impossible. Picture if you will the state of ANY other branch of human endeavour if ALL the knowledge about it gained over the past three centuries had been summarily dismissed.

Property rights are a prerequisite for any kind of exchange - direct or indirect. The ability to exchange is fundamental to any type of viable economic activity. The efficiency of exchange is fundamental to the success of that economic activity and the resultant prosperity of the nation that engages in it. Indirect exchange using a MEDIUM of exchange or money is hugely more efficient than direct exchange or barter. That makes money the most important economic good in existence. The tragedy of our present global plight is the simple fact that money is also the least understood economic good in existence.

The first pre-requisite of the establishment of a “society” of the rulers and the ruled has always been the same. The rulers must gain control over the medium of exchange. For obvious reasons, no nation can ever progress to a state of advanced economic activity until a medium of exchange is established. Once it is established, there is no going back. An advanced economy cannot operate by means of barter. The problem is that once the government or the rulers gain control of money, it progressively ceases to be a medium of exchange and becomes a medium of control. That impinges on the functioning of markets which in turn impinges on the maintenance of property rights. Thus, we come full circle from a free society to a command society. There has never been any shortage of those who want to rule. The problem has always been with the vast majority who are content to be ruled. Today’s global outcry for the manufacturing of more and more “money” out of thin air is an eloquent testimony. It shows that most people have no understanding of freedom, markets or money. Lacking such understanding - and having no desire to gain it - most people have accepted government as their masters.

As Robert Heinlein stated the problem - it is impossible to free a serf or a slave. He or she must free themselves and most are much more terrified of that prospect than they are resentful of being ruled

Poland hopes to identify remains of Auschwitz hero

WARSAW, Poland (AP) - It could hardly have been a riskier mission: infiltrate Auschwitz to chronicle Nazi atrocities. Witold Pilecki survived nearly three years as an inmate in the death camp, managing to smuggle out word of executions before making a daring escape. But the Polish resistance hero was crushed by the post-war communist regime _ tried on trumped-up charges and executed.

Six decades on, Poland hopes Pilecki's remains will be identified among the entangled skeletons and shattered skulls of resistance fighters being excavated from a mass grave on the edge of Warsaw's Powazki Military Cemetery. The exhumations are part of a movement in the resurgent, democratic nation to officially recognize its war-time heroes and 20th century tragedies.

"He was unique in the world," said Zofia Pilecka-Optulowicz, paying tribute to her father's 1940 decision to walk straight into a Nazi street roundup with the aim of getting inside the extermination camp. "I would like to have a place where I can light a candle for him."

More than 100 skeletons, mostly of men, have been dug up this summer. On one recent day, forensic workers and archaeologists wearing blue plastic gloves and masks were carefully scraping away at the soil and piecing together bones as if working on a jigsaw puzzle. The front of one skull had been blown away by bullets; another had apparently been bludgeoned; a skeleton showed evidence of multiple gunshot wounds.

Near the pit where the bodies were dumped under cover of night stand the well-tended tombstones of the very judges and prosecutors who sent these World War II heroes to their deaths under orders from Moscow, which was fearful that the Polish patriots might use their seasoned underground skills to turn the nation against its new pro-Soviet rulers.

"The perpetrators have not been punished and the bodies of the victims have not been found," said Krzysztof Szwagrzyk, a historian in charge of the dig. "Those times will be coming back to us until we find the bodies and bury them with due honors.

"We are doing them justice."

Pilecki's son Andrzej and dozens of other relatives of victims have been swabbed in the hope their DNA will be a match for the skeletons. Initial work is being carried out to determine age, sex, height and injuries of the victims. It will take several months to determine if Pilecki, who was killed by a bullet to the back of his head, is among them. Thousands of resistance fighters were killed across Poland; the remains of up to 400 are believed to have been dumped in the Powazki mass grave.

Pilecki was 38 when Germany invaded Poland on Sept. 1, 1939, triggering the start of World War II. He helped organize a resistance campaign during which many fellow fighters were caught and sent to Auschwitz, which in the early war years served more as a camp for Polish resistance fighters than Jews. That inspired him to hatch an audacious plan: He told other resistance commanders that he wanted to become an Auschwitz inmate to check on rumors of atrocities.

