BE VERY CAREFUL!
As per the company's own filings, note conversions can take place as low as .00035! In addition, this company does virtually no sales.
From it's last filing at OTC Markets: "We had revenues of $17,575 and $-0- for the three months ended September 30, 2015 and 2014, respectively. We are in the business of designing, manufacturing and distributing AWG's and related products. Our current revenues do not steadily increase since we do not have well developed market for our products yet."
The company only has three employees (As per Dunn & Bradstreet)
The company is always losing money and pays its bills by dumping stock on a regular basis. This is why the stock has been in a steady decline for the past five years and is currently sitting in the triple zeros.
The company is not producing. The photos you see below are only of prototypes. When it does occasionally sell an AWG, (very rare) it is produced by an OEM.
The "technology" is very weak. Their AWG units are glorified dehumidifier air compressors with an air filter attached. They are expensive to operate and areas that truly need water are often in dry arid climates where the dehumidifier would not function well. Do not be decieved by PRs that talk about water shortages in this place or that. The company doesn't sell units in those places even though it has offered these units on the market for a long time
Be very cautious here. People have been losing money in this hyped up scam for years. The primary source of funds for this company is not product sales, but rather stock sales. If the company had a marketable product, it would have been proven by now. Orders are few and far between.