Carrying documents bearing the alias Tomasz Serafinski, the Catholic cavalry officer walked into the German SS street roundup in Warsaw in September 1940, and was put on a train transport to Auschwitz, where he was given prisoner number 4859.

He was "exceptionally courageous," said Jacek Pawlowicz, a historian with Warsaw's Institute of National Remembrance.

Pilecki is the only person known to have volunteered for Auschwitz. His terse dispatches to the outside world were slips of thin paper stitched inside clothes of inmates leaving the camp or left in nearby fields for others to collect. They included only code names for inmates who were beaten to death, executed by gunfire or gassed. As sketchy as they were, they were the first eyewitness account of the Nazi death machine at Auschwitz.

Pilecki survived hard labor, beatings, cold and typhoid fever thanks to support from a clandestine resistance network that he managed to organize inside the camp. Some of its members had access to food, others to clothes or medicines.

He plotted a revolt that was to release inmates with the help of an outside attack by resistance fighters; it was never attempted because considered too risky, Pawlowicz said.

Pilecki escaped in April 1943 when he realized that the SS might uncover his work. With two other men he ran from a night shift at a bakery that was outside the death camp's barbed wire fence.

After his escape, Pilecki wrote three detailed reports on the extermination camp.

One describes how his transport was met by yelling SS men and attacking dogs: "They told one of us to run to a post away from the road, and immediately sent a machine gun round after him. Killed him. Ten random colleagues were taken out of the group and shot, as they were walking, as `collective responsibility' for the `escape' that the SS-men arranged themselves."

Pilecki's heroics were for the most part in vain. Even though his accounts of gas chambers made it all the way to Poland's government-in-exile in London and to other Western capitals, few believed what they were reading.

After escaping, Pilecki rejoined Poland's Home Army resistance force and fought in the 1944 Warsaw Uprising, the city's ill-fated revolt against the Nazis. In 1947, he was arrested by the secret security of the communist regime, imposed on Poland after the war, and falsely accused of planning to assassinate dignitaries.

The Soviet plan after World War II was to subdue the Poles by crushing resistance and erasing any sense of Polish identity or history. Today, more than two decades into Poland's democracy, however, enough documentation and funds have been gathered to restore the banned past and try to find and identify the heroes' bodies.

In addition to Pilecki, the search is on for the remains of other wartime resistance heroes, including Brig. Gen. August Emil Fieldorf, a top clandestine Home Army commander who once served as emissary to Poland of the country's government-in-exile. He was accused of ordering killings of Soviet soldiers _ charges that Poland's communist authorities later admitted were fabricated _ and hanged in 1953.

Szwagrzyk is not sure if Pilecki will be found at Powazki cemetery because it is not the only such clandestine site in Warsaw or the rest of Poland.

But his place in history is gradually being restored. A street in Warsaw is now named after him, as are some schools across the country.

He found communist prison harder to endure than Auschwitz. A fellow inmate described seeing him in prison slumped, unable to raise his head because his collar bones had been broken. At his show trial, he was hiding his hands because his fingernails had been ripped out during torture.

At one court session, he told his wife Maria that the secret security torture had sapped his will to go on.

"I can live no longer," he said.

The amino acids also found in these foods are crucial for the building of the cells. Note: Maybe that is why the High priests in the Bible were instructed to eat the meat. Isn't it interesting how strong the wild animals' immune systems are and they eat raw meat!! Then we see the domestic animals eating the same processed foods as humans and now they have all the same chronic diseases as humans. You don't have to be a genius to figure this out! 150 years ago, before processed foods, pharmaceuticals, (the real drugs), and vaccines we didn't see these diseases very often. The people living then hadn't had their immune systems destroyed yet..

You may say, I can take B-12 vitamins. Well, the best way to take any mineral, vitamin or nutrient is in it's natural state. Obviously, the body knows how to assimilate and absorb them in their natural state, but in a synthetic form, we aren't too sure. And if you believe the so-called experts they don't all agree and change their opinions so frequently that it shows they really don't know the answers themselves. So, we'd rather stick with the way nature intended.


Note: Let me say this to our vegetarian friends. Most of all the vegetables found in our markets today worldwide are full of insecticides, chemical fertilizers and are GMO's. It can say anything on the label but the truth is you are taking their word for it! When money is involved, lying and deception are part of the marketing techniques. So, if you don't grow your own veggies then you are at the mercy of the Madison avenue type so-called “Health” food techniques. You have to be very careful of what you are ingesting into your body. This is why MMS/CDS is so important if you want to keep your body detoxified and clean of pathogens and heavy metals. You might want to think about adding red meat to your diet to help make your immune system stronger. Look at it as the “Meat Protocol”.

So, basically everyone was given enough MMS/CDS to do the Protocol 1000 and told to eat meat, cheese and milk as they could. Many were given Moringa at night after the day's protocol to eliminate the strong anti-oxidants neutralizing the Chlorine dioxide, being an oxidizer.

Now the Chiefs or “Mamos” have seen and heard so many restored to health that they've decided work towards bringing more meat into their diet as well as MMS/CDS, Moringa, seawater and DMSO. Out of the 600+ people we've personally seen, just about 100% said they had at least some result. If this project continues to go in the same direction, then this project could be an example to replicate around the world. This could really do what Jim Humble and myself set out to do with the establishment of the Genesis II Church of Health and Healing and that is, “Restore health to the world”, and ultimately, “Change the world”!!



Everyday in the clinic at Seynimin, grateful people come and bring donations of eggs, coffee, bananas, avocados, oranges, limes, candles, rice, beans, etc. to help us and show their gratitude for what they are receiving. They have no money, phones, electricity but they give what they have. It is amazing to us how that people who have so little give the most! It is a lesson we all need to learn. If the average person in the U.S. or Europe just sold things they never use in their garages we'd have enough to keep this project on going, but for some reason people want to hang on to everything they have in this world thinking it will somehow make them more secure, but in actuality the opposite is true. There is a saying I really like. It goes like this. No man is a fool that gives away that which he cannot keep to gain that which he cannot loose.

Also, throughout Colombia we are seeing results and are now gathering testimonies. In March we had our first Seminar here in Colombia, with 35 attending. Mercury retrograde in Leo is in full force. Reaching outward, we’re pulled inward. Unable to maintain “business as usual” for multiple reasons (the retrograde, solar activity altering our electromagnetic field, proton streams of positive ions, the planetary shifts, Uranus/Pluto, the days & nights long moon void of courses, the old reality attempting to override the new, etc.), some of us feel paralyzed with tiredness, exhausted from pain, weary with busyness, longing to slow down, rest a while, contemplate individual realities, ideas and perceptions. Instead, we experience disruptive change, things upside down, plans stalled, and wonder where we’ll find the resilience to maintain our balance. We can’t in this present world. We have to be adaptable. Our task during this great transition time.
Retrogrades can be revelatory. During this revelatory retrograde, it’s important to stand and attempt to be the voice that articulates what humanity may be feeling – tired to exhaustion & seeking change. And to collectively ask who are the movers, shakers and changers? It looks like we are. Many of us have the same vision. We confront a paradox these days, when choice is paramount for humanity, yet indifference and confusion seem the norm. We prepare & we lead by practicing choice each day, beginning with small choices. Humanity needs leaders to guide them toward the Forces of Light.
It takes willingness (1st level of the Will of God) to do this. The Will-to-Good is the magnet of the future. Coupled with the Goodwill deep within humanity. We call these forth. We mentor them.

Wednesday 8/1 is the full moon Aquarius, Leo solar festival (10 degrees). The meditative keynote of leadership for Leo is, “I am That & That Am I.” Leo is the Light of the Soul, the 5th Kingdom being built, lighting the Way for Humanity – the “Children of Fire, the Sons & Daughters of Mind.” Leo is related to the Sun which creates a burning ground of purification for humanity. This fire destroys all that hinders our return back to the Father’s House. As humanity experiences the “burning ground” they seek those who will illuminate and lead them into a state of understanding. We are the ones who must illuminate and lead humanity, as we also participate in that burning ground. However, we are to have the understanding as to why this is occurring.
Humanity is attempting to take the First Initiation (Birth into the new Kingdom of the Soul), which is administered by the Christ Himself. “A golden strand from the heart of Christ extends to our hearts. Via this strand of light passes the power to strengthen, to stimulate, to vivify and to bless. We become priests unto the Lord.”
The Forces of Materiality are doing their best for this Initiation to not take place for humanity. Thus the conflicts and chaos upon the Earth. And the call for choice and discernment.
The Fifth Gate (of Leo, opposite sign of Aquarius) has opened, the Fifth Labor has begun. It is a dreadful labor and we must be prepared. Let us keep watch even though our heart is questioning. We must burnish bright our shields, feel our courage strong. Together, amidst the lion’s roar, we venture forth. Knowing we must create the brave new world.
Let us observe carefully the Olympics this week, beginning Friday morning, from London. There is great controversy about this year’s Olympics (from the strange uniforms, one-eyed mascots, the rainbow, strange buildings and strangest of all, the Logo – all rather unlovely and perhaps symbolic). We pray there is no false flag (emergency). We also pray for those who are suffering from the Aurora, Colorado shooting - those who died, the families left behind, and for the shooter himself. The times and events in our world are not what they seem. We call forth observation & the knowledge that leads to true intuition. So that we are not blinded by the darkness. So that we may see into the Light.

The coming weeks and months are very challenging for humanity. The upcoming transits, phenomenal in their power, force, strength and multiplicity (with more to come), have long- range, enduring effects upon all of humanity’s endeavors. And next week our next Mercury retrograde begins. This week let us prepare by making all plans and agendas before and after the retrograde.

Mars entered Libra Tuesday and is most likely trying to find a way out. Mars, on the personality-building level, is desire, action, anger, assertion, aggression and war- how the personality stumbles toward peace, which, along with education, Libra tries to offer. Libra is air, the mind (lower brain, higher mind) esoterically it’s Right Human Relations, learning how to balance relationships with equanimity. Sometimes Libra encounters war. She backs off, turns toward mediation, non-violent (compassionate) communication, things beautiful, reasonable and good.

Mars, wherever it is, provides humanity with Nine Tests. In Libra, those Nine Tests are focused in our relationships. Our personality (the physical, emotional & lower mental aspects of our selves which constitute the vehicle that interacts with form and matter) as it (the personality self) interacts in all relationships will be tested on how we use sex, comfort and money (physical body tests); do we interact with fear, anger, hatred, desire of power only for the self (emotional tests); are we critical, separative, prideful and cruel (lower brain/mind tests).

In the coming weeks we will be asked to discriminate and choose between standing on the side of the Forces of Materiality or on the side of the Forces of Light. I have written about this before and will continue to. Saturn and Mars in Libra demand that we choose. Saturn & Mars are moving humanity from imbalance to equilibrium, from the very personal to the transpersonal, from desire to aspiration, from the little self-will to the Right Use of God’s Will. A difficult passage for humanity. Through the valleys of pain and sorrow.

Mars “squirms” in Libra, until it learns that peace, equanimity, Right Relations and Goodwill (qualities of the Soul & the Forces of Light) actually feel good. Mars is then able to shift blind personality desire (blood) to the Soul level of aspiration (mind), seeking what’s best for the “other” and the self.

Next week Uranus and Mercury retrograde (Uranus Friday, Mercury Saturday). It’s best to complete plans, make agendas, finalize contracts and agreements this week, not planning important events during Mercury retrograde (through August 8th). Only regular tasks are to be done. Thursday’s Aquarius moon, expect things unusual and erratic. Friday’s v/c all day and night. Saturday is Pisces moon, a complex day ending with a possible monetary wound. Sunday we may ask, “Where’s my relationship? Where’s my drink? Where’s the pool? Who am I again?”

There is a terrible dark side to the respect for authority that we demand from our children. When you spend time with a four-year old who hasn’t started school yet, you notice how challenging he is: He questions everything. He asks you pointed, impolite questions. He doesn’t agree with everything you say. Now talk to his eight-year-old brother or sister. The independence is gone, replaced by a polite respect for authority. It’s the beginning of a lifetime of conditioning.

And that conditioning is accelerated and deepened when children play organized sports. Unfortunately, that’s the only kind of sports left for children in America to play. In the past, kids grew up playing pick-up games. They might not meet a coach until they were 12. Not today.

Kids are often introduced to coaches and sports at the same time. Four year olds are on t-ball teams and play in soccer leagues. Before they develop any love of competition or a passion for the game, they are faced with the notion that sports is an organization ruled by an authority. The code of honor that lead McQueary to believe he told the only authority that mattered starts early and runs deep.

I’m not suggesting we raise anarchists. I get the fact that society needs Good Soldiers and Team Players. Those are the qualities that make good neighbors and good citizens. But we need whistleblowers, too. We need a lot more Lone Rangers.

We need to think twice when we tell children to stop asking so many questions. We need to stop working so hard to convince our children that their teachers, clergy, and coaches always know best. Because far too often they don’t.

We need to find ways to teach Good Soldiers and Team Players to question authority while still respecting it. In fact, we need to go one step further and teach them that questioning authority is the best way to show respect for it. And any authority that challenges that notion isn’t worthy of respect.

First, Happy Summer, Everyone.

For those of us who lived during the 1960s, we thought the world had changed forever and we were on our way to heaven. New ideas proliferated, new music, new foods (the health food movement began) and the theme of freedom filtered into all endeavors of humanity. From some perspectives it looked like the end of the world. Laws seemed to cease, marriages faltered, children ran free, adults took drugs and ran naked in the streets.

There were live-ins, sit-ins, bed-ins and the Beatles. We thought it might never end – the freedom, love festivals, tie-dye, beads and bad hair. But end it did and many of us, shocked and stranded, wondered what happened?

The Astrology
The astrology of the ‘60s that created this phenomena was Uranus (revolution) conjunct Pluto (transformation) in Virgo (daily life, food, a gestation of a new state of consciousness hidden in the cave of the heart). It ended, those “free to be you and me” times, because Uranus moved away from Pluto and the seeds of freedom went underground.

Uranus & Pluto Once Again
This Sunday (overshadowing our future) Uranus (revolution) and Pluto (transformation) join together. They will create the same revolutionary demand for freedom as they did in the 1960s. Then, Uranus joined Pluto in Virgo and a new awareness of freedom appeared within humanity. This week Uranus joins (squares) Pluto again. Squares inform humanity new directions must be taken. Our previous directions (ways of life) are no longer available.

No More Preview
The idea of freedom, appearing once again, will, this time irreversibly change our world. The 1960s was only a preview. Uranus in Aries brings surprises, a people’s rebellion (Occupy Movement). It quickens Pluto (debt, death) in Capricorn’s breakdown of the social order. Something new (Aries) emerges releasing the powerful destructive/creative force of Pluto. We recapitulate the 1930’s economic breakdown and the 1960’s demands for liberation. We find ourselves “on the razor’s edge”. A new culture must begin. Humanity becomes the leader.



Sunday’s Uranus/Pluto’s transit is the first of seven (through 2014, a far-reaching, long-range cycle of change). Uranus/Pluto are concerned with humanity’s evolution and transformation, both are inevitable and necessary. No more waiting. What is no longer useful will be destroyed. What is useful for the new age will remain.

The celestial energies will now only support the new (energies, laws & principles). This has great implication personally and globally. Loss of time and control are symptoms of the transformation. There’s no way out but through, together, within community.

When former Minnesota Governer Jesse Ventura appeared with CNN’s Piers Morgan to promote a new book on Saturday, he was as outspoken as ever.

Ventura was particularly vocal about the effects of paying private contractors in Iraq and Afghanistan more than our own soldiers. “They leave our military in droves,” he stated, “and go to like Blackwater — I don’t know what they call themselves now, they change their names around — and they go over there and they’re nothing but cowboys. They don’t follow any of the rules of war, they’re mercenaries, and that’s what we’re turning into today. Our military has turned into contract killers now, contract for hire.”

The one-time Navy SEAL went on to complain that even though President Obama is pulling troops out of Iraq and Afghanistan, “he’s leaving private contractors over there, a lot of them. He hasn’t closed Gitmo yet. He didn’t prosecute anyone for torture. We’re now a country known throughout the world, we torture people, and I’m ashamed of that.”


“We fly unmanned drones over Iran airspace,” Ventura continued. “No one gave us permission to do that. The hypocrisy is unbelievable. In our country, we believe we can do anything throughout the world, and if any of them people did that back to us, we would declare war on them immediately.”

When Morgan asked if it wasn’t naive to think that America, as the sole global superpower, doesn’t have to get involved in countries like Pakistan or North Korea, Ventura just snorted and replied, “So the U.S. is definitely threatened by these countries? In what way? They can’t shoot a rocket at us.”

“You notice that the United States doesn’t mess with anybody that’s got the nuke,” he observeded. “So we’re forcing countries like Iran to get the nuke so that we won’t mess with them. We don’t mess with nobody that’s got the nuke.”

“I believe the United States has changed today where we must be in a perennial war,” Ventura concluded, “and those perennial wars will bring us down just like the Roman Empire fell.”

Nuclear Explosion Cover-Up? Indiana-Michigan Explosions, Military Helicopters Filmed Near Blacked Out Radiation Zone

Eyewitnesses on the ground near the media-blacked-out elevated radiation zone near the border of Indiana and Michigan, where radiation levels hundreds of times higher than normal were quickly removed from public viewing by the EPA, are now sending in a large number of photos and videos documenting massive explosions accompanied by unmarked helicopters, A-10 Thunderbolts, and military personnel. These reports come after a Department of Homeland Security hazmat fleet was sent out to the location after ‘years’ of inactivity.

Those on the ground report that the explosions are ‘loud and deep’, sounding like fireworks with a kick. The explosions are oftentimes followed up with a squadron of helicopters or other aircraft, oftentimes black and unmarked. One Michigan resident reports the following, and is then backed by dozens of organic comments which confirm the findings:

“EXPLOSIONS EVERYWHERE! Also, Large helicopter heading away from Local Air Force base flying toward scene of explosions! These explosions are seriously consistent, loud booms for the last hour or more.”

After generating much interest, the poster was able to capture some of the explosions on tape. While he would be the first to do so, many more videos began to pop up recording both the explosions and the onset of military aircraft flying through the area into the radiation zone. The U.S Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) reported Tuesday that the 793-megawatt Palisades nuclear power plant in Michigan is leaking from several locations. Entergy Corp has informed the press via Mark Savage, company spokesman, who stated that the leakage from a refueling water tank will be repaired once the reactor is cooled down. No length of time was given for the repairs to be completed.

On Wednesday of last week on YouTube, several reports surfaced regarding an enormous boom that was heard in Michigan and for miles around. Helicopters, military planes, and land vehicles were observed by residents. No media coverage of this event could be found. There was one article on Activist Post, however, referring to independent radiation monitoring levels spiking drastically.

"In a developing story that is raising concerns over a potential nuclear cover-up by the EPA, alarming amounts of radiation were reported near the border of Indiana and Michigan and later censored by the EPA online geiger tool. The readings, which were captured in a screenshot, measured as high as 7,139 counts per minute (CPM). This is particularly startling, as the normal radiation levels are generally between 5 and 6 CPM. Sources say that a Department of Homeland Security hazmat team has now been dispatched after ‘years’ of inactivity."

If suspicions regarding last week's blast and dangerous radiation levels are true, it appears the EPA may have been involved in a cover-up which, could have enormous ramifications for the health and safety of citizens of America and Canada. The blast occured last Wednesday, June 6, and since then radiation levels over 100 times greater than the normal levels have been registered in Michigan and in surrounding states.

One citizen reporter who investigated the Michigan explosions, Bob Powell, was arrested. The link to his video is below, and his account of the day's events follows:

Re: the chia seeds: they do sound promising.

But the seeds are very, very small: one thought I had, was they might possibly be inhaled, posing a danger, to lungs and airways, so moistening them before feeding would prevent that.

It seems it only took modern day humans another 5000 years to revive the importance for these super seeds which are truly amazing and whose health benefits are still being discovered. While growing research has linked consumption of EPA and DHA to heart health, improved brain function and possible other health benefits such as improvement in depression or rheumatoid arthritis, studies are now suggesting that ALA may bring about redistribution associated with heart and liver protection.

The study, published in The Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry, reports that rats fed chia seed supplements were protected from heart and liver problems associated with a high-fat diet, including improved insulin sensitivity and glucose tolerance, reduced visceral adiposity, decreased liver fat, and lower cardiac and hepatic inflammation and fibrosis.

The research, from the University of Queensland, Australia, revealed that the chia seeds brought about lipid redistribution in the rats, with lipids trafficked away from the visceral fat and the liver.

If you try miixing a spoonful of Chia in a glass of water and leaving it for approximately 30 minutes or so, when you return the glass will appear to contain not seeds or water, but an almost solid gelatin. This gel-forming reaction is due to the soluble fiber in the Chia. Research believe this same gel-forming phenomenon takes place in the stomach when food containing these gummy fibers, known as mucilages, are eaten. The gel that is formed in the stomach creates a physical barrier between carbohydrates and the digestive enzymes that break them down, thus slowing the conversion of carbohydrates into sugar.

In addition to the obvious benefits for diabetics, this slowing in the conversion of carbohydrates into sugar offers the ability for creating endurance. Carbohydrates are the fuel for energy in our bodies. The Scandalous History of Arlington National Cemetery

Recent Problems
In 2010, Arlington was back in the news for unbelievable mismanagement. After a year-long investigation, Salon found that over 200 graves had been mismarked, and in some cases more than one body was buried in one grave. Those in charge refused to cooperate with the investigation, even after some family members complained that new headstones had appeared at the site where their relatives had been buried.

Record keeping was shoddy at best, with up to half of all files from recent years lost or misplaced, and millions of dollars had been misappropriated, with some outside contractors being paid twice for one job.

When bodies were exhumed to make sure the right soldier was in the right grave, it became clear that many had been grossly and disrespectfully mishandled. One man discovered this when he was forced to dig through his son’s coffin himself in order to find an arm bearing an identifiable tattoo. At least four burial urns had been emptied into a landfill. While Arlington officials claimed that clerical errors resulted in bodies being buried on top of other bodies, the original discarded headstones were later found in a nearby stream.

D-DAY

After “breaking into” Normandy on D-Day, a 3 month blood-letting, facing a tenacious opponent, was engaged before an allied “break out."towards the Seine. The resulting breakout, with other European fronts, eventually brought about the end of World War II in Europe just under a year later. Not forgetting many other key battles.

The dramatic events that took place in Normandy during that summer of 1944 are still very evident across the shores of D-Day and inland : The German defenses, the scars of battle, hundreds of memorials, increasing every year, countless museums, and the numerous war cemeteries across this beautiful region. The melancholy beauty of the cemeteries is the greatest contrast to the violence that made them such an omnipresent part of the landscape in Normandy.

There is much to see. To relate what happened, from the general strategy and actions to the moving stories of the individuals that took part, is a task I would be delighted to help you with should you wish to make an inquiry.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO CONSIDER FOR A SUCCESSFUL TOUR !
Though it is of course possible to visit the D-Day sites on a day trip into Normandy, be aware that it is a large region and should really be appreciated by staying for more than one day.
The D-Day coast itself is 50 miles in length and cannot really be appreciated by rushing through it. Omaha beach for example is a 4-mile beach, the German positions, the Memorials, running across it. The Pointe du Hoc, nearby, is a 30-acre site. The US military cemetery is a 172-acre site. To rush these places, with the stories they hold, is to defeat the point of understanding their true significance.
